Pozivaju se građani da iskažu svoje ideje i zamisli kakav grad žele, a poziv je upućen s konferencije za medije održane ovog ponedjeljka u Hrvatskom domu, povodom predstavljanja izrade Strategije razvoja grada Splita do 2030. godine.

- Splitsko Sveučilište i Grad Split s Razvojnom agencijom izradili su najveći dio posla oko Strategije koju usklađujemo s nacionalnom, te je sada došlo vrijeme da pozovemo naše sugrađane da se putem online ankete izjasne kakav grad žele.

Dosadašnje analize pokazale su da u gradu nema jeftinih stanova, mlade obitelji nam iseljavaju, a moja želja je da demografskim mjerama to promjenimo. Moramo se boriti za svakog mladog čovjeka u gradu. Splitu je potrebna promjena GUP-a koja će omogućiti jeftinije stanove.

Grad nam stari, mladi iseljavaju u okolne općine i svaki dan putuju na posao u Split. Demografskim mjerama smo zaustavili trend odlaska, ali ne i trend privlačenja mladih ljudi u Split. Stoga će budući gradonačelnik dobiti ovaj krasni paket koji treba raspakirati i raditi po njemu. Kamo sreće da sam ga ja imao.

Ovim dokumentom će grad također dobiti priliku za privlačenje financijskih sredstava za razvoj. Nadam se da će građani birati ljude koji jamče razvoj - kazao je gradonačelnik Andro Krstulović Opara upućujući javnost na link ankete koja će biti aktivna do 2. travnja: https://forms.gle/rLMvMgkWugKS3GTe8.

U dosadašnjem procesu izrade Strategije sudjelovalo je više od 80 stručnjaka iz raznih područja, održane su 24 tematske fokus grupe te je izrađena cjelovita analiza stanja na temelju značajnog broja prikupljenih informacija iz niza javnopravnih izvora.

Analiza stanja obuhvaća pregled svih područja života i funkcioniranja grada Splita prenesenih na skoro 800 stranica teksta, i daje odgovor na pitanje gdje se grad Split trenutno nalazi.

Najvažniji nalazi iz ovog opsežnog dokumenta izvučeni su u sažetoj analizi stanja koja je oblikovana u online brošuru i koja je dostupna svim građanima na uvid na službenim stranicama Grada Splita.

- Baš kao što naše Sveučilište postiže brojne rezultate na međunarodnim ljestvicama, želimo i da naš grad bude prepoznat kao biser Mediterana.

Već postoje inicijative da razvojne kompanije posluju u Splitu prije nego drugdje u državi, poput milanske InterTech firme za biotehnologiju.

Znači, imamo perspektivu i zajedno trebamo graditi grad za sigurnost našeg življenja u svakom pogledu. Mislim da je super živjeti u Splitu, a iz ove pozicije naš je cijeli svijet - na konferenciji se prisutnima obratio i rektor Sveučilišta u Splitu Dragan Ljutić.

Vinko Muštra s Ekonomskog fakulteta u Splitu glavni je koordinator izrade Strategije koja je, evo, prošla prvu fazu ocjene stanja.

- Slijedi nam faza definiranja gdje želimo biti, kakav grad želimo. Imamo veliku odgovornost da sada napravimo prave korake. Svaka sugestija građana nam je potrebna i uvažit ćemo je.

Grad je desetljećima sustavno zapostavljen kao grad potencijala. Integracija u EU otvara nam prilike, no ako ne pratite tempo koji ima ostatak Europe, zaostajemo.

Split ima priliku koja je i obveza. Ako imate sitauciju da vam se mladi vraćaju, da tu žele živjeti i raditi, znate da ste na dobrom putu - rekao je Muštra. Prvi prijelog Strategije očekuje se nakon izbora, a do kraja godine ovaj bi dokument trebao imati konačan oblik - kazao je Muštra.

Pozivaju se građani da iskažu svoje ideje i zamisli kakav grad žele, a poziv je upućen s konferencije za medije održane ovog ponedjeljka u Hrvatskom domu, povodom predstavljanja izrade Strategije razvoja grada Splita do 2030. godine.

- Splitsko Sveučilište i Grad Split s Razvojnom agencijom izradili su najveći dio posla oko Strategije koju usklađujemo s nacionalnom, te je sada došlo vrijeme da pozovemo naše sugrađane da se putem online ankete izjasne kakav grad žele.

