Da čovjek ne povjeruje. Stupili smo u kontakt s I.M. koja je 24. siječnja imala, blago rečeno, neugodno iskustvo. Djevojka je u srijedu prijepodne putem poznate aplikacije naručila dostavu hrane. Sve je išlo glatko dok je dostavljač, kako tvrdi, nije nazvao:
- Pitao me gdje mi je adresa. Kazao je kako je s autom i mogu li izaći na ulicu. Meni nije bio problem jer je veliki problem s parkingom u centru grada. Objasnila sam mu gdje sam, ali me promašio. Prošao je pored mene i vratio se te rekao da se spustim do njega.
To ne bi bio problem da I.M. nije slijepa osoba s 2% vida na jednom oku, kako nam tvrdi.
- Ja sam mu rekla da sam tu s bijelim štapom i da ja njegu neću vidjeti, ali da on mene hoće. Rekao mi je da se nalazi u bijelom autu te i i te marke. Pitao me da spustim, ja sam mu rekla da ne mogu – prepričava nam.

Onda je uslijedio šok.
- Na to me pitao da zašto uopće naručujem?! Tada sam svašta izgovorila i spustila se do njega. Kada sam mu došla do automobila osjetila sam da je iznenađen.
Pitali smo je li ga prijavila poslodavcu, na što je rekla da nije jer joj nije cilj da netko zbog nje ostane bez posla iako je diskriminirana. Zato ni nismo naveli ime aplikacije preko koje je, kaže nam, do sada naručivala bez problema:
- Ocijenila sam ga crvenom bojom i dala mu palac dolje. Njihov je posao dostaviti hranu na vrata, a ja sam mu izašla u susret. Nisam poslala prijavu jer ne bih htjela da itko nastrada zbog mene iako je ispao kreten – rekla je iskreno.

Rekla nam je kako nikad nije imala neugodnih iskustava s dostavljačima koji znaju pretjerati ali su do sada bili divni i krasni.
- Naručujem preko ove aplikacije jer imaju čitač ekrana. Neke aplikacije nisu pristupačne, ova je 100% pristupačna i mogu odabrati hranu i način plaćanja. Recimo, jedna svjetski poznata aplikacija nije mi bila pristupačna prije par mjeseci kada sam išla naručiti. Čitač mi jednostavno nije čitao što treba.
Eto, svaka od poznatih svjetskih aplikacija koju koriste milijuni i milijuni diljem svijeta imaju svoje mane: jedni dostavljače, a druge aplikaciju za koju nam djevojka govori da je nepristupačna za slijepe osobe.
Poslali smo upit samoj platformi je li im prijavljen slučaj. Čekamo odgovor.

Da čovjek ne povjeruje. Stupili smo u kontakt s I.M. koja je 24. siječnja imala, blago rečeno, neugodno iskustvo. Djevojka je u srijedu prijepodne putem poznate aplikacije naručila dostavu hrane. Sve je išlo glatko dok je dostavljač, kako tvrdi, nije nazvao:
- Pitao me gdje mi je adresa. Kazao je kako je s autom i mogu li izaći na ulicu. Meni nije bio problem jer je veliki problem s parkingom u centru grada. Objasnila sam mu gdje sam, ali me promašio. Prošao je pored mene i vratio se te rekao da se spustim do njega.
To ne bi bio problem da I.M. nije slijepa osoba s 2% vida na jednom oku, kako nam tvrdi.
- Ja sam mu rekla da sam tu s bijelim štapom i da ja njegu neću vidjeti, ali da on mene hoće. Rekao mi je da se nalazi u bijelom autu te i i te marke. Pitao me da spustim, ja sam mu rekla da ne mogu – prepričava nam.

Onda je uslijedio šok.
- Na to me pitao da zašto uopće naručujem?! Tada sam svašta izgovorila i spustila se do njega. Kada sam mu došla do automobila osjetila sam da je iznenađen.
Pitali smo je li ga prijavila poslodavcu, na što je rekla da nije jer joj nije cilj da netko zbog nje ostane bez posla iako je diskriminirana. Zato ni nismo naveli ime aplikacije preko koje je, kaže nam, do sada naručivala bez problema:
- Ocijenila sam ga crvenom bojom i dala mu palac dolje. Njihov je posao dostaviti hranu na vrata, a ja sam mu izašla u susret. Nisam poslala prijavu jer ne bih htjela da itko nastrada zbog mene iako je ispao kreten – rekla je iskreno.

Rekla nam je kako nikad nije imala neugodnih iskustava s dostavljačima koji znaju pretjerati ali su do sada bili divni i krasni.
- Naručujem preko ove aplikacije jer imaju čitač ekrana. Neke aplikacije nisu pristupačne, ova je 100% pristupačna i mogu odabrati hranu i način plaćanja. Recimo, jedna svjetski poznata aplikacija nije mi bila pristupačna prije par mjeseci kada sam išla naručiti. Čitač mi jednostavno nije čitao što treba.
Eto, svaka od poznatih svjetskih aplikacija koju koriste milijuni i milijuni diljem svijeta imaju svoje mane: jedni dostavljače, a druge aplikaciju za koju nam djevojka govori da je nepristupačna za slijepe osobe.
Poslali smo upit samoj platformi je li im prijavljen slučaj. Čekamo odgovor.
