Gradonačelnici Zagreba, Osijeka, Rijeke i Splita okupili su se treći put u sklopu Inicijative četiri grada kako bi razgovarali o projektima od zajedničkog interesa.

Na tapetu su, kao i do sada, bile zelena tranzicija, priuštivo stanovanje i digitalizacija, a naglašeno je i kako su na sastancima sudjelovali predstavnici Svjetske banke te da za idući skup gradonačelnici planiraju pozvati i predstavnike Europske investicijske banke.

Ivica Puljak izrazio je zadovoljstvo dosadašnjim sastancima te naglasio da su bili izrazito zanimljivi i konstruktivni te da su već postigli uspjeh. Splitski gradonačelnik je istaknuo da će, osim rješavanja problema kroz Inicijativu, razvijati i projekte i ideje koji bi donijeli dodatnu vrijednost. Ujedno je istaknuo i važnost suradnje stručnih službi četiri grada, kao ključnog dijela Inicijative.

Marko Filipović, gradonačelnik Rijeke, fokusirao se na temu priuštivog stanovanja. Naglasio je da je ova tema dominirala javnim prostorom nakon prva dva sastanka u Zagrebu i Rijeci te da je Ministarstvo osnovalo Radnu skupinu koja uključuje i predstavnika ove Inicijative. Riječ je o Luki Korlaetu iz zagrebačkog Možemo.

- Priuštivo stanovanje je problem hrvatskog društva, cijene nekretnina nezaustavljivo rastu, a centri gradova, posebno na obali, pretvaraju se u aparthotele. Inicijativa za koju ćemo se zalagati s predstavnicima središnje vlasti je građanima omogućiti najam uz sudjelovanje države i jedinica lokalne samouprave. 

U naše ideje smo uključili najbolje prakse iz Beča, neke njemačke modele za priuštivo stanovanje, gledali smo i što se događa u Sloveniji, ali i što su učinili manji gradovi u Hrvatskoj poput Rovinja, Poreča i Slavonskog broda - rekao je Filipović.

Ivan Radić, gradonačelnik Osijeka, raspravljao je o temi digitalizacije, koristeći Osijek kao primjer, koji je napredovao značajno u tom području u protekle dvije godine. Naglasio je da Osijek može pružiti korisna rješenja za izazove s kojima će se drugi gradovi suočiti tijekom procesa digitalizacije.

Naglasio je da, kada je preuzeo dužnost 2021. godine, digitalizacija nije bila na razini koja bi odgovarala četvrtom najvećem gradu u Hrvatskoj, ali i istaknuo kako će uskoro u Osijeku biti dostupna jedinstvena aplikacija koja će obuhvatiti sve ove entitete, a do kraja godine planira se i lansiranje javne nabave za tu aplikaciju. Cilj je unaprijediti interakciju između građana i gradske uprave.

Tomislav Tomašević, gradonačelnik Zagreba, je naglasio uspješnost ovakve nadstranačke suradnje, unatoč razlikama među gradovima, jer omogućava međusobno učenje. Zagrepčanin je istaknuo da je Radna skupina za zelenu tranziciju, koju vodi, održala četiri sastanka tijekom kojih su raspravljali o važnim temama kao što su upravljanje otpadom, obnova javnog voznog parka i solarizacija, uzimajući u obzir ogromni sunčani potencijal Hrvatske.

- Krenut ćemo sa solarizacijom javnih zgrada, a potom potaknuti i gospodarske subjekte, stambene zgrade i obiteljske kuće kako bismo se svi skupa pokrenuli u smjeru iskorištavanja ogromnog potencijala i učinili zajednički korak u zelenoj tranziciji - zaključio je Tomašević.

Sljedeći susret predstavnika svih gradova održat će se u Osijeku u studenom.

Gradonačelnici Zagreba, Osijeka, Rijeke i Splita okupili su se treći put u sklopu Inicijative četiri grada kako bi razgovarali o projektima od zajedničkog interesa.

Na tapetu su, kao i do sada, bile zelena tranzicija, priuštivo stanovanje i digitalizacija, a naglašeno je i kako su na sastancima sudjelovali predstavnici Svjetske banke te da za idući skup gradonačelnici planiraju pozvati i predstavnike Europske investicijske banke.

Ivica Puljak izrazio je zadovoljstvo dosadašnjim sastancima te naglasio da su bili izrazito zanimljivi i konstruktivni te da su već postigli uspjeh. Splitski gradonačelnik je istaknuo da će, osim rješavanja problema kroz Inicijativu, razvijati i projekte i ideje koji bi donijeli dodatnu vrijednost. Ujedno je istaknuo i važnost suradnje stručnih službi četiri grada, kao ključnog dijela Inicijative.

Marko Filipović, gradonačelnik Rijeke, fokusirao se na temu priuštivog stanovanja. Naglasio je da je ova tema dominirala javnim prostorom nakon prva dva sastanka u Zagrebu i Rijeci te da je Ministarstvo osnovalo Radnu skupinu koja uključuje i predstavnika ove Inicijative. Riječ je o Luki Korlaetu iz zagrebačkog Možemo.

- Priuštivo stanovanje je problem hrvatskog društva, cijene nekretnina nezaustavljivo rastu, a centri gradova, posebno na obali, pretvaraju se u aparthotele. Inicijativa za koju ćemo se zalagati s predstavnicima središnje vlasti je građanima omogućiti najam uz sudjelovanje države i jedinica lokalne samouprave. 

U naše ideje smo uključili najbolje prakse iz Beča, neke njemačke modele za priuštivo stanovanje, gledali smo i što se događa u Sloveniji, ali i što su učinili manji gradovi u Hrvatskoj poput Rovinja, Poreča i Slavonskog broda - rekao je Filipović.

Ivan Radić, gradonačelnik Osijeka, raspravljao je o temi digitalizacije, koristeći Osijek kao primjer, koji je napredovao značajno u tom području u protekle dvije godine. Naglasio je da Osijek može pružiti korisna rješenja za izazove s kojima će se drugi gradovi suočiti tijekom procesa digitalizacije.

Naglasio je da, kada je preuzeo dužnost 2021. godine, digitalizacija nije bila na razini koja bi odgovarala četvrtom najvećem gradu u Hrvatskoj, ali i istaknuo kako će uskoro u Osijeku biti dostupna jedinstvena aplikacija koja će obuhvatiti sve ove entitete, a do kraja godine planira se i lansiranje javne nabave za tu aplikaciju. Cilj je unaprijediti interakciju između građana i gradske uprave.

Tomislav Tomašević, gradonačelnik Zagreba, je naglasio uspješnost ovakve nadstranačke suradnje, unatoč razlikama među gradovima, jer omogućava međusobno učenje. Zagrepčanin je istaknuo da je Radna skupina za zelenu tranziciju, koju vodi, održala četiri sastanka tijekom kojih su raspravljali o važnim temama kao što su upravljanje otpadom, obnova javnog voznog parka i solarizacija, uzimajući u obzir ogromni sunčani potencijal Hrvatske.

- Krenut ćemo sa solarizacijom javnih zgrada, a potom potaknuti i gospodarske subjekte, stambene zgrade i obiteljske kuće kako bismo se svi skupa pokrenuli u smjeru iskorištavanja ogromnog potencijala i učinili zajednički korak u zelenoj tranziciji - zaključio je Tomašević.

Sljedeći susret predstavnika svih gradova održat će se u Osijeku u studenom.
