Nakon objave teksta Ante Tomića objavljenom u utorak, 7. ožujka 2023. godine u tiskanom i web izdanju "Slobodne Dalmacije" oko zatvaranja zadnjeg antikvarijata u Splitu, reagirala je Maja Đerek, pročelnica Upravnog odjela za gradsku imovinu Grada Splita. Zbog dužine teksta objavljujemo skraćenu verziju.

- Čitajući tekst g. Tomića koji je objavljen u "Slobodnoj Dalmaciji", stječe se dojam da je g. Tomić bio prisiljen bilo što napisati na tu temu jer je očito da je u potpunosti neinformiran oko tematike. Kako bi gospodin Tomić lakše shvatio materiju, pokušat ću mu je objasniti na njemu blizak način. Pa krenimo onda pedantno složiti "košulje i gaće", kako kaže g. Tomić u svome tekstu.

1. Krenimo od prve prilično huškačke i neistinite rečenice kojom je gospodin Tomić vjerojatno htio kod čitatelja izazvati osjećaj zgražanja - da će na mjesto sadašnjeg antikvarijata doći "fast food, studio apartman ili sportska kladionica". U nastavku svog teksta, vjerojatno da pojača dramaturški učinak, za potpuno privatni antikvarijat koji godinama ne izvršava svoje zakonske obveze - Tomić čak utvrđuje da se radi o "kulturnoj instituciji".

U nekoliko navrata sam javno i prilično jasno izjavila da će Grad za taj prostor raspisati javni natječaj isključivo za antikvarijat ili sličnu djelatnost, nikako za ugostiteljski objekt kao što, iz meni nepoznatih razloga, insinuira g. Tomić.

Ukoliko ne bi bilo zainteresiranih jer antikvarijati, nažalost, izumiru uslijed neprofitabilnosti onda bi se raspisao novi (taj dosadni) javni natječaj da se isti prostor dodjeli udrugama i ustanovama koje se bave socijalnim, obrazovnim ili kulturnim pravima i djelatnostima. Po simboličnoj cijeni. Mora da je ova nova spoznaja šokirala g. Tomića.

2. Potom se moram osvrnuti na vrlo zabrinjavajuću rečenicu našeg poznatog pisca koji godinama vapi za boljom i pravednijom državom, a koji kronično neplaćanje Gradu Splitu lakonski karakterizira - "da je to ustvari sporedno". Istina je slijedeća, gospođa vlasnica privatnog antikvarijata punih 35 mjeseci, dakle gotovo 3 (tri) godine, Gradu nije platila niti jednu jedinu zakupninu.

Kada se nakupila poprilična svota zbog neplaćanja nađeno je ingeniozno i potpuno nezakonito rješenje da se vlasnici kompenzira dugovanje zbog tobožnjeg ulaganja u prostor, točno u tadašnju kunu koju je dugovala Gradu. Gospodin Tomić će biti oduševljen kada čuje da gospođa Gradu nije priložila niti jedan dokaz (račun) da je ulaganje uistinu obavljeno, jer istog nema u spisu.

Dakle, dok naivni i blesavi mali čovjek redovito plaća Gradu svoje zakonske obveze dotle pojedinci, s kojima se g. Tomić očito poistovjećuje, imaju nekoga tko im omogućuje da dugovi prema Gradu magično nestanu. Ovim putem pozivam g. Tomića da tri godine ne plati račun za struju, zatim da nas obavijesti je li poziv na sud kojeg će tada dobiti također "sporedan".

3. Čovjek bi pomislio da će gospođa vlasnica nakon godina neplaćanja i nezakonitog "izlaženja u susret", baš poput drugih savjesnih zakupnika, početi plaćati zakupninu. Međutim, moram razočarati g. Tomića, ni od tada se nije redovito plaćalo. Nego, onako, "sporedno" pa se gomilao novi dug prema Gradu. Kao što možemo pročitati u tekstu, g. Tomić bi i taj dug riješio u maniri velikog mecene - odmahom ruke.

4. Pozivam gospodina Tomića da sljedećih tjedana budno prati što gradska uprava namjerava učiniti sa pojedinim poslovnim prostorima koji su godinama bili nečije leno, ali i sa stanovima koje godinama koriste ilegalni korisnici. Uistinu ne bi bilo fer sada sve otkrivati pa da g. Tomić ponovno zapadne u neinformiranost oko ovih tema, a koje ga očito osobno izrazito interesiraju.

Stav g. Tomića izražen u tekstu zasigurno nije za ismijavanje nego, nažalost, pokazatelj kako se pojedini građani odnose prema stvarnom javnom (a ne privatnom) dobru te kako uistinu doživljavaju poštivanje zakona koji će vrijediti za sve građane jednako, bez privilegija. Ono što žalosti je da g. Tomić očito ne shvaća da ovakvim stavovima daje opravdanje onima koji misle da su iznad zakona i da je samo potrebno "imat svog čovika".

Sigurna sam da mi g. Ante "Sporedno" Tomić neće zamjeriti malo slobodnije izražavanje kao reakciju na njegov osebujan, ali izrazito netočan i nelogičan tekst - navodi Maja Đerek.

