Neodgovorni građani, ako ih se uopće može nazvati građanima i dalje neometano, najčešće pod okriljem noći donose glomazni otpad na, sada već možemo reći, ilegalni deponij otpada ispred zgrade u Starčevićevoj 32 u Splitu na Skalicama.
Mjesecima u neposrednoj blizini zgrade, u kojoj se nalazi dječji vrtić, svako malo, a često i dan za danom, tko zna tko i tko zna kada, na zemljanoj površini iza polupodzemnih spremnika za otpad ostavlja glomazni otpad među kojemu ima sjedalica, fotelja, trosjeda, dvosjeda, umivaonika, zahodskih školjki, kadi, ili svega onoga što neki stan ili neka kuća imaju.

Bilo je slučajeva kada je netko pod okriljem noći, kamionom, da ga nitko ne vidi donio gomilu otpada.
Naime, nedavno, prije 20-tak dana, večer prije no što je ujutro osvanulo "brdo otpada", ispred zgrade je sve bilo uredno i čisto, nije bilo škovaca. Sutradan ujutro, već od 7 sati na mjestu koje je noć prije bilo čisto osvanuo je "Mt. Everest" otpada.
Od svih škovaca najveći problem predstavljaju prozori na kojima su naravno stakla. I ta stakla su opasnost, prvenstveno kada po taj glomazni otpad "tu i tamo" dođe grajfer "Čistoće", koji prilikom podizanja okvira prozora razbije stakla, koja se usitne. To usitnjeno staklo je opasnost, kako za stanare okolnih zgrada, tako i za djecu i njihove roditelje koji tuda dolaze i odlaze iz vrtića.
Očigledno nikoga nije briga, što u centru grada već mjesecima imamo ilegalni deponij otpada.
Kada smo nedavno razgovarali s djelatnicima "Čistoće" koji su došli po glomazni otpad i kada smo ih zamolili da usitnjeno staklo također pokupe, kako se neko dijete ne bi porezalo, rečeno nam je "ja ne mogu pokupiti to staklo, jer zemljana površina na koju se ostavlja otpad nije poravnata, pa ne mogu pomesti".

Zbog ovog problema kontaktirali smo i komunalu pri Gradu i oni su, kako nam je rečeno upoznati s ovim problemom pa nam je obećano kako će komunalni redari češće obilaziti tu lokaciju. Također nam je kazano da će vrlo vjerojatno na jednoj od okolnih zgrada ili stupova uskoro postaviti kamere, kako bi snimili i nakon toga sankcionirali one koji se neodgovorno ponašaju i od grada rade deponij.

Neodgovorni građani, ako ih se uopće može nazvati građanima i dalje neometano, najčešće pod okriljem noći donose glomazni otpad na, sada već možemo reći, ilegalni deponij otpada ispred zgrade u Starčevićevoj 32 u Splitu na Skalicama.
Mjesecima u neposrednoj blizini zgrade, u kojoj se nalazi dječji vrtić, svako malo, a često i dan za danom, tko zna tko i tko zna kada, na zemljanoj površini iza polupodzemnih spremnika za otpad ostavlja glomazni otpad među kojemu ima sjedalica, fotelja, trosjeda, dvosjeda, umivaonika, zahodskih školjki, kadi, ili svega onoga što neki stan ili neka kuća imaju.

Bilo je slučajeva kada je netko pod okriljem noći, kamionom, da ga nitko ne vidi donio gomilu otpada.
Naime, nedavno, prije 20-tak dana, večer prije no što je ujutro osvanulo "brdo otpada", ispred zgrade je sve bilo uredno i čisto, nije bilo škovaca. Sutradan ujutro, već od 7 sati na mjestu koje je noć prije bilo čisto osvanuo je "Mt. Everest" otpada.
Od svih škovaca najveći problem predstavljaju prozori na kojima su naravno stakla. I ta stakla su opasnost, prvenstveno kada po taj glomazni otpad "tu i tamo" dođe grajfer "Čistoće", koji prilikom podizanja okvira prozora razbije stakla, koja se usitne. To usitnjeno staklo je opasnost, kako za stanare okolnih zgrada, tako i za djecu i njihove roditelje koji tuda dolaze i odlaze iz vrtića.
Očigledno nikoga nije briga, što u centru grada već mjesecima imamo ilegalni deponij otpada.
Kada smo nedavno razgovarali s djelatnicima "Čistoće" koji su došli po glomazni otpad i kada smo ih zamolili da usitnjeno staklo također pokupe, kako se neko dijete ne bi porezalo, rečeno nam je "ja ne mogu pokupiti to staklo, jer zemljana površina na koju se ostavlja otpad nije poravnata, pa ne mogu pomesti".

Zbog ovog problema kontaktirali smo i komunalu pri Gradu i oni su, kako nam je rečeno upoznati s ovim problemom pa nam je obećano kako će komunalni redari češće obilaziti tu lokaciju. Također nam je kazano da će vrlo vjerojatno na jednoj od okolnih zgrada ili stupova uskoro postaviti kamere, kako bi snimili i nakon toga sankcionirali one koji se neodgovorno ponašaju i od grada rade deponij.