Dosadašnje analize pokazale su da u gradu nema jeftinih stanova, mlade obitelji nam iseljavaju, a moja želja je da demografskim mjerama to promjenimo. Moramo se boriti za svakog mladog čovjeka u gradu. Splitu je potrebna promjena GUP-a koja će omogućiti jeftinije stanove.

Grad nam stari, mladi iseljavaju u okolne općine i svaki dan putuju na posao u Split. Demografskim mjerama smo zaustavili trend odlaska, ali ne i trend privlačenja mladih ljudi u Split. Stoga će budući gradonačelnik dobiti ovaj krasni paket koji treba raspakirati i raditi po njemu. Kamo sreće da sam ga ja imao.

Ovim dokumentom će grad također dobiti priliku za privlačenje financijskih sredstava za razvoj. Nadam se da će građani birati ljude koji jamče razvoj - kazao je gradonačelnik Andro Krstulović Opara upućujući javnost na link ankete koja će biti aktivna do 2. travnja: https://forms.gle/rLMvMgkWugKS3GTe8.

U dosadašnjem procesu izrade Strategije sudjelovalo je više od 80 stručnjaka iz raznih područja, održane su 24 tematske fokus grupe te je izrađena cjelovita analiza stanja na temelju značajnog broja prikupljenih informacija iz niza javnopravnih izvora.

Analiza stanja obuhvaća pregled svih područja života i funkcioniranja grada Splita prenesenih na skoro 800 stranica teksta, i daje odgovor na pitanje gdje se grad Split trenutno nalazi.

Najvažniji nalazi iz ovog opsežnog dokumenta izvučeni su u sažetoj analizi stanja koja je oblikovana u online brošuru i koja je dostupna svim građanima na uvid na službenim stranicama Grada Splita.

- Baš kao što naše Sveučilište postiže brojne rezultate na međunarodnim ljestvicama, želimo i da naš grad bude prepoznat kao biser Mediterana.

Već postoje inicijative da razvojne kompanije posluju u Splitu prije nego drugdje u državi, poput milanske InterTech firme za biotehnologiju.

Znači, imamo perspektivu i zajedno trebamo graditi grad za sigurnost našeg življenja u svakom pogledu. Mislim da je super živjeti u Splitu, a iz ove pozicije naš je cijeli svijet - na konferenciji se prisutnima obratio i rektor Sveučilišta u Splitu Dragan Ljutić.

Vinko Muštra s Ekonomskog fakulteta u Splitu glavni je koordinator izrade Strategije koja je, evo, prošla prvu fazu ocjene stanja.

- Slijedi nam faza definiranja gdje želimo biti, kakav grad želimo. Imamo veliku odgovornost da sada napravimo prave korake. Svaka sugestija građana nam je potrebna i uvažit ćemo je.

Grad je desetljećima sustavno zapostavljen kao grad potencijala. Integracija u EU otvara nam prilike, no ako ne pratite tempo koji ima ostatak Europe, zaostajemo.

Split ima priliku koja je i obveza. Ako imate sitauciju da vam se mladi vraćaju, da tu žele živjeti i raditi, znate da ste na dobrom putu - rekao je Muštra. Prvi prijelog Strategije očekuje se nakon izbora, a do kraja godine ovaj bi dokument trebao imati konačan oblik - kazao je Muštra.

Pozivaju se građani da iskažu svoje ideje i zamisli kakav grad žele, a poziv je upućen s konferencije za medije održane ovog ponedjeljka u Hrvatskom domu, povodom predstavljanja izrade Strategije razvoja grada Splita do 2030. godine.

- Splitsko Sveučilište i Grad Split s Razvojnom agencijom izradili su najveći dio posla oko Strategije koju usklađujemo s nacionalnom, te je sada došlo vrijeme da pozovemo naše sugrađane da se putem online ankete izjasne kakav grad žele.

Dosadašnje analize pokazale su da u gradu nema jeftinih stanova, mlade obitelji nam iseljavaju, a moja želja je da demografskim mjerama to promjenimo. Moramo se boriti za svakog mladog čovjeka u gradu. Splitu je potrebna promjena GUP-a koja će omogućiti jeftinije stanove.
