Završio je jedan od natječaja od kojeg se puno očekivalo, a taj je za ravnatelja/ravnateljicu Javne ustanove Zavod za prostorno uređenje Grada Splita. Već dugo se govori od strane arhitekata i medija kako Splitu nedostaje Zavod za urbanizam, odnosno, kako je velika šteta što je ugašen bivši Zavod početkom 90-tih jer od tada vlada kaos u planiranju i prostoru grada.
- Natječaj za ravnatelja Zavoda je završen, odnosno provode se završene "administrativne" radnje. Na natječaj su se javile Janja Novaković, dipl.ing.arh i Marijana Bronzović, dipl.ing.arh. Nakon analize podnesenih prijava i obavljenih razgovora Upravno vijeće Zavoda je donijelo Odluku da se za ravnatelja(icu) imenuje Janja Novaković, dipl.ing.arh.
O ovoj odluci dostavljena je obavijest kandidatkinjama, te je u tijeku period žalbenog roka - kazao nam je Teo Vojković, koji je predsjednik Upravnog vijeća Zavoda i ujedno v.d. pročelnika Upravnog odjela za urbanizam i izgradnju. Kako od njega doznajemo, žalbeni rok traje do sredine ovog mjeseca.
Činjenica da su se javile dvije kandidatkinje za funkciju Zavoda o kojem se toliko govorilo svjedoči kako ne vlada veliki interes za tu funkciju, ili pak pokazuje da su se arhitekti preplašili odgovornosti koju takvo mjesto donosi, a nekima je unosnije raditi na tržištu gdje ponekad imaju kreativne izazove.
Janja Novaković je arhitektica i urbanistica (rođ. 1976.) koja je radila u nekoliko tvrtki, a trenutno djeluje u tvrtci "Urbi & archi". Nedavno je radila natječajni elaborat za "Anketni natječaj za izradu idejnog urbanističkog rješenja za istočnu obalu" koji je u tijeku.
Također, nedavno je u organizaciji DAS-a bila je jedna od voditeljica urbanističkih radionica sa mještanima Srinjina. Članica je Radnog tijela za urbanizam splitskog udruženja arhitekata. Njezina tvrtka je, među ostalim, angažirana za Izmjene i dopune Prostornog plana uređenja Makarske i za urbanistički plan u Starome Gradu na Hvaru.
Upitali smo arh. Janju Novaković da nam ukratko obrazloži zašto se javila na natječaj za ravnateljicu i kakva je njezina vizija Zavoda.
- Prostornim planiranjem bavim se više od 20 godina, kroz rad u privatnim tvrtkama. Na javni natječaj za imenovanje ravnatelja Zavoda prijavila sam se jer sudjelovanje u prostorno-planskim procesima grada s te pozicije za mene predstavlja veliki profesionalni izazov kojeg nisam htjela propustiti - kaže Novaković i dodaje kako smatra da na položaju ravnateljice može u najvećoj mjeri i na optimalan način iskoristiti iskustvo i znanje koje je stekla u dosadašnjem dugogodišnjem radu.
- Posao u Zavodu doživljavam kao timski rad, čiji uspjeh će ovisiti o dobroj suradnji između članova tima, ali i sa stručnim gradskim odjelom te drugim raznovrsnim suradnicima koje prostorno planiranje kao multidisciplinarna djelatnost podrazumijeva.
Djelovanje kroz Zavod, u kojem će se stručni tim isključivo posvetiti prostoru grada, sa stručne strane predstavlja najbolji način za učinkovito vođenje njegovog prostornog razvoja. (Naravno, uz bitan preduvjet mogućnosti neovisnog djelovanja.)
Konkretan budući rad Zavoda temeljit će se na "Urbanističkoj politici Grada Splita za razdoblje 2021. – 2026. godine". Zavod će u svom radu, kao izrađivač ili koordinator, nastaviti provoditi već započete aktivnosti planirane "Urbanističkom politikom" - stoji u odgovoru kojeg smo dobili od Janje Novaković koju podržava Upravno vijeće.
Nova ravnateljica će biti prva i jedina zaposlenica Javne ustanove Zavod za prostorno uređenje Grada Splita. Tak nakon toga će trebati potražiti ostale kadrove kako bi se oformio stručni tim s kojim će Zavod proraditi.

