Izdane su prve građevinske dozvole za projekt Žnjan. Nakon godinu dana od podnošenja zahtjeva za izdavanje dozvola, Grad Split izdao je koncesionaru, gradskoj tvrtki "Žnjan" d.o.o., dvije građevinske dozvole, od ukupno šest koliko ih je predviđeno projektom koji je podijeljen na šest faza.

Prva građevinska dozvola se odnosi na FAZU 1, odnosno na priobalnu šetnicu (lungomare) s infrastrukturom i uređenjem plažnih prostora s pratećim sadržajima.

Također, izdana je građevinska dozvola za FAZU 2, a to su "tri paviljonske građevine s trafostanicom, podzemnom garažom i uređenjem terena s pratećim sadržajima".

Ove građevinske dozvole ne uključuju ugostiteljske objekte uz lungomare koji dolaze tek u petoj fazi.

Javna nabava

Malo je teško razumjeti da se toliko čekalo na građevinske dozvole za podzemne garaže s trafostanicom, paviljonske građevine i šetnicu s plažnim sadržajima, od kojih se izdvajaju tri velike nadstrešnice. Naime, lokacijska dozvola je izdana u siječnju 2021. godine. Ali, prošli put se arhitekt Marin Kaliterna iz Arhitektonskog biroa Ante Kuzmanića žalio kako je kompliciran postupak ishođenja dozvola za gradnju na pomorskom dobru.

Kako bilo, iz Banovine je najavljeno da će uskoro doći i ostale građevinske dozvole, koje se također "kisele" godinu dana.

Podsjetimo, za izvođenje žnjanskog projekta stigle su tri ponude, i sve su značajno veće od procijenjene vrijednosti koja je iznosila 35 milijuna eura bez PDV-a. Najjeftinija ponuda je zajednice "Lavčevića" d.o.o. i "Lavčevića inženjeringa" d.o.o. od 45.500.021,03 eura bez PDV-a ili 56.875.026,29 eura s PDV-om. Zajednica "Texo Moliora" d.o.o. i tvrtke "Impresa Construzioni Mentucci Aldo" S.R.L. ima ponudu od 65.061.359,42 eura bez PDV-a ili 81.326.699,42 eura s PDV-om. Najskuplja je ponuda "Kamgrada" d.o.o. od 58.385.483,07 eura bez PDV-a ili čak 72.981.853,84 eura s PDV-om.

Kako je na sjednici Gradskog vijeća najavio gradonačelnik Ivica Puljak, ponude se pregledavaju do prvog tjedna studenoga, nakon čega bi trebao biti izabran izvođač. Također, do kraja ovog mjeseca traje javna nabava za odabir onog tko će vršiti nadzor građevinskih radova na žnjanskom platou.

Ovo predviđa prva faza

Arhitekt Marin Kaliterna, voditelj projekta poslao nam je detaljan popis sadržaja koje obuhvaćaju prva i druga faza projekta uređenja žnjanskog platoa.

1. FAZA – predviđa projekt priobalne šetnice (lungomare) i plažnih prostora te servisa kako bi kupalište nastavilo funkcionirati u svakodnevnom korištenju, sa svom potrebnom infrastrukturom u trupu.

Na predmetnom području zahvata planirane su slijedeće osnovne skupine građevinskih zahvata:

1. Priobalna šetnica

2. Trgovi

3. Konzole šetnice/Skakaonice u more/Magleni paviljon

4. Sklop kabina za presvlačenje, tuševa i ormarića za sigurnu pohranu osobnih predmeta

5. Ljetni otvoreni šank na plaži

6. Elektro ormari s nadstrešnicom

7. Zeleni otoci na plaži

8. Energetske nadstrešnice

9. Urbana oprema

10. Plaže

2. FAZA – predviđa se projekt zona A i B s tri paviljonske građevine, uređenjem terena i podzemnom garažom te trafostanicom.

