Ovo je zemlja za nas, ovo je zemlja za sve naše ljude... Pjevao je tako nekoć EKV, a puno kasnije obradila i jedna klapa, i dobro zvuči. No, je li ovo doista "zemlja za sve naše ljude" ili za one privilegirane? Za uhljebe, koncesionare, ili možda one koji u njoj neće ostati dugo?

Mikroprimjer: parkiranje. Nižepotpisana na teži je način, na primjer, u roku od nekoliko dana naučila gdje više ne smije parkirati u središtu grada, nedaleko robne kuće Dobri. Da, tamo gdje je zadnjih desetak godina uredno parkirala, do pješačkog prijelaza ali bez da ga dotakne, jer smo to svi učili na vozačkom ispitu.

Bilanca pogreške: 400 lakih kunića za prometne redare, odnosno dvije kazne o počinjenom prekršaju u tri (radna) dana. Jedna 250 kuna, druga 150 kuna.

Sreća u nesreći: kazna je na akciji od 50 posto popusta (jupi, baš sam miljenica sreće!), ali ukoliko ne platim u roku od tri dana kazne idu na punu cijenu, koja onda iznosi 800 kuna. Izignoriram li i to, onda slijedi ovrha koja za prvu kaznu iznosi do 15 tisuća (?!) kuna, drugu od muke nisam ni zbrajala. Naravno da ću platiti odmah obje kazne, a drage čitatelje želim poučiti kako da im se ne dogodi moj scenarij. Najjednostavniji savjet je: izbjegnite središte grada, pa čak i širu okolicu jer više nigdje niste sigurni. Ovo više nije grad za nas.

U čemu je kvaka?

Kvaka je u sljedećem: ni jedan Splićanin ne voli platit' parking. U meni, na primjer, čuči lokalpatriotski dišpet i mozak kojem je teško shvatljivo da moram platiti komad vlastite zemlje za boravak na njoj. Hajde kad je parking na nečijem privatnom zemljištu, ali ako je cijena potpuno ista na gradskom zemljištu, onda - čemu to "gradsko"?!

Znam, netko će reći da treba parkiralište opremiti, održavati... Svejedno, zašto domaćima ne bi bio mukte? Inicijalna ulaganja i održavanje ne znači da baš desetljećima kasnije mi, Splićani, moramo donositi ekstra profit. Ovo je naš grad, zar ne? Navodno jest.

Drugo, jasno mi je da i ova gradska parkirališta hrane neke obitelji, ali naplata parkiranja (atroke kazni) osiromašuje moju. Pomalo mi je i dirljivo što prometni redar zahvaljujući mojoj kazni prima plaću, sigurno mu (joj) puno znači. Ajmo i malo bit plastični.

Ujutro ćete u pekari kupiti kruh, netko je proizveo tu štrucu. U kafiću ćete popiti kavu, netko ju je skuhao. Netko je proizveo i ovo računalo na kojem pišem, a evo danas sam i ja bogme proizvela dva teksta. Prometni redar proizveo je, pak, nekoliko kazni, uvjerena sam da zbog većine njih osobno baš i nije ispunjen ponosom. Možda ih ne bi ni napisao, ljudski bi zažmirio ali ne smije; vjerojatno ga nadzire neki organ, kojega pak također supervizira još jedan organ, na još višoj razini.

Sve treba namiriti

Sve je oko nas puno organa koje treba platiti, namiriti... E, pa pun mi je kufer svih tih organa i njihovih erekcija, pardon reakcija!

Ako me globe zbog parkiranja tamo gdje nikome ne smetam i nikad do sad nisu - a gradski parking moram platiti kao da je privatni - onda mi je gorko jasnije zašto više ne mogu ležati na omiljenoj plaži jer mi i tamo naplaćuju ležaljku. Okej, nije mi ispod časti ležati niti na pijesku ispod nogu nekog Skandinavca na ležaljci, ali na tom komadiću pijeska također ima sve manje mjesta jer je nekim čudom ležaljki (uz naplatu) sve više... Omča se steže, dragi moji Splićani.

