Dok na jednoj strani obale bankomati niču kao gljive poslije kiše, a njihovi vlasnici plaćaju masne pare za njihovo postavljanje, nekoliko stotina metara dalje, na drugoj strani nema velikog interesa za njihovom ugradnjom.

Splitska Lučka uprava ponudila je trogodišnju koncesiju na četiri lokacije u zgradi putničkog terminala smještenog na Gatu sv. Duje, ali se javila samo jedna zainteresirana tvrtka.

Za jednu poziciju godišnje će plaćati 38.555 kuna, za drugu 36.123, za treću 37.111, a za četvrtu 38.765 kuna.

Najskuplja koncesija plaća se 3.230 kuna mjesečno. Prema našoj slobodnoj procjeni - simbolično. Riječ je o aparatima koji ubiru proviziju i to na lokaciji kojom samo udarnim vikendima prođe nekoliko desetaka tisuća putnika. Međutim, čak se i za tako nisku početnu cijenu javila tek jedna tvrtka - "EFT Usluge" koja zastupa "Euronet".

Zanimalo nas je zašto je koncesija tako jeftina i kako se uopće odredila početna cijena koja je na kraju i ostala konačna. Usporedbe radi, na Peristilu nam je potvrđeno kako su ponude išle do deset tisuća kuna mjesečno. U drugim dijelovima jezgre cijene su se znale kretati od pet do sedam tisuća kuna mjesečno. U svakom slučaju se najam plaća čitavu godinu. I onda kad izvan sezone nema novca u bankomatima.

- Studija gospodarske opravdanosti za davanje koncesije definira razdoblje trajanja koncesije, kao i početne cijene. Na javnim natječajima na koje se javi više zainteresiranih ta cijena se povećava, a ovdje primjećujemo negativan trend po pitanju zainteresiranosti. Kao što ste i sami vidjeli, na zadnjem natječaju smo za četiri lokacije imali samo jednog ponuditelja - rekao nam je Vice Mihanović, ravnatelj splitske Lučke uprave.

Nekada su se na takav natječaj javljale i domaće banke, ali sada su izdominirali aparati kojima se koriste isključivo turisti. Prema podacima Hrvatske narodne banke za lipanj ove godine, u Hrvatskoj ima više šest tisuća bankomata, a najviše ih je na obali. Vlasnici bankomata inače nude vrlo povoljne uvjete samo da uguraju svoje aparate, a uglavnom je riječ o firmama "Auro domus" i "Euronetu".

Potonja je kritizirana u više država, a podaci o tome mogu se pronaći jednostavnim pretraživanjem na internetu. Osim zbog visokih kamata, navedeno je kako se 2019. godine "Euronet" suočio s reakcijom gradskih čelnika u Pragu gdje je nekoliko njihovih bankomata nezakonito i bez valjanih dopuštenja ugrađeno u pročelja povijesnih zgrada, unutar cjelina kulturne baštine. Dok na jednoj strani obale bankomati niču kao gljive poslije kiše, a njihovi vlasnici plaćaju masne pare za njihovo postavljanje, nekoliko stotina metara dalje, na drugoj strani nema velikog interesa za njihovom ugradnjom.

Splitska Lučka uprava ponudila je trogodišnju koncesiju na četiri lokacije u zgradi putničkog terminala smještenog na Gatu sv. Duje, ali se javila samo jedna zainteresirana tvrtka.

Za jednu poziciju godišnje će plaćati 38.555 kuna, za drugu 36.123, za treću 37.111, a za četvrtu 38.765 kuna.

Najskuplja koncesija plaća se 3.230 kuna mjesečno. Prema našoj slobodnoj procjeni - simbolično. Riječ je o aparatima koji ubiru proviziju i to na lokaciji kojom samo udarnim vikendima prođe nekoliko desetaka tisuća putnika. Međutim, čak se i za tako nisku početnu cijenu javila tek jedna tvrtka - "EFT Usluge" koja zastupa "Euronet".

Zanimalo nas je zašto je koncesija tako jeftina i kako se uopće odredila početna cijena koja je na kraju i ostala konačna. Usporedbe radi, na Peristilu nam je potvrđeno kako su ponude išle do deset tisuća kuna mjesečno. U drugim dijelovima jezgre cijene su se znale kretati od pet do sedam tisuća kuna mjesečno. U svakom slučaju se najam plaća čitavu godinu. I onda kad izvan sezone nema novca u bankomatima.

- Studija gospodarske opravdanosti za davanje koncesije definira razdoblje trajanja koncesije, kao i početne cijene. Na javnim natječajima na koje se javi više zainteresiranih ta cijena se povećava, a ovdje primjećujemo negativan trend po pitanju zainteresiranosti. Kao što ste i sami vidjeli, na zadnjem natječaju smo za četiri lokacije imali samo jednog ponuditelja - rekao nam je Vice Mihanović, ravnatelj splitske Lučke uprave.

Nekada su se na takav natječaj javljale i domaće banke, ali sada su izdominirali aparati kojima se koriste isključivo turisti. Prema podacima Hrvatske narodne banke za lipanj ove godine, u Hrvatskoj ima više šest tisuća bankomata, a najviše ih je na obali. Vlasnici bankomata inače nude vrlo povoljne uvjete samo da uguraju svoje aparate, a uglavnom je riječ o firmama "Auro domus" i "Euronetu".

Potonja je kritizirana u više država, a podaci o tome mogu se pronaći jednostavnim pretraživanjem na internetu. Osim zbog visokih kamata, navedeno je kako se 2019. godine "Euronet" suočio s reakcijom gradskih čelnika u Pragu gdje je nekoliko njihovih bankomata nezakonito i bez valjanih dopuštenja ugrađeno u pročelja povijesnih zgrada, unutar cjelina kulturne baštine.