Završio je jedan od natječaja od kojeg se puno očekivalo, a taj je za ravnatelja/ravnateljicu Javne ustanove Zavod za prostorno uređenje Grada Splita. Već dugo se govori od strane arhitekata i medija kako Splitu nedostaje Zavod za urbanizam, odnosno, kako je velika šteta što je ugašen bivši Zavod početkom 90-tih jer od tada vlada kaos u planiranju i prostoru grada.
- Natječaj za ravnatelja Zavoda je završen, odnosno provode se završene "administrativne" radnje. Na natječaj su se javile Janja Novaković, dipl.ing.arh i Marijana Bronzović, dipl.ing.arh. Nakon analize podnesenih prijava i obavljenih razgovora Upravno vijeće Zavoda je donijelo Odluku da se za ravnatelja(icu) imenuje Janja Novaković, dipl.ing.arh.
O ovoj odluci dostavljena je obavijest kandidatkinjama, te je u tijeku period žalbenog roka - kazao nam je Teo Vojković, koji je predsjednik Upravnog vijeća Zavoda i ujedno v.d. pročelnika Upravnog odjela za urbanizam i izgradnju. Kako od njega doznajemo, žalbeni rok traje do sredine ovog mjeseca.
Činjenica da su se javile dvije kandidatkinje za funkciju Zavoda o kojem se toliko govorilo svjedoči kako ne vlada veliki interes za tu funkciju, ili pak pokazuje da su se arhitekti preplašili odgovornosti koju takvo mjesto donosi, a nekima je unosnije raditi na tržištu gdje ponekad imaju kreativne izazove.
Janja Novaković je arhitektica i urbanistica (rođ. 1976.) koja je radila u nekoliko tvrtki, a trenutno djeluje u tvrtci "Urbi & archi". Nedavno je radila natječajni elaborat za "Anketni natječaj za izradu idejnog urbanističkog rješenja za istočnu obalu" koji je u tijeku.
Također, nedavno je u organizaciji DAS-a bila je jedna od voditeljica urbanističkih radionica sa mještanima Srinjina. Članica je Radnog tijela za urbanizam splitskog udruženja arhitekata. Njezina tvrtka je, među ostalim, angažirana za Izmjene i dopune Prostornog plana uređenja Makarske i za urbanistički plan u Starome Gradu na Hvaru.
Upitali smo arh. Janju Novaković da nam ukratko obrazloži zašto se javila na natječaj za ravnateljicu i kakva je njezina vizija Zavoda.
- Prostornim planiranjem bavim se više od 20 godina, kroz rad u privatnim tvrtkama. Na javni natječaj za imenovanje ravnatelja Zavoda prijavila sam se jer sudjelovanje u prostorno-planskim procesima grada s te pozicije za mene predstavlja veliki profesionalni izazov kojeg nisam htjela propustiti - kaže Novaković i dodaje kako smatra da na položaju ravnateljice može u najvećoj mjeri i na optimalan način iskoristiti iskustvo i znanje koje je stekla u dosadašnjem dugogodišnjem radu.
- Posao u Zavodu doživljavam kao timski rad, čiji uspjeh će ovisiti o dobroj suradnji između članova tima, ali i sa stručnim gradskim odjelom te drugim raznovrsnim suradnicima koje prostorno planiranje kao multidisciplinarna djelatnost podrazumijeva.
Djelovanje kroz Zavod, u kojem će se stručni tim isključivo posvetiti prostoru grada, sa stručne strane predstavlja najbolji način za učinkovito vođenje njegovog prostornog razvoja. (Naravno, uz bitan preduvjet mogućnosti neovisnog djelovanja.)
Konkretan budući rad Zavoda temeljit će se na "Urbanističkoj politici Grada Splita za razdoblje 2021. – 2026. godine". Zavod će u svom radu, kao izrađivač ili koordinator, nastaviti provoditi već započete aktivnosti planirane "Urbanističkom politikom" - stoji u odgovoru kojeg smo dobili od Janje Novaković koju podržava Upravno vijeće.
Nova ravnateljica će biti prva i jedina zaposlenica Javne ustanove Zavod za prostorno uređenje Grada Splita. Tak nakon toga će trebati potražiti ostale kadrove kako bi se oformio stručni tim s kojim će Zavod proraditi.
