Siniša Gašparević, novi direktor "Parkova i nasada", već je zasukao rukave. Trebao je krojiti sudbinu toga gradskog poduzeća od ponedjeljka, ali, eto, dogodilo se da je startao već danas i imao pune ruke posla.
Ovaj četrdesetogodišnji menadžer s bogatim profesionalnim iskustvom obećava da će dati sve od sebe na novom radnom mjestu, to više jer je, kaže, dobio veliku šansu na fer natječaju, kojoj se nije nadao.
– Ja sam pravi primjer da javni poziv građanima koji je uputila ova vlast nije bio tek puka forma. Niti koga od njih poznajem, niti sam stranački opredijeljen; jednostavno, javio sam se na natječaj za rukovodeća mjesta u sve četiri gradske tvrtke za koje je bio raspisan, a izabran sam na mjesto direktora "Parkova i nasada".

Ni sam nisam vjerovao da se politika neće miješati u moj izbor, no zaista je sve odrađeno bez ikakvih utjecaja sa strane. Zato pozivam i druge mlade ljude da se jave i stave Gradu svoj talent, znanje i iskustvo na raspolaganje. Biti direktor "Parkova i nasada" za mene je veliki izazov – veli Gašparević.
O svom prethodniku Saši Franjkiću ima samo riječi hvale.
– Vidi se da je dao sve od sebe, a i ja ću sigurno nastaviti dalje na taj način. "Parkovi i nasade" su stabilna tvrtka, a primarni cilj bit će nam širiti zelene površine u Splitu te gradske parkove pretvoriti u prava okupljališta ljudi svih generacija.

Brinemo i o dječjim igralištima pa ćemo napraviti sve da ona uvijek budu u primjerenom stanju, na zadovoljstvo roditelja i djece – kaže Gašparević i dodaje da su zelene tržnice posebna tema.
– Tu ću kao menadžer koji vjeruje u zakone tržišta, u ponudu i potražnju, provoditi model najbolje ponude, s jedne, i zaštite javnog interesa, s druge strane – kaže.
Na Mostinama "Parkovi i nasade" grade novi, moderni proizvodni pogon. To Gašparevića posebno veseli.
– To će proizvodnju bilja najmanje poduplati. Riječ je o staklenicima. Sadit ćemo nova stabla gdje god to bude moguće – obećava Siniša, kojeg smo upitali hoće li se, i kada, zazelenjeti i žnjanska pustopoljina.
– Hoće, ali planski, nikako prije realizacije uređenja platoa i mimo projekta. Znate već da se spominju stabla koja su se ispriječila na mjestu gdje će se obavljati radovi na uređenju platoa, tako da se strogo moramo držati planova da se te situacije ne ponove – veli.
Novi direktor "Parkova i nasada" po struci je diplomirani ekonomist. Iza sebe ima bogato menadžersko iskustvo. Radio je kao savjetnik za ulaganja na tržištu kapitala; bavio se investicijskim fondovima, dionicama, trgovao sirovinama. Radio je u banci, bio je direktor SEM-a 1986 i direktor firme "Svitlost", koja se brinula o održavanju javne rasvjete.

– Radio sam i u građevinskom inženjeringu, tako da sam kao ekonomist upoznao i građevinarstvo, te bio direktor hostela "101 dalmatinac" gdje sam se izvještio u turizmu.
Cijelo vrijeme sam se bavio i marketingom i odnosima s javnošću, tako da mi gradske komunalne teme, s koje god strane im prilazio, nisu nepoznanica. Manje-više upoznat sam sa svim područjima koja su važna za funkcioniranje i razvoj grada – zaključio je Gašparević.

Siniša Gašparević, novi direktor "Parkova i nasada", već je zasukao rukave. Trebao je krojiti sudbinu toga gradskog poduzeća od ponedjeljka, ali, eto, dogodilo se da je startao već danas i imao pune ruke posla.
Ovaj četrdesetogodišnji menadžer s bogatim profesionalnim iskustvom obećava da će dati sve od sebe na novom radnom mjestu, to više jer je, kaže, dobio veliku šansu na fer natječaju, kojoj se nije nadao.
– Ja sam pravi primjer da javni poziv građanima koji je uputila ova vlast nije bio tek puka forma. Niti koga od njih poznajem, niti sam stranački opredijeljen; jednostavno, javio sam se na natječaj za rukovodeća mjesta u sve četiri gradske tvrtke za koje je bio raspisan, a izabran sam na mjesto direktora "Parkova i nasada".

Ni sam nisam vjerovao da se politika neće miješati u moj izbor, no zaista je sve odrađeno bez ikakvih utjecaja sa strane. Zato pozivam i druge mlade ljude da se jave i stave Gradu svoj talent, znanje i iskustvo na raspolaganje. Biti direktor "Parkova i nasada" za mene je veliki izazov – veli Gašparević.
O svom prethodniku Saši Franjkiću ima samo riječi hvale.
– Vidi se da je dao sve od sebe, a i ja ću sigurno nastaviti dalje na taj način. "Parkovi i nasade" su stabilna tvrtka, a primarni cilj bit će nam širiti zelene površine u Splitu te gradske parkove pretvoriti u prava okupljališta ljudi svih generacija.

Brinemo i o dječjim igralištima pa ćemo napraviti sve da ona uvijek budu u primjerenom stanju, na zadovoljstvo roditelja i djece – kaže Gašparević i dodaje da su zelene tržnice posebna tema.
– Tu ću kao menadžer koji vjeruje u zakone tržišta, u ponudu i potražnju, provoditi model najbolje ponude, s jedne, i zaštite javnog interesa, s druge strane – kaže.
Na Mostinama "Parkovi i nasade" grade novi, moderni proizvodni pogon. To Gašparevića posebno veseli.
– To će proizvodnju bilja najmanje poduplati. Riječ je o staklenicima. Sadit ćemo nova stabla gdje god to bude moguće – obećava Siniša, kojeg smo upitali hoće li se, i kada, zazelenjeti i žnjanska pustopoljina.
– Hoće, ali planski, nikako prije realizacije uređenja platoa i mimo projekta. Znate već da se spominju stabla koja su se ispriječila na mjestu gdje će se obavljati radovi na uređenju platoa, tako da se strogo moramo držati planova da se te situacije ne ponove – veli.
Novi direktor "Parkova i nasada" po struci je diplomirani ekonomist. Iza sebe ima bogato menadžersko iskustvo. Radio je kao savjetnik za ulaganja na tržištu kapitala; bavio se investicijskim fondovima, dionicama, trgovao sirovinama. Radio je u banci, bio je direktor SEM-a 1986 i direktor firme "Svitlost", koja se brinula o održavanju javne rasvjete.

– Radio sam i u građevinskom inženjeringu, tako da sam kao ekonomist upoznao i građevinarstvo, te bio direktor hostela "101 dalmatinac" gdje sam se izvještio u turizmu.
Cijelo vrijeme sam se bavio i marketingom i odnosima s javnošću, tako da mi gradske komunalne teme, s koje god strane im prilazio, nisu nepoznanica. Manje-više upoznat sam sa svim područjima koja su važna za funkcioniranje i razvoj grada – zaključio je Gašparević.
