Još malo pa će glavna splitska tržnica dobiti novo ruho. Proteklih mjeseci već je počelo "čišćenje" terena u svrhu kompletnog preuređenja ovoga područja, koje provode nova gradska vlast i gradska tvrtka "Parkovi i nasadi".

Jučer smo zabilježili i "češljanje" terena na južnom dijelu Pazara. Uklanjaju se štandovi koji su do sada bili na tom prostoru, a Siniša Gašparević, direktor "Parkova i nasada", kaže nam kako se radi o pripremi za daljnje radove na uređenju ovoga područja.

– U tijeku je čišćenje u svrhu početka radova oko uređenja područja Pazara. Dakle, ovo je prva faza radova za preuređenje ovoga područja – kaže nam Gašparević.

Naime, na ovaj južni dio Pazara, točnije teren 5, trebali bi se preseliti zakupci iz Hrvojeve ulice, kojima su zadnjega dana prosinca istekli ugovori koji se neće obnavljati. Jučer smo ih obišli, većina štandova bila je zatvorena, a pojedinci koji su se pojavili praznili su i pospremali svoje prostore.

Kako nam je u prijašnjem razgovoru rekao prvi čovjek "Parkova i nasada", razdoblje od siječnja do travnja iskoristit će kako bi taj južni dio gradske tržnice uredili i formirali nove štandove. Nakon što formiraju nove štandove, održat će se i licitacija na kojoj će sudjelovati 80 zakupaca koji su se prijavili za nove prostore.

– Dogovorili smo se s prodavačima iz Hrvojeve da imaju rok do 15. siječnja za selidbu s tog dijela tržnice. Ako nekima treba pomoć pri iseljavanju, mogu se javiti "Parkovima" pa ćemo vidjeti kako možemo pomoći – poručuje direktor te gradske tvrtke.

Još malo pa će glavna splitska tržnica dobiti novo ruho. Proteklih mjeseci već je počelo "čišćenje" terena u svrhu kompletnog preuređenja ovoga područja, koje provode nova gradska vlast i gradska tvrtka "Parkovi i nasadi".

Jučer smo zabilježili i "češljanje" terena na južnom dijelu Pazara. Uklanjaju se štandovi koji su do sada bili na tom prostoru, a Siniša Gašparević, direktor "Parkova i nasada", kaže nam kako se radi o pripremi za daljnje radove na uređenju ovoga područja.

– U tijeku je čišćenje u svrhu početka radova oko uređenja područja Pazara. Dakle, ovo je prva faza radova za preuređenje ovoga područja – kaže nam Gašparević.

Naime, na ovaj južni dio Pazara, točnije teren 5, trebali bi se preseliti zakupci iz Hrvojeve ulice, kojima su zadnjega dana prosinca istekli ugovori koji se neće obnavljati. Jučer smo ih obišli, većina štandova bila je zatvorena, a pojedinci koji su se pojavili praznili su i pospremali svoje prostore.

Kako nam je u prijašnjem razgovoru rekao prvi čovjek "Parkova i nasada", razdoblje od siječnja do travnja iskoristit će kako bi taj južni dio gradske tržnice uredili i formirali nove štandove. Nakon što formiraju nove štandove, održat će se i licitacija na kojoj će sudjelovati 80 zakupaca koji su se prijavili za nove prostore.

– Dogovorili smo se s prodavačima iz Hrvojeve da imaju rok do 15. siječnja za selidbu s tog dijela tržnice. Ako nekima treba pomoć pri iseljavanju, mogu se javiti "Parkovima" pa ćemo vidjeti kako možemo pomoći – poručuje direktor te gradske tvrtke.
