Drago mi je da smo konstituirali i da Vijeće može krenuti s radom, kazao je to Jakov Prkić, novi predsjednik splitskog Gradskog vijeća, gostujući u Newsroomu na N1.
Na pitanje što se promijenio u mjesec dana od prvog pokušaja konstituiranja, kaže:
- Po meni se nije ništa bitno promijenilo. Možda su bili nekakvi nesporazumi koji su sada izglađeni. Znate da je Most imao odvojene razgovore s gradonačelnikom, pretpostavljamo da je sada to u redu. Oni su se izjasnili da tu nije ništa krupno i krucijalno traženo s njihove strane, niti su postavljali uvjete nego su jednostavno konačno našli zajednički jezik.
Komentirao je i pitanje zastave duginih boja:
- Mislim da se gradonačelnik zaletio s time i sad je upao u kašetu brokava, kako mi kažemo, pa se sada teško vadi iz toga. Ako je odlučio da ta zastava ide tu, onda je tu trebao biti čvrst do kraja. Ako nije odlučio onda nije trebao ni mijenjati taj Pravilnik o isticanju zastava. Po meni je tu puno važniji sadržaj nego forma, puno je važnije da mi kao društvo shvatimo da moramo biti tolerantni i da moramo imati nultu stope tolerancije prema nasilju.
Moramo shvatiti da postoje oni koji su drugačiji od nas i da nisu nužno loši ako su drigačiji, a to gdje će biti zastava je manje važno, treba objasniti zašto je ta zastava tu.
Rekao je i kako nije očekivao da će HDZ podržati njega za predsjednika Gradskog vijeća, ali i da se to neće nastaviti.
- Oni su shvatili da postoji većina pa su se pridružili tome, da nije bilo većine teško da bi oni to podržali. Ali, naravno da neće biti tako, oni će žestoko zastupati svoje stavove, ali mislim da ćemo biti jedinstveni kod ključnih stvari koje se tiču Splita.
Prkić je za N1 kazao i da mu mu ideologija nije na prvom mjestu jer se radi o lokalnoj politici, te najavio češće sjednice Gradskog vijeća, te rad u interesu građana Splita.
- Moramo dati sve od sebe da stvari krenu nabolje. Prvi puta smo, osim SDP-a, u situaciji da odlučujemo i mijenjamo stvari direktno. Ako mi sad tu priliku propustimo, mislim na sve, i na Most i na nas i na Centar, čak i SDP, ne znamo hoće li nam se ponovno pružiti prilika i hoćemo li mi ubiti nadu mnogima na neki broj godina dok se netko novi ne probudi. Imamo veliku odgovornost i nadam se da će se savjest probudit kod svih.
O prepirkama s Ivicom Puljkom kaže kako su kritike dio svake kampanje, ali da se nakon izbora ponovno sjeda za stol. Dodao je i kako sumnja da će ponovno svi biti jedno Pametno, ali da ništa nije nemoguće.
Rekao je i kako postoje teme koje su im zajedničke te su dosad svi razgovarali iskreno i konstruktivno.
- Ako igramo bez zakulisnih igara mi ćemo uspjeti, ako krene igra ispod stola, nećemo dugo izdržati - zaključio je Prkić.

Drago mi je da smo konstituirali i da Vijeće može krenuti s radom, kazao je to Jakov Prkić, novi predsjednik splitskog Gradskog vijeća, gostujući u Newsroomu na N1.
Na pitanje što se promijenio u mjesec dana od prvog pokušaja konstituiranja, kaže:
- Po meni se nije ništa bitno promijenilo. Možda su bili nekakvi nesporazumi koji su sada izglađeni. Znate da je Most imao odvojene razgovore s gradonačelnikom, pretpostavljamo da je sada to u redu. Oni su se izjasnili da tu nije ništa krupno i krucijalno traženo s njihove strane, niti su postavljali uvjete nego su jednostavno konačno našli zajednički jezik.
Komentirao je i pitanje zastave duginih boja:
- Mislim da se gradonačelnik zaletio s time i sad je upao u kašetu brokava, kako mi kažemo, pa se sada teško vadi iz toga. Ako je odlučio da ta zastava ide tu, onda je tu trebao biti čvrst do kraja. Ako nije odlučio onda nije trebao ni mijenjati taj Pravilnik o isticanju zastava. Po meni je tu puno važniji sadržaj nego forma, puno je važnije da mi kao društvo shvatimo da moramo biti tolerantni i da moramo imati nultu stope tolerancije prema nasilju.
Moramo shvatiti da postoje oni koji su drugačiji od nas i da nisu nužno loši ako su drigačiji, a to gdje će biti zastava je manje važno, treba objasniti zašto je ta zastava tu.
Rekao je i kako nije očekivao da će HDZ podržati njega za predsjednika Gradskog vijeća, ali i da se to neće nastaviti.
- Oni su shvatili da postoji većina pa su se pridružili tome, da nije bilo većine teško da bi oni to podržali. Ali, naravno da neće biti tako, oni će žestoko zastupati svoje stavove, ali mislim da ćemo biti jedinstveni kod ključnih stvari koje se tiču Splita.
Prkić je za N1 kazao i da mu mu ideologija nije na prvom mjestu jer se radi o lokalnoj politici, te najavio češće sjednice Gradskog vijeća, te rad u interesu građana Splita.
- Moramo dati sve od sebe da stvari krenu nabolje. Prvi puta smo, osim SDP-a, u situaciji da odlučujemo i mijenjamo stvari direktno. Ako mi sad tu priliku propustimo, mislim na sve, i na Most i na nas i na Centar, čak i SDP, ne znamo hoće li nam se ponovno pružiti prilika i hoćemo li mi ubiti nadu mnogima na neki broj godina dok se netko novi ne probudi. Imamo veliku odgovornost i nadam se da će se savjest probudit kod svih.
O prepirkama s Ivicom Puljkom kaže kako su kritike dio svake kampanje, ali da se nakon izbora ponovno sjeda za stol. Dodao je i kako sumnja da će ponovno svi biti jedno Pametno, ali da ništa nije nemoguće.
Rekao je i kako postoje teme koje su im zajedničke te su dosad svi razgovarali iskreno i konstruktivno.
- Ako igramo bez zakulisnih igara mi ćemo uspjeti, ako krene igra ispod stola, nećemo dugo izdržati - zaključio je Prkić.