Ova zemlja postaje odnarođena, njezini su ljudi građani drugog reda. Ovaj grad također postaje sve manje "friendly-place" za vlastite građane, ovce smo za šišanje gdje god ugazimo. A za sve to postoji nešto neoborivo: zakonsko uporište. Okej, a tko je kreirao te zakone?

Zakon o parkiranju koje u Splitu postaje ljeti nemoguće bez inicijalnih cca 50 kuna kreirao je netko koga službeni vozač posvuda vozi u rashlađenom službenom automobilu, a na plaži ga čeka besplatna ležaljka i koktel u orošenoj čaši, odnosno VIP-loža drugdje gdje se pojavi. Ukratko, netko tko živi u pseudostvarnosti, ne suočava se s životom kojega treba na mjesečnoj bazi pokriti od plaće, i u tom mu je kontekstu bitno ušparati svaki dan neku lovu od parkiranja jer će čak i s tom malom uštedom jedva pokriti poskupljenje goriva (bolje rečeno, neće). O ostalim poskupljenjima da ne govorim...

Nisam dovoljno bogata da se inatim, platit ću rekoh obje kazne jer sam na koži osjetila demon ovrha koje su neumitne kao smrt. No, priželjkujem da neke nove vlasti - na gradskoj i županijskoj razini - nikad ne zaborave da strogoću treba trenirati na jakima, a ne nama, malim ljudima. Onima koji, na koncu, i njih hrane.

Ovo je zemlja za nas, ovo je zemlja za sve naše ljude... Pjevao je tako nekoć EKV, a puno kasnije obradila i jedna klapa, i dobro zvuči. No, je li ovo doista "zemlja za sve naše ljude" ili za one privilegirane? Za uhljebe, koncesionare, ili možda one koji u njoj neće ostati dugo?

Mikroprimjer: parkiranje. Nižepotpisana na teži je način, na primjer, u roku od nekoliko dana naučila gdje više ne smije parkirati u središtu grada, nedaleko robne kuće Dobri. Da, tamo gdje je zadnjih desetak godina uredno parkirala, do pješačkog prijelaza ali bez da ga dotakne, jer smo to svi učili na vozačkom ispitu.

Bilanca pogreške: 400 lakih kunića za prometne redare, odnosno dvije kazne o počinjenom prekršaju u tri (radna) dana. Jedna 250 kuna, druga 150 kuna.

Sreća u nesreći: kazna je na akciji od 50 posto popusta (jupi, baš sam miljenica sreće!), ali ukoliko ne platim u roku od tri dana kazne idu na punu cijenu, koja onda iznosi 800 kuna. Izignoriram li i to, onda slijedi ovrha koja za prvu kaznu iznosi do 15 tisuća (?!) kuna, drugu od muke nisam ni zbrajala. Naravno da ću platiti odmah obje kazne, a drage čitatelje želim poučiti kako da im se ne dogodi moj scenarij. Najjednostavniji savjet je: izbjegnite središte grada, pa čak i širu okolicu jer više nigdje niste sigurni. Ovo više nije grad za nas.

U čemu je kvaka?

Kvaka je u sljedećem: ni jedan Splićanin ne voli platit' parking. U meni, na primjer, čuči lokalpatriotski dišpet i mozak kojem je teško shvatljivo da moram platiti komad vlastite zemlje za boravak na njoj. Hajde kad je parking na nečijem privatnom zemljištu, ali ako je cijena potpuno ista na gradskom zemljištu, onda - čemu to "gradsko"?!

Znam, netko će reći da treba parkiralište opremiti, održavati... Svejedno, zašto domaćima ne bi bio mukte? Inicijalna ulaganja i održavanje ne znači da baš desetljećima kasnije mi, Splićani, moramo donositi ekstra profit. Ovo je naš grad, zar ne? Navodno jest.

