Prvi kiosk s Istočne obale uklonjen je 12. kolovoza prošle godine, prije otprilike osam mjeseci, a posljednji još uvijek 'ponosno' stoji na istom mjestu.

Okružen građevinskim otpadom, šljunkom, razrovanim betonom, Ivan Galić, vlasnik posljednjeg preostalog štanda nastavlja prkositi, kako on kaže, "samovolji Puljkove administracije".

Nakon prvog uklonjenog kioska od njih 35, do danas, triskalo se pravilnicima i zakonima, kreirale su se pravne smicalice, ukrstila su se koplja nadležnosti između Grada, Lučke kapetanije i Županije, a sve to odužilo je radove do sezone. Trenutno je, nasred Istočne obale, u srcu luke - ostala sva otpadnog materijala, a sad na dijelu razrovanog pločnika nasut je i šljunak.

Međutim, furešti ne čekaju da Grad završi započete projekte. Ne čekaju da se, po tko zna koji put, dogovore oko pitanja nadležnosti. 'Bezobzirne' turiste ne zanima kasni li kamen ili su se preračunali u najavama pa su shvatili da će dekorativni beton biti bolja, jeftinija i brža varijanta. Ona koju su možda u stanju realizirati do 7. svibnja, blagdana sv. Dujma kad su najavili novi rok za dovršetak radova.

Furešte to ne zanima, oni nenajavljeno stižu, popunjavaju centar grada, Trajektu luku, autobusni kolodvor… Podižu svoje kofere na kotačiće kako bi preskočili ili zaobišli birokratske zamke Županije, Lučke kapetanije i Grada - građevinski otpad, strojeve i šljunak koji je odavno trebao nestati s te lokacije.

Bojan Ivošević, donedavni zamjenik gradonačelnika putem Facebooka je najavio uklanjanje jedine preostalog štanda s natpisom "rent-a-car" u srijedu, 20. travnja. No, lagali bi svi oni kad bi rekli da je vlasnik tog štanda jedini njihov problem na Istočnoj obali. On samo koristi truli sustav u kojem nadležni ne mogu dogovoriti nadležnosti.

Prije dva mjeseca je Antonio Kuzmanić, nekadašnji Puljkov zamjenik najavio da će radovi biti gotovi do kraja travnja, pa su shvatili da su se preračunali te su pomakli rok do Dana Grada. No, nakon ovoliko mjeseci natezanja pečatima, protokoliranjima, dopisima i svim drugim blagodatima 21. stoljeća, teško biti siguran u realizaciju takvih najava.

Da podsjetimo, splitski komunalci su krajem srpnja prošle godine ispisali rješenja za uklanjanje čak 35 ilegalnih štandova i štekata uz Obalu kneza Domagoja – od spomenika Franji Tuđmanu do autobusnoga kolodvora, no onda su rješenja za uklanjanje srušena jer je Grad djelovao prema Zakonu o građevinskoj inspekciji tretirajući te štandove kao da su ilegalno postavljeni na pomorskom dobru.

Problem se proteže od 2019. godine kada je Grad Split je ukinuo ove lokacije i odbio izdavati daljnje dozvole za njihovo korištenje, a Inspekcija Ministarstva mora i prometa je Hrvatskim cestama naredila uklanjanje ilegalnih kioska i štekata.

Od 2019 godine čekamo. I još uvijek čekamo...

Prvi kiosk s Istočne obale uklonjen je 12. kolovoza prošle godine, prije otprilike osam mjeseci, a posljednji još uvijek 'ponosno' stoji na istom mjestu.

Okružen građevinskim otpadom, šljunkom, razrovanim betonom, Ivan Galić, vlasnik posljednjeg preostalog štanda nastavlja prkositi, kako on kaže, "samovolji Puljkove administracije".

Nakon prvog uklonjenog kioska od njih 35, do danas, triskalo se pravilnicima i zakonima, kreirale su se pravne smicalice, ukrstila su se koplja nadležnosti između Grada, Lučke kapetanije i Županije, a sve to odužilo je radove do sezone. Trenutno je, nasred Istočne obale, u srcu luke - ostala sva otpadnog materijala, a sad na dijelu razrovanog pločnika nasut je i šljunak.

Međutim, furešti ne čekaju da Grad završi započete projekte. Ne čekaju da se, po tko zna koji put, dogovore oko pitanja nadležnosti. 'Bezobzirne' turiste ne zanima kasni li kamen ili su se preračunali u najavama pa su shvatili da će dekorativni beton biti bolja, jeftinija i brža varijanta. Ona koju su možda u stanju realizirati do 7. svibnja, blagdana sv. Dujma kad su najavili novi rok za dovršetak radova.

Furešte to ne zanima, oni nenajavljeno stižu, popunjavaju centar grada, Trajektu luku, autobusni kolodvor… Podižu svoje kofere na kotačiće kako bi preskočili ili zaobišli birokratske zamke Županije, Lučke kapetanije i Grada - građevinski otpad, strojeve i šljunak koji je odavno trebao nestati s te lokacije.

Bojan Ivošević, donedavni zamjenik gradonačelnika putem Facebooka je najavio uklanjanje jedine preostalog štanda s natpisom "rent-a-car" u srijedu, 20. travnja. No, lagali bi svi oni kad bi rekli da je vlasnik tog štanda jedini njihov problem na Istočnoj obali. On samo koristi truli sustav u kojem nadležni ne mogu dogovoriti nadležnosti.

Prije dva mjeseca je Antonio Kuzmanić, nekadašnji Puljkov zamjenik najavio da će radovi biti gotovi do kraja travnja, pa su shvatili da su se preračunali te su pomakli rok do Dana Grada. No, nakon ovoliko mjeseci natezanja pečatima, protokoliranjima, dopisima i svim drugim blagodatima 21. stoljeća, teško biti siguran u realizaciju takvih najava.

Da podsjetimo, splitski komunalci su krajem srpnja prošle godine ispisali rješenja za uklanjanje čak 35 ilegalnih štandova i štekata uz Obalu kneza Domagoja – od spomenika Franji Tuđmanu do autobusnoga kolodvora, no onda su rješenja za uklanjanje srušena jer je Grad djelovao prema Zakonu o građevinskoj inspekciji tretirajući te štandove kao da su ilegalno postavljeni na pomorskom dobru.

Problem se proteže od 2019. godine kada je Grad Split je ukinuo ove lokacije i odbio izdavati daljnje dozvole za njihovo korištenje, a Inspekcija Ministarstva mora i prometa je Hrvatskim cestama naredila uklanjanje ilegalnih kioska i štekata.

Od 2019 godine čekamo. I još uvijek čekamo...

Nakon prvog uklonjenog kioska od njih 35, do danas, triskalo se pravilnicima i zakonima, kreirale su se pravne smicalice, ukrstila su se koplja nadležnosti između Grada, Lučke kapetanije i Županije, a sve to odužilo je radove do sezone. Trenutno je, nasred Istočne obale, u srcu luke - ostala sva otpadnog materijala, a sad na dijelu razrovanog pločnika nasut je i šljunak.

Međutim, furešti ne čekaju da Grad...
