Na Gatu sv. Nikole jučer je otvoren 22. Croatia Boat Show. Svaki kvadrat tog pristaništa, ispred zgrade Lučke kapetanije, organizatora sajma Vicenca Blagaića košta jednu kunu dnevno.

Simbolično. Vjerojatno je njemu čak i takva cijena previše, jer je bilo godina kad ništa nije plaćao. A ono što mu vjerojatno još teže pada, dio gradskih kvadrata na Rivi, na kojima se također održava nautički sajam, morao je platiti i četiri puta više.

Kao da ni to nije dovoljno, Blagajić je kažnjen od strane komunalnog redarstva s pet tisuća kuna jer je krenuo s montiranjem opreme prije nego što se uopće sastavio zaključak kojim mu je dozvoljeno korištenje Rive.

Ali taj "sitni" detalj je za ovaj članak gotovo nebitan. Priča o potpuno različitim cijenama kvadrata, koji su doslovno smješteni jedan pokraj drugoga, ove godine je posebno zanimljiva. I to ne zbog izbora.

Dogovori oko održavanja sajma nekako su prošli ispod radara, pogotovo nakon afere o kojoj smo pisali prije samo dva mjeseca. Prisjetimo se da su svi mediji objavili kako je prošle godine, netom nakon što je preuzeo vlast, splitski gradonačelnik Ivica Puljak namjeravao dio Zapadne obale na 75 dana besplatno ustupiti poduzetniku Blagaiću i to u periodu od kraja lipnja do sredine rujna.

Bilo je to za potrebu manifestacije "Split Summer Yachting Festival", ali od toga nije bilo ništa jer prijedlog koji je upućen gradskoj tvrtki "Splitska obala" nije prošao. Dražen Delić, tadašnji direktor gradske tvrtke upozorio je gradonačelnika Puljka da bi pristankom na besplatno korištenje oštetili gradsku firmu za najmanje 500.000 kuna. Zbog toga se odustalo.

Takva priča je procurila u javnost, a sve oporbene stranke digle su se na noge. Jedan od glasnijih bio je šef splitskog HDZ-a Vice Mihanović koji je optužio Puljka za "pokušaj pogodovanja poduzetniku na Zapadnoj obali nauštrb Grada".

No, valja se prisjetiti kako nitko nije reagirao kad je Mihanovićev stranački kolega, bivši gradonačelnik Andro Krstulović Opara, istom poduzetniku namjeravao dati površinu bez naknade za istu namjenu. Već je bio pripremljen Zaključak kojim bi se Blagaiću besplatno osigurala šetnica, ali je sam organizator te godine odustao od sajma.

Manifestacija nije održana ni 2020., a ranijih godina sajam se održavao na Zapadnoj obali pa je najam bio reguliran sa "Splitskom obalom". Bilo je to 2017. i 2018. godine kad je Blagaić površinu koju je koristio za sajam nautike morao platiti simboličnu kunu po kvadratu.

Tom mišlju se očito vodio i Vice Mihanović, direktor Lučke uprave Split, koji je ustupio površinu od 2920 metara četvornih za jednu kunu dnevno po kvadratu. Zakupljeni 'pojas' na kojem su trenutno smješteni bijeli šatori obuhvaća Mandrač, Gat sv. Nikole i Obalu Lazareta. Korištenje takve ekskluzivne lokacije od 15. travnja do 6. svibnja ove godine Blagaić će platiti ukupno 64.200 kuna.

Premda se manifestacija održava od 26. do 30. travnja, organizatoru je bilo potrebno vremena za montažu, a kasnije i demontažu potrebne opreme na kamenom i morskom dijelu pod nadležnošću županijske Lučke uprave. Ukupno 21 dan zauzete obale za jednu kunu dnevno po kvadratu.

Grad Split je također dao u zakup gradsku površinu na Rivi, no ovoga puta nije besplatna.

Visina dnevne zakupnine iznosi četiri kune po metru kvadratnom, što za ukupnu unajmljenu površinu od 2195 metara četvornih za cjelokupno razdoblje iznosi 69.000 kuna.

Dio površina je iznajmljen na dva dana, a neki dijelovi su zakupljeni na osam i deset dana, sve to u periodu od 23. travnja do 2. svibnja ove godine, sveukupno 10 dana.

Tako je Grad manju kvadraturu koja je zakupljena za kraće razdoblje, više naplatio nego županijska Lučka uprava. Doduše, lako su mogli premašiti taj iznos jer kvadrat naplaćuju četiri puta više nego Vice Mihanović.

Ne znamo na temelju čega Mihanović temelji cijenu 'svojih' kvadrata koji su četiri puta jeftiniji nego gradski, ali nam je potvrđeno da je ovoga puta cijena koju je Grad naplatio određena Pravilnikom o određivanju visine zakupnine/naknade javnih površina.

Kako su raniji gradonačelnici i šefovi gradskih firmi valorizirali našu imovinu, valjalo bi istražiti nekom drugom prigodom.

