Udruga Glas poduzetnika upozorava kako prijeti opasnost od zatvaranja i propadanja ugostiteljskih objekata zbog povećanja cijene najma štekata u Splitu, ali i za ugostiteljske objekte u Zagrebu kojima Povjerenstvo za dodjelu javnih površina ne produžuje i ne dodjeljuje ugovore za terase, poručili su u priopćenju.
Podsjetimo, u Splitu će ugostiteljski objekti u "prvoj zoni", umjesto dosadašnje 101 kune po četvornom metru, plaćati gotovo 200 kuna.
Za drugu zonu povećanje će iznositi 81 posto, za treću 21 posto, za četvrtu 15 posto, dok će najam štekata u petoj zoni, na koju otpada najveći dio grada, ostati ista kao i do sada.
- Smatramo da povećanje cijena najma, pogotovo u situaciji kada ugostitelji prolaze kroz svoje najteže dane zbog pandemije koronavirusa, nije nimalo korektno. Ovaj potez grada Splita nije ništa drugo nego punjenje gradskog proračuna na teret ugostitelja. Međutim, mnogi će poduzetnici zbog ove odluke morati zatvoriti svoja vrata, otpustiti svoje zaposlenike ili se prebaciti na sezonski rad od šest mjeseci zbog čega će grad preko zime biti napušten jer će samo mali broj poduzetnika moći priuštiti plaćanje najma štekata - poručili su.
Dodaju kako je potrebno napomenuti da su se povećali i ostali troškovi, od nabavnih cijena do energenata, a i plaće bilježe porast.

- Udruga Glas poduzetnika nikako se ne slaže s ovom odlukom i postavlja pitanje kako će poduzetnici preživjeti ovakav udar. Ovakva odluka je u potpunosti nedopustiva jer ne samo da će ovo povećanje utjecati na poslovanje poduzetnika, već i na građane. Napominjemo da svako povećanje cijena najma utječe i na cijenu usluge, što u konačnici uslugu čini nedostupnom lokalnom pučanstvu što nas dovodi u situaciju gdje skoro nitko neće profitirati - poručili su.
Svoje razočaranje ne krije ni Joško Rajčić, vlasnik ugostiteljskog objekta u Splitu i član udruge Glas poduzetnika.
- Veoma smo razočarani politikom nove vlasti koja grijehe prethodnika prebacuje na nas. Naši dragi političari ne znaju stvoriti nove dodatne vrijednosti, već samo povećavati namete nama poduzetnicima. Nitko ne spori da je velika razlika unutarnjih privatnih prostora i vanjskih gradskih površina. Međutim, ići odmah s dvostruko većom cijenom kvadrata u ovoj postcovidnoj godini je van svakog razuma- izjavio je.
Napominju iz udruge i situaciju u Zagrebu, prema kojoj se, poručuju mnogim poduzetnicima ne produžuju postojeći ugovori i ne dodjeljuju prostori za terasu i zaključuju da su duboko razočarani spomenutim odlukama. Kazuju i da su Gradu Splitu kao i Zagrebu uputili dopise u kojima su napomenuli da bi ukidanje štekata moglo biti pogubno za poslovanje poduzetnika.
- Nikako se ne slažemo, niti podupiremo promjene kojima se očito ne nazire kraj, te se pitamo zar zaista poduzetnici moraju plaćati sve grijehe vlasti? Ugostitelji su u posljednje dvije godine pretrpjeli velike štete, a ovo je doslovno zadnji udar na njih jer mnogi od njih teško da će opstati pod toliko velikim financijskim pritiskom. Apeliramo i ovim putem da se poduzetnike pusti da dišu, rade, stvaraju i zapošljavaju. Samo tako kao društvo možemo ići naprijed - zaključili su.

Udruga Glas poduzetnika upozorava kako prijeti opasnost od zatvaranja i propadanja ugostiteljskih objekata zbog povećanja cijene najma štekata u Splitu, ali i za ugostiteljske objekte u Zagrebu kojima Povjerenstvo za dodjelu javnih površina ne produžuje i ne dodjeljuje ugovore za terase, poručili su u priopćenju.
Podsjetimo, u Splitu će ugostiteljski objekti u "prvoj zoni", umjesto dosadašnje 101 kune po četvornom metru, plaćati gotovo 200 kuna.
Za drugu zonu povećanje će iznositi 81 posto, za treću 21 posto, za četvrtu 15 posto, dok će najam štekata u petoj zoni, na koju otpada najveći dio grada, ostati ista kao i do sada.
- Smatramo da povećanje cijena najma, pogotovo u situaciji kada ugostitelji prolaze kroz svoje najteže dane zbog pandemije koronavirusa, nije nimalo korektno. Ovaj potez grada Splita nije ništa drugo nego punjenje gradskog proračuna na teret ugostitelja. Međutim, mnogi će poduzetnici zbog ove odluke morati zatvoriti svoja vrata, otpustiti svoje zaposlenike ili se prebaciti na sezonski rad od šest mjeseci zbog čega će grad preko zime biti napušten jer će samo mali broj poduzetnika moći priuštiti plaćanje najma štekata - poručili su.
Dodaju kako je potrebno napomenuti da su se povećali i ostali troškovi, od nabavnih cijena do energenata, a i plaće bilježe porast.

- Udruga Glas poduzetnika nikako se ne slaže s ovom odlukom i postavlja pitanje kako će poduzetnici preživjeti ovakav udar. Ovakva odluka je u potpunosti nedopustiva jer ne samo da će ovo povećanje utjecati na poslovanje poduzetnika, već i na građane. Napominjemo da svako povećanje cijena najma utječe i na cijenu usluge, što u konačnici uslugu čini nedostupnom lokalnom pučanstvu što nas dovodi u situaciju gdje skoro nitko neće profitirati - poručili su.
Svoje razočaranje ne krije ni Joško Rajčić, vlasnik ugostiteljskog objekta u Splitu i član udruge Glas poduzetnika.
- Veoma smo razočarani politikom nove vlasti koja grijehe prethodnika prebacuje na nas. Naši dragi političari ne znaju stvoriti nove dodatne vrijednosti, već samo povećavati namete nama poduzetnicima. Nitko ne spori da je velika razlika unutarnjih privatnih prostora i vanjskih gradskih površina. Međutim, ići odmah s dvostruko većom cijenom kvadrata u ovoj postcovidnoj godini je van svakog razuma- izjavio je.
Napominju iz udruge i situaciju u Zagrebu, prema kojoj se, poručuju mnogim poduzetnicima ne produžuju postojeći ugovori i ne dodjeljuju prostori za terasu i zaključuju da su duboko razočarani spomenutim odlukama. Kazuju i da su Gradu Splitu kao i Zagrebu uputili dopise u kojima su napomenuli da bi ukidanje štekata moglo biti pogubno za poslovanje poduzetnika.
- Nikako se ne slažemo, niti podupiremo promjene kojima se očito ne nazire kraj, te se pitamo zar zaista poduzetnici moraju plaćati sve grijehe vlasti? Ugostitelji su u posljednje dvije godine pretrpjeli velike štete, a ovo je doslovno zadnji udar na njih jer mnogi od njih teško da će opstati pod toliko velikim financijskim pritiskom. Apeliramo i ovim putem da se poduzetnike pusti da dišu, rade, stvaraju i zapošljavaju. Samo tako kao društvo možemo ići naprijed - zaključili su.
