U Banovini je održano javno izlaganje i javna rasprava o Programu gospodarenja Park-šumom Marjan, koji bi trebala odrediti budućnost zelenog poluotoka u narednih 10 godina.

Iako niti jedan od kandidata za gradonačelnika Splita nije nazočio prigodi, kako doznajemo od Srđana Marinića, predsjednika Društva Marjan, važna pitanja ovim Programom ostaju bez odgovora, pa je, u dobroj volji za pretpostaviti kako će se barem neki od njih sa svojim pitanjima javiti danas do ponoći, kada ističe rok za podnošenje prigovora.

- Novi nam program donosi nekoliko nejasnoća među kojima možda najvažnije pitanje o "izgubljenih" gotovo 30 hektara zemljišta iz plana obuhvata Park šume. Naime, u Programu koji nije usvojen 2019. godine govorilo se o upravljanju površinom od 198 hektara, dok novi program predviđa upravljanje sa 169 hektara.

Prema objašnjenju koje smo danas dobili, u Program su uključene samo površine koje su u vlasništvu i posjedu Grada, pa ostaje realna bojazan da će preostali dijelovi Marjana za koje nije predviđena sustavna briga moguće postati nova žarišta potkornjaka - smatra Marinić.

Dodaje kako je zanimljivo i da razlika u obimu drvne zalihe šume ne reflektira proporcionalno i "izgubljenu" površinu, za što će, nada se, dobiti naknadno objašnjenje.

Kako doznajemo, izlaganju je, za razliku od prošle prigode u travnju 2019. godine, kada je predstavljen Program koji kasnije nije usvojen, uz predstavnike službi za prostorno planiranje prisustvovao i gradonačelnik Andro Krstulović Opara, ostavljajući dojam političke volje da se pitanje upravljanja Park šumom Marjan nakon godina u sivoj zoni - legalizira.

U Banovini je održano javno izlaganje i javna rasprava o Programu gospodarenja Park-šumom Marjan, koji bi trebala odrediti budućnost zelenog poluotoka u narednih 10 godina.

Iako niti jedan od kandidata za gradonačelnika Splita nije nazočio prigodi, kako doznajemo od Srđana Marinića, predsjednika Društva Marjan, važna pitanja ovim Programom ostaju bez odgovora, pa je, u dobroj volji za pretpostaviti kako će se barem neki od njih sa svojim pitanjima javiti danas do ponoći, kada ističe rok za podnošenje prigovora.

- Novi nam program donosi nekoliko nejasnoća među kojima možda najvažnije pitanje o "izgubljenih" gotovo 30 hektara zemljišta iz plana obuhvata Park šume. Naime, u Programu koji nije usvojen 2019. godine govorilo se o upravljanju površinom od 198 hektara, dok novi program predviđa upravljanje sa 169 hektara.

Prema objašnjenju koje smo danas dobili, u Program su uključene samo površine koje su u vlasništvu i posjedu Grada, pa ostaje realna bojazan da će preostali dijelovi Marjana za koje nije predviđena sustavna briga moguće postati nova žarišta potkornjaka - smatra Marinić.

Dodaje kako je zanimljivo i da razlika u obimu drvne zalihe šume ne reflektira proporcionalno i "izgubljenu" površinu, za što će, nada se, dobiti naknadno objašnjenje.

Kako doznajemo, izlaganju je, za razliku od prošle prigode u travnju 2019. godine, kada je predstavljen Program koji kasnije nije usvojen, uz predstavnike službi za prostorno planiranje prisustvovao i gradonačelnik Andro Krstulović Opara, ostavljajući dojam političke volje da se pitanje upravljanja Park šumom Marjan nakon godina u sivoj zoni - legalizira.