Unutar predmetnog zahvata predviđeno je građenje slijedećih građevina:

1. Podzemna Garaža (zona A i B) (530 parkirnih mjesta)

2. Polja parkirališta na otvorenom (P-1, P-2, P-3) (451 prkirno mjesto)

3. A-S _ Ugostiteljsko-trgovačko-rekreacijska građevina (NOGOMET)

4. B-S1_ Ugostiteljsko-trgovačko-rekreacijska građevina i TS (TENIS)

5. B-S2_ Ugostiteljsko-trgovačko-rekreacijska građevina (KOŠARKA)

6. A-R1_tereni za cageball (u parku)

7. A-R2_amfiteatar (u parku)

8. A-R3 i A-R4_dječje igralište (u parku)

9. B-R1_Tereni za odbojku na pjesku (u parku)

10. B-R2_Street workout vježbalište (u parku)

Izdane su prve građevinske dozvole za projekt Žnjan. Nakon godinu dana od podnošenja zahtjeva za izdavanje dozvola, Grad Split izdao je koncesionaru, gradskoj tvrtki "Žnjan" d.o.o., dvije građevinske dozvole, od ukupno šest koliko ih je predviđeno projektom koji je podijeljen na šest faza.

Prva građevinska dozvola se odnosi na FAZU 1, odnosno na priobalnu šetnicu (lungomare) s infrastrukturom i uređenjem plažnih prostora s pratećim sadržajima.

Također, izdana je građevinska dozvola za FAZU 2, a to su "tri paviljonske građevine s trafostanicom, podzemnom garažom i uređenjem terena s pratećim sadržajima".

Ove građevinske dozvole ne uključuju ugostiteljske objekte uz lungomare koji dolaze tek u petoj fazi.

Javna nabava

Malo je teško razumjeti da se toliko čekalo na građevinske dozvole za podzemne garaže s trafostanicom, paviljonske građevine i šetnicu s plažnim sadržajima, od kojih se izdvajaju tri velike nadstrešnice. Naime, lokacijska dozvola je izdana u siječnju 2021. godine. Ali, prošli put se arhitekt Marin Kaliterna iz Arhitektonskog biroa Ante Kuzmanića žalio kako je kompliciran postupak ishođenja dozvola za gradnju na pomorskom dobru.

Kako bilo, iz Banovine je najavljeno da će uskoro doći i ostale građevinske dozvole, koje se također "kisele" godinu dana.

Podsjetimo, za izvođenje žnjanskog projekta stigle su tri ponude, i sve su značajno veće od procijenjene vrijednosti koja je iznosila 35 milijuna eura bez PDV-a. Najjeftinija ponuda je zajednice "Lavčevića" d.o.o. i "Lavčevića inženjeringa" d.o.o. od 45.500.021,03 eura bez PDV-a ili 56.875.026,29 eura s PDV-om. Zajednica "Texo Moliora" d.o.o. i tvrtke "Impresa Construzioni Mentucci Aldo" S.R.L. ima ponudu od 65.061.359,42 eura bez PDV-a ili 81.326.699,42 eura s PDV-om. Najskuplja je ponuda "Kamgrada" d.o.o. od 58.385.483,07 eura bez PDV-a ili čak 72.981.853,84 eura s PDV-om.

Kako je na sjednici Gradskog vijeća najavio gradonačelnik Ivica Puljak, ponude se pregledavaju do prvog tjedna studenoga, nakon čega bi trebao biti izabran izvođač. Također, do kraja ovog mjeseca traje javna nabava za odabir onog tko će vršiti nadzor građevinskih radova na žnjanskom platou.

Ovo predviđa prva faza

Arhitekt Marin Kaliterna, voditelj projekta poslao nam je detaljan popis sadržaja koje obuhvaćaju prva i druga faza projekta uređenja žnjanskog platoa.

1. FAZA – predviđa projekt priobalne šetnice (lungomare) i plažnih prostora te servisa kako bi kupalište nastavilo funkcionirati u svakodnevnom korištenju, sa svom potrebnom infrastrukturom u trupu.

Na predmetnom području zahvata planirane su slijedeće osnovne skupine građevinskih zahvata:

1. Priobalna šetnica

2. Trgovi

3. Konzole šetnice/Skakaonice u more/Magleni paviljon

4. Sklop kabina za presvlačenje, tuševa i ormarića za sigurnu pohranu osobnih predmeta

7. Zeleni otoci na plaži

8. Energetske nadstrešnice