Na Gatu sv. Nikole jučer je otvoren 22. Croatia Boat Show. Svaki kvadrat tog pristaništa, ispred zgrade Lučke kapetanije, organizatora sajma Vicenca Blagaića košta jednu kunu dnevno.

Simbolično. Vjerojatno je njemu čak i takva cijena previše, jer je bilo godina kad ništa nije plaćao. A ono što mu vjerojatno još teže pada, dio gradskih kvadrata na Rivi, na kojima se također održava nautički sajam, morao je platiti i četiri puta više.

Kao da ni to nije dovoljno, Blagajić je kažnjen od strane komunalnog redarstva s pet tisuća kuna jer je krenuo s montiranjem opreme prije nego što se uopće sastavio zaključak kojim mu je dozvoljeno korištenje Rive.

Ali taj "sitni" detalj je za ovaj članak gotovo nebitan. Priča o potpuno različitim cijenama kvadrata, koji su doslovno smješteni jedan pokraj drugoga, ove godine je posebno zanimljiva. I to ne zbog izbora.

Dogovori oko održavanja sajma nekako su prošli ispod radara, pogotovo nakon afere o kojoj smo pisali prije samo dva mjeseca. Prisjetimo se da su svi mediji objavili kako je prošle godine, netom nakon što je preuzeo vlast, splitski gradonačelnik Ivica Puljak namjeravao dio Zapadne obale na 75 dana besplatno ustupiti poduzetniku Blagaiću i to u periodu od kraja lipnja do sredine rujna.

Bilo je to za potrebu manifestacije "Split Summer Yachting Festival", ali od toga nije bilo ništa jer prijedlog koji je upućen gradskoj tvrtki "Splitska obala" nije prošao. Dražen Delić, tadašnji direktor gradske tvrtke upozorio je gradonačelnika Puljka da bi pristankom na besplatno korištenje oštetili gradsku firmu za najmanje 500.000 kuna. Zbog toga se odustalo.

Takva priča je procurila u javnost, a sve oporbene stranke digle su se na noge. Jedan od glasnijih bio je šef splitskog HDZ-a Vice Mihanović koji je optužio Puljka za "pokušaj pogodovanja poduzetniku na Zapadnoj obali nauštrb Grada".

No, valja se prisjetiti kako nitko nije reagirao kad je Mihanovićev stranački kolega, bivši gradonačelnik Andro Krstulović Opara, istom poduzetniku namjeravao dati površinu bez naknade za istu namjenu. Već je bio pripremljen Zaključak kojim bi se Blagaiću besplatno osigurala šetnica, ali je sam organizator te godine odustao od sajma.

Manifestacija nije održana ni 2020., a ranijih godina sajam se održavao na Zapadnoj obali pa je najam bio reguliran sa "Splitskom obalom". Bilo je to 2017. i 2018. godine kad je Blagaić površinu koju je koristio za sajam nautike morao platiti simboličnu kunu po kvadratu.

Tom mišlju se očito vodio i Vice Mihanović, direktor Lučke uprave Split, koji je ustupio površinu od 2920 metara četvornih za jednu kunu dnevno po kvadratu. Zakupljeni 'pojas' na kojem su trenutno smješteni bijeli šatori obuhvaća Mandrač, Gat sv. Nikole i Obalu Lazareta. Korištenje takve ekskluzivne lokacije od 15. travnja do 6. svibnja ove godine Blagaić će platiti ukupno 64.200 kuna.

Premda se manifestacija održava od 26. do 30. travnja, organizatoru je bilo potrebno vremena za montažu, a kasnije i demontažu potrebne opreme na kamenom i morskom dijelu pod nadležnošću županijske Lučke uprave. Ukupno 21 dan zauzete obale za jednu kunu dnevno po kvadratu.

Grad Split je također dao u zakup gradsku površinu na Rivi, no ovoga puta nije besplatna.

Visina dnevne zakupnine iznosi četiri kune po metru kvadratnom, što za ukupnu unajmljenu površinu od 2195 metara četvornih za cjelokupno razdoblje iznosi 69.000 kuna.

Dio površina je iznajmljen na dva dana, a neki dijelovi su zakupljeni na osam i deset dana, sve to u periodu od 23. travnja do 2. svibnja ove godine, sveukupno 10 dana.

Tako je Grad manju kvadraturu koja je zakupljena za kraće razdoblje, više naplatio nego županijska Lučka uprava. Doduše, lako su mogli premašiti taj iznos jer kvadrat naplaćuju četiri puta više nego Vice Mihanović.

Ne znamo na temelju čega Mihanović temelji cijenu 'svojih' kvadrata koji su četiri puta jeftiniji nego gradski, ali nam je potvrđeno da je ovoga puta cijena koju je Grad naplatio određena Pravilnikom o određivanju visine zakupnine/naknade javnih površina.

Kako su raniji gradonačelnici i šefovi gradskih firmi valorizirali našu imovinu, valjalo bi istražiti nekom drugom prigodom.
