Gelateria Emiliana u Cosmijevoj ulici u centru Splita radi punom parom. Ogroman red ispred sladoledarnice nemoguće je ne primijetiti, a recenzija zadovoljnih kupaca i to unatoč dužem čekanju ne prestaju se nizati na turističkim platformama poput Google Mapsa i Tripadvisora.
Ipak, domaća gošća je na redakcijski e-mail poslala negativan i ljutiti komentar. Požalila se kako je platila skoro duplu cijenu, a njezina poruka glasi ovako:
- Evo još jedan primjer kako nas pljačkaju nevjerojatnim cijenama. U Emiliane sam tri mini kugle sladoleda platila 15 eura. Meni je to čista pljačka. Vodila sam djecu na Prokurative, a usput smo u Emiliane uzeli tri sladoleda u čašici. Djeca su komentirala kako su puno manje kugle nego inače. Dala sam 20 eura, a prodavač mi je vratio pet i još naglasio da je to cijena za nas jer smo domaći.
Spremila sam tih pet eura u novčanik, i tek tada skužila koliko mi je naplatio, preračunato u kune, više od 100 kuna, nevjerojatno za tri kugle. Vratila sam se pitati otkada je kugla pet eura, a on me posprdno pita "al‘ je to puno", rekla sam da je meni to puno, kutija Quatro sladoleda toliko košta, kao njegova mini kuglica.
U redu je stajalo 20 ljudi iza mene, naravno da može naplaćivati koliko mu padne na pamet i naravno da nisam dobila račun, nikada kod njih nisam dobila račun - napisala je.

Na kraju dodaje: "Turizam nam je donio samo loše, uskoro će nam i zrak naplaćivati po posebnoj cijeni za domaće."
S mišlju da je sladoled poskupio gotovo preko noći, poslali smo upit slastičarnici Emiliana. Odgovor je stigao odmah, sladoled nije poskupio, a u Emiliani tvrde kako je očito došlo do nesporazuma.
- Sjećam se toga. Istina je da je gospođa dala 20€, ja sam vratio 15€. Dobila je 3 sladoleda za 5€, ne za 15€. Dao sam joj popust za domaće goste i naplatio djeci 1.5€, a njoj 2€. Uzela je dvije kuglice pola-pola za djecu, to je 3€, i sebi je uzela u slatkom kornetu pola-pola što košta 2€. Sve skupa je 5€. Čudio sam se zašto se žali kad je dobila popust. Račun je bio gore, ali nije ga uzela - rekao je prodavač i dodao kako je u svoj iskaz siguran, ne 100, nego 1000 posto.
Poručio je nezadovoljnom kupcu: "Recite da se vrati, pa ću ja opet objasnit ako je potrebno. Moguće da su joj ispali novci ili... Stvarno ne znam. Baš mi je žao što se naljutila."

Gelateria Emiliana u Cosmijevoj ulici u centru Splita radi punom parom. Ogroman red ispred sladoledarnice nemoguće je ne primijetiti, a recenzija zadovoljnih kupaca i to unatoč dužem čekanju ne prestaju se nizati na turističkim platformama poput Google Mapsa i Tripadvisora.
Ipak, domaća gošća je na redakcijski e-mail poslala negativan i ljutiti komentar. Požalila se kako je platila skoro duplu cijenu, a njezina poruka glasi ovako:
- Evo još jedan primjer kako nas pljačkaju nevjerojatnim cijenama. U Emiliane sam tri mini kugle sladoleda platila 15 eura. Meni je to čista pljačka. Vodila sam djecu na Prokurative, a usput smo u Emiliane uzeli tri sladoleda u čašici. Djeca su komentirala kako su puno manje kugle nego inače. Dala sam 20 eura, a prodavač mi je vratio pet i još naglasio da je to cijena za nas jer smo domaći.
Spremila sam tih pet eura u novčanik, i tek tada skužila koliko mi je naplatio, preračunato u kune, više od 100 kuna, nevjerojatno za tri kugle. Vratila sam se pitati otkada je kugla pet eura, a on me posprdno pita "al‘ je to puno", rekla sam da je meni to puno, kutija Quatro sladoleda toliko košta, kao njegova mini kuglica.
U redu je stajalo 20 ljudi iza mene, naravno da može naplaćivati koliko mu padne na pamet i naravno da nisam dobila račun, nikada kod njih nisam dobila račun - napisala je.

Na kraju dodaje: "Turizam nam je donio samo loše, uskoro će nam i zrak naplaćivati po posebnoj cijeni za domaće."
S mišlju da je sladoled poskupio gotovo preko noći, poslali smo upit slastičarnici Emiliana. Odgovor je stigao odmah, sladoled nije poskupio, a u Emiliani tvrde kako je očito došlo do nesporazuma.
- Sjećam se toga. Istina je da je gospođa dala 20€, ja sam vratio 15€. Dobila je 3 sladoleda za 5€, ne za 15€. Dao sam joj popust za domaće goste i naplatio djeci 1.5€, a njoj 2€. Uzela je dvije kuglice pola-pola za djecu, to je 3€, i sebi je uzela u slatkom kornetu pola-pola što košta 2€. Sve skupa je 5€. Čudio sam se zašto se žali kad je dobila popust. Račun je bio gore, ali nije ga uzela - rekao je prodavač i dodao kako je u svoj iskaz siguran, ne 100, nego 1000 posto.
Poručio je nezadovoljnom kupcu: "Recite da se vrati, pa ću ja opet objasnit ako je potrebno. Moguće da su joj ispali novci ili... Stvarno ne znam. Baš mi je žao što se naljutila."