Drugo, jasno mi je da i ova gradska parkirališta hrane neke obitelji, ali naplata parkiranja (atroke kazni) osiromašuje moju. Pomalo mi je i dirljivo što prometni redar zahvaljujući mojoj kazni prima plaću, sigurno mu (joj) puno znači. Ajmo i malo bit plastični.

Ujutro ćete u pekari kupiti kruh, netko je proizveo tu štrucu. U kafiću ćete popiti kavu, netko ju je skuhao. Netko je proizveo i ovo računalo na kojem pišem, a evo danas sam i ja bogme proizvela dva teksta. Prometni redar proizveo je, pak, nekoliko kazni, uvjerena sam da zbog većine njih osobno baš i nije ispunjen ponosom. Možda ih ne bi ni napisao, ljudski bi zažmirio ali ne smije; vjerojatno ga nadzire neki organ, kojega pak također supervizira još jedan organ, na još višoj razini.

Sve treba namiriti

Sve je oko nas puno organa koje treba platiti, namiriti... E, pa pun mi je kufer svih tih organa i njihovih erekcija, pardon reakcija!

Ako me globe zbog parkiranja tamo gdje nikome ne smetam i nikad do sad nisu - a gradski parking moram platiti kao da je privatni - onda mi je gorko jasnije zašto više ne mogu ležati na omiljenoj plaži jer mi i tamo naplaćuju ležaljku. Okej, nije mi ispod časti ležati niti na pijesku ispod nogu nekog Skandinavca na ležaljci, ali na tom komadiću pijeska također ima sve manje mjesta jer je nekim čudom ležaljki (uz naplatu) sve više... Omča se steže, dragi moji Splićani.

Ova zemlja postaje odnarođena, njezini su ljudi građani drugog reda. Ovaj grad također postaje sve manje "friendly-place" za vlastite građane, ovce smo za šišanje gdje god ugazimo. A za sve to postoji nešto neoborivo: zakonsko uporište. Okej, a tko je kreirao te zakone?

Zakon o parkiranju koje u Splitu postaje ljeti nemoguće bez inicijalnih cca 50 kuna kreirao je netko koga službeni vozač posvuda vozi u rashlađenom službenom automobilu, a na plaži ga čeka besplatna ležaljka i koktel u orošenoj čaši, odnosno VIP-loža drugdje gdje se pojavi. Ukratko, netko tko živi u pseudostvarnosti, ne suočava se s životom kojega treba na mjesečnoj bazi pokriti od plaće, i u tom mu je kontekstu bitno ušparati svaki dan neku lovu od parkiranja jer će čak i s tom malom uštedom jedva pokriti poskupljenje goriva (bolje rečeno, neće). O ostalim poskupljenjima da ne govorim...

Nisam dovoljno bogata da se inatim, platit ću rekoh obje kazne jer sam na koži osjetila demon ovrha koje su neumitne kao smrt. No, priželjkujem da neke nove vlasti - na gradskoj i županijskoj razini - nikad ne zaborave da strogoću treba trenirati na jakima, a ne nama, malim ljudima. Onima koji, na koncu, i njih hrane.

Ovo je zemlja za nas, ovo je zemlja za sve naše ljude... Pjevao je tako nekoć EKV, a puno kasnije obradila i jedna klapa, i dobro zvuči. No, je li ovo doista "zemlja za sve naše ljude" ili za one privilegirane? Za uhljebe, koncesionare, ili možda one koji u njoj neće ostati dugo?

Mikroprimjer: parkiranje. Nižepotpisana na teži je način, na primjer, u roku od nekoliko dana naučila gdje više ne smije parkirati u središtu grada, nedaleko robne kuće Dobri. Da, tamo gdje je zadnjih desetak godina uredno parkirala, do pješačkog prijelaza ali bez da ga dotakne, jer smo to svi učili na vozačkom ispitu.

Bilanca pogreške: 400 lakih kunića za prometne redare, odnosno dvije kazne o počinjenom prekršaju u tri (radna) dana. Jedna 250 kuna, druga 150 kuna.

Sreća u nesreći: kazna...
