Nakon što smo prošlog tjedna pisali o "kući duhova" u Tršćanskoj ulici 17 u Splitu, do nas su stigle nove pritužbe na sličan problem u susjedstvu. Na broju 44 u Tršćanskoj ulici, pola minute hoda od napuštene kuće iz prethodne priče, stoji napuštena kuća u otužnom stanju.

Nekoć lijepu prizemnicu crvene fasade, Splićanima poznatu kao Bobisov "Slatki diskont", u kojoj su godinama u noćnim satima poslije izlaska kupovali slastice, zub vremena pretvorio je u ruševinu. Prašumski ugođaj koji stvara okućnica obrasla u korov i slomljeno stablo čije je deblo bezbrižno naslonjeno na udubljeni krov, slučajnim prolaznicima ostavlja dojam netom protutnjale havarije.

Susjednim stanarima budi strepnje i stvara probleme koje zapušteni objekti redovito izazivaju svojoj okolici. Glodavci, potencijalno urušavanje, palež koji se može proširiti, narkomani, samo su neki od faktora koji sasvim sigurno ne čine život stanara Tršćanske ulice ugodnim.

Žrtve napuštene kuće

Od zabrinutog stanara obližnje kuće doznajemo da je posljednja "žrtva" napuštene kuće bio automobil na koji je, dok je bio parkiran pokraj nje, palo jedno od neukroćenih stabala iz zapuštene okućnice. Ali, dodaje, ako se ništa ne učini, sigurno je da neće biti i njezina posljednja žrtva.

– Prošle je godine u nevremenu stablo palo na auto, sreća da nije nekoga ubilo. Tu dolaze razni tipovi pušiti marihuanu i stvaraju buku po noći. Ne znam u čijem je to sada vlasništvu, ali trebalo bi to hitno riješiti da netko ne nastrada – povjerio nam se.

Policijske patrole

Nakon što smo iz Županijskog vatrogasnog operativnog centra doznali da su na adresi Tršćanska 17 ove godine imali sedam intervencija, poslali smo upit o policijskim intervencijama na toj adresi.

– Policijski su službenici Druge policijske postaje od početka godine na adresi Tršćanska br. 17 u Splitu pet puta izlazili na intervenciju zbog dojava o požaru na objektu u kojem nitko ne živi. Uglavnom se radilo o paljenju smeća te nije nastupila materijalna šteta, nije bilo ozlijeđenih ni zatečenih osoba.

S obzirom na prikupljene informacije kako se u napuštenom objektu znaju nalaziti osobe, policijski službenici u više su navrata obilazili navedenu adresu, no nije bilo potrebe za policijskim postupanjem – naveli su u odgovoru iz PU splitsko-dalmatinske.

Nakon što smo prošlog tjedna pisali o "kući duhova" u Tršćanskoj ulici 17 u Splitu, do nas su stigle nove pritužbe na sličan problem u susjedstvu. Na broju 44 u Tršćanskoj ulici, pola minute hoda od napuštene kuće iz prethodne priče, stoji napuštena kuća u otužnom stanju.

Nekoć lijepu prizemnicu crvene fasade, Splićanima poznatu kao Bobisov "Slatki diskont", u kojoj su godinama u noćnim satima poslije izlaska kupovali slastice, zub vremena pretvorio je u ruševinu. Prašumski ugođaj koji stvara okućnica obrasla u korov i slomljeno stablo čije je deblo bezbrižno naslonjeno na udubljeni krov, slučajnim prolaznicima ostavlja dojam netom protutnjale havarije.

Susjednim stanarima budi strepnje i stvara probleme koje zapušteni objekti redovito izazivaju svojoj okolici. Glodavci, potencijalno urušavanje, palež koji se može proširiti, narkomani, samo su neki od faktora koji sasvim sigurno ne čine život stanara Tršćanske ulice ugodnim.

Žrtve napuštene kuće

Od zabrinutog stanara obližnje kuće doznajemo da je posljednja "žrtva" napuštene kuće bio automobil na koji je, dok je bio parkiran pokraj nje, palo jedno od neukroćenih stabala iz zapuštene okućnice. Ali, dodaje, ako se ništa ne učini, sigurno je da neće biti i njezina posljednja žrtva.

– Prošle je godine u nevremenu stablo palo na auto, sreća da nije nekoga ubilo. Tu dolaze razni tipovi pušiti marihuanu i stvaraju buku po noći. Ne znam u čijem je to sada vlasništvu, ali trebalo bi to hitno riješiti da netko ne nastrada – povjerio nam se.

Policijske patrole

Nakon što smo iz Županijskog vatrogasnog operativnog centra doznali da su na adresi Tršćanska 17 ove godine imali sedam intervencija, poslali smo upit o policijskim intervencijama na toj adresi.

– Policijski su službenici Druge policijske postaje od početka godine na adresi Tršćanska br. 17 u Splitu pet puta izlazili na intervenciju zbog dojava o požaru na objektu u kojem nitko ne živi. Uglavnom se radilo o paljenju smeća te nije nastupila materijalna šteta, nije bilo ozlijeđenih ni zatečenih osoba.

S obzirom na prikupljene informacije kako se u napuštenom objektu znaju nalaziti osobe, policijski službenici u više su navrata obilazili navedenu adresu, no nije bilo potrebe za policijskim postupanjem – naveli su u odgovoru iz PU splitsko-dalmatinske.