Nakon objave teksta Ante Tomića objavljenom u utorak, 7. ožujka 2023. godine u tiskanom i web izdanju "Slobodne Dalmacije" oko zatvaranja zadnjeg antikvarijata u Splitu, reagirala je Maja Đerek, pročelnica Upravnog odjela za gradsku imovinu Grada Splita. Zbog dužine teksta objavljujemo skraćenu verziju.

- Čitajući tekst g. Tomića koji je objavljen u "Slobodnoj Dalmaciji", stječe se dojam da je g. Tomić bio prisiljen bilo što napisati na tu temu jer je očito da je u potpunosti neinformiran oko tematike. Kako bi gospodin Tomić lakše shvatio materiju, pokušat ću mu je objasniti na njemu blizak način. Pa krenimo onda pedantno složiti "košulje i gaće", kako kaže g. Tomić u svome tekstu.

1. Krenimo od prve prilično huškačke i neistinite rečenice kojom je gospodin Tomić vjerojatno htio kod čitatelja izazvati osjećaj zgražanja - da će na mjesto sadašnjeg antikvarijata doći "fast food, studio apartman ili sportska kladionica". U nastavku svog teksta, vjerojatno da pojača dramaturški učinak, za potpuno privatni antikvarijat koji godinama ne izvršava svoje zakonske obveze - Tomić čak utvrđuje da se radi o "kulturnoj instituciji".

U nekoliko navrata sam javno i prilično jasno izjavila da će Grad za taj prostor raspisati javni natječaj isključivo za antikvarijat ili sličnu djelatnost, nikako za ugostiteljski objekt kao što, iz meni nepoznatih razloga, insinuira g. Tomić.

Ukoliko ne bi bilo zainteresiranih jer antikvarijati, nažalost, izumiru uslijed neprofitabilnosti onda bi se raspisao novi (taj dosadni) javni natječaj da se isti prostor dodjeli udrugama i ustanovama koje se bave socijalnim, obrazovnim ili kulturnim pravima i djelatnostima. Po simboličnoj cijeni. Mora da je ova nova spoznaja šokirala g. Tomića.

2. Potom se moram osvrnuti na vrlo zabrinjavajuću rečenicu našeg poznatog pisca koji godinama vapi za boljom i pravednijom državom, a koji kronično neplaćanje Gradu Splitu lakonski karakterizira - "da je to ustvari sporedno". Istina je slijedeća, gospođa vlasnica privatnog antikvarijata punih 35 mjeseci, dakle gotovo 3 (tri) godine, Gradu nije platila niti jednu jedinu zakupninu.

Kada se nakupila poprilična svota zbog neplaćanja nađeno je ingeniozno i potpuno nezakonito rješenje da se vlasnici kompenzira dugovanje zbog tobožnjeg ulaganja u prostor, točno u tadašnju kunu koju je dugovala Gradu. Gospodin Tomić će biti oduševljen kada čuje da gospođa Gradu nije priložila niti jedan dokaz (račun) da je ulaganje uistinu obavljeno, jer istog nema u spisu.

Dakle, dok naivni i blesavi mali čovjek redovito plaća Gradu svoje zakonske obveze dotle pojedinci, s kojima se g. Tomić očito poistovjećuje, imaju nekoga tko im omogućuje da dugovi prema Gradu magično nestanu. Ovim putem pozivam g. Tomića da tri godine ne plati račun za struju, zatim da nas obavijesti je li poziv na sud kojeg će tada dobiti također "sporedan".

3. Čovjek bi pomislio da će gospođa vlasnica nakon godina neplaćanja i nezakonitog "izlaženja u susret", baš poput drugih savjesnih zakupnika, početi plaćati zakupninu. Međutim, moram razočarati g. Tomića, ni od tada se nije redovito plaćalo. Nego, onako, "sporedno" pa se gomilao novi dug prema Gradu. Kao što možemo pročitati u tekstu, g. Tomić bi i taj dug riješio u maniri velikog mecene - odmahom ruke.

4. Pozivam gospodina Tomića da sljedećih tjedana budno prati što gradska uprava namjerava učiniti sa pojedinim poslovnim prostorima koji su godinama bili nečije leno, ali i sa stanovima koje godinama koriste ilegalni korisnici. Uistinu ne bi bilo fer sada sve otkrivati pa da g. Tomić ponovno zapadne u neinformiranost oko ovih tema, a koje ga očito osobno izrazito interesiraju.

Stav g. Tomića izražen u tekstu zasigurno nije za ismijavanje nego, nažalost, pokazatelj kako se pojedini građani odnose prema stvarnom javnom (a ne privatnom) dobru te kako uistinu doživljavaju poštivanje zakona koji će vrijediti za sve građane jednako, bez privilegija. Ono što žalosti je da g. Tomić očito ne shvaća da ovakvim stavovima daje opravdanje onima koji misle da su iznad zakona i da je samo potrebno "imat svog čovika".

Sigurna sam da mi g. Ante "Sporedno" Tomić neće zamjeriti malo slobodnije izražavanje kao reakciju na njegov osebujan, ali izrazito netočan i nelogičan tekst - navodi Maja Đerek.
