Karepovac nam više ne smrdi, najavljena je velika sanacija, "Čistoća" nabavlja nove spremnike za sortiranje otpada, no na samom odlagalištu kao da se ništa ne događa, osim što i dalje stižu kamioni sa smećem. No, čini se da se u zadnje vrijeme premalo govori o Karepovcu.

- Sunčane dane nipošto nemojte provesti vožnjom do Karepovca preko Puta svetog Ižidora jer je bura proteklih dana desetkovala obližnje kuće i vrtove - javljaju nam iz kotara Mejaši, objavljujući nadrealni prizor gomile plastičnih vrećica koje su prekrile svaku travku i svaku granu u okružju Karepovca.

Iz Mjesnog odbora Kamen također su snimili plastične vrećice te upozorili još jednom na nepostojanje najosnovnije infrastrukture ovog područja na kojem svoj otpad odlaže više od 20 općina i gradova:

- Jednotračna cesta je u katastrofalnom stanju, bez nogostupa, bez parkinga, bez zelenila... a da i ne spominjemo nepostojanje apsolutno nikakva sadržaja poput igrališta za djecu, parka, šetnica, sportskih sadržaja i sličnog.

Sve je to zamišljeno da se financira iz ekorente koja postoji kako bi se poboljšali uvjeti stanovanja stanovnicima koji žive na području oko Karepovca, postoji i odluka Gradskog vijeća o namjenskom trošenju prikupljenog novca, ali u praksi stanovnici ovog područja nisu dobili ništa.

I dok su u pojedinim dijelovima grada najveći komunalni problemi u rangu pomicanja stupića pola metra lijevo ili desno, stanovnici ovoga područja takvo što mogu samo sanjati - s pravom su sarkastični s Kamena.

I tako dok su gradske teme usmjerene na ponašanje djelatnika JU Park- šuma Marjan, Karepovac je i dalje na čekanju, a s njim i svi oni iz njegova susjedstva. Zapravo, svi građani Splita koji se pitaju kada će se konačno sanirati Karepovac, hoće li krenuti najavljeno otplinjavanje, hoćemo li moći disati od smrada kad upeče na plus 20, 30 stupnjeva.

Plastične vrećice oko Karepovca

Potražili smo odgovor u Gradu Splitu i "Čistoći", no neke detalje važne za svakodnevni život uz ovakvo odlagalište nismo dobili. Tek strogo službene odgovore:

- Zaključen je ugovor o izvođenju radova s odabranim ponuditeljem za radove paketa A faze 3 sanacije. U ovoj fazi izvest će se radovi na izgradnji sustava aktivnog otplinjavanja, zatvaranju i konačnom prekrivanju presloženog otpada s ozelenjivanjem i krajobraznim uređenjem okoliša odlagališta. Vrijednost radova je 52.680.000 kuna s PDV-om, a s radovima se planira započeti početkom svibnja 2022. godine, kad se očekuje ishođenje građevinske dozvole. Rok izvođenja radova je 18 mjeseci tako da se završetak radova očekuje do kraja 2023. godine. Također su provedeni postupci javne nabave te su zaključeni ugovori za stručni nadzor, projektantski nadzor i voditelja projekta - doznajemo iz Grada Splita.

Navode kako se istovremeno odvijaju aktivnosti i na ostalim fazama sanacije: za paket B faze 1 (plinska baklja) u tijeku je izrada glavnog projekta. U 2022. godini planira se ishoditi građevinska dozvola, provesti postupak javne nabave radova te započeti s izvođenjem radova.

Za paket C, odnosno za uređaj za pročišćavanje procjedih voda, proveden je postupak nabave usluge monitoringa koji će trajati godinu dana, a na temelju tih rezultata pristupit će se nabavi izrade glavnog projekta i nabave radova. Izrada glavnog projekta, ishođenje građevinske dozvole te izvođenje radova planirano je tijekom 2023. godine.

Sve neki glavni projekti, nabave radova, a smeće se samo gomila, plastične vrećice samo se dupliciraju, a svi projekti kao da stoje na mjestu.

Iz firme "Čistoća" prethodno su nas uputili na adresu Grada Splita vezano za pitanje sanacije Karepovca. No, njihov odgovor pomalo nas je zabrinuo - Karepovac može izdržati još tri i pol godine! Stoga građani ozbiljno moraju shvatiti izdvajanje otpada.

- Tijekom 2019. godine na odlagalištu je zaprimljeno 123.445 tona otpada, tijekom 2020. godine 103.015 tona otpada i tijekom 2021. godine 104.023 tone otpada. U prva dva mjeseca zaprimljeno je 14.468 tona otpada. Ovakvim tempom zaprimanja otpada odlagalište sukladno planu sanacije ima svoj predviđeni vijek trajanja još 3,5 godina. "Čistoća" Split poduzima sve što je u njezinoj mogućnosti kako bi smanjila količinu otpada koja dolazi na odlagalište kako bi se vijek trajanja odlagališta maksimalno produljio - rekli su iz "Čistoće", koja u tu svrhu provodi izdvajanje glomaznog otpada (tijekom 2021. godine zaprimljeno je 8.328 tona glomaznog otpada), njegovo sortiranje te predaju oporabiteljima kako se nove količine glomaznog otpada ne bi odložile na odlagalištu. Ova gradska firma u postupku je nabave biostabilizatora pomoću kojega bi započeli s obradom prikupljenog biootpada, smanjenjem njegove mase te plasmana komposta, što će također doprinijeti smanjenju količine otpada koji se odlaže na odlagalištu Karepovac.

Postotak za odvojeno prikupljanja otpada lani je iznosio oko 8,42 posto.

- Cilj je da u iduće tri godine, uz uspostavu infrastrukture za oporabu otpada, dostignemo postotak odvajanja otpada od 50 posto, što će dodatno doprinijeti zaštiti i produljenju vijeka trajanja odlagališta Karepovac - kažu iz "Čistoće".

Slažemo se, građani također trebaju dati svoj obol čistoći grada i smanjenju otpada, a dan kada će Karepovac biti zelena površina, s uređenim okolišem, mogu samo strpljivo čekati.

Karepovac nam više ne smrdi, najavljena je velika sanacija, "Čistoća" nabavlja nove spremnike za sortiranje otpada, no na samom odlagalištu kao da se ništa ne događa, osim što i dalje stižu kamioni sa smećem. No, čini se da se u zadnje vrijeme premalo govori o Karepovcu.

- Sunčane dane nipošto nemojte provesti vožnjom do Karepovca preko Puta svetog Ižidora jer je bura proteklih dana desetkovala obližnje kuće i vrtove - javljaju nam iz kotara Mejaši, objavljujući nadrealni prizor gomile plastičnih vrećica koje su prekrile svaku travku i svaku granu u okružju Karepovca.

Iz Mjesnog odbora Kamen također su snimili plastične vrećice te upozorili još jednom na nepostojanje najosnovnije infrastrukture ovog područja na kojem svoj otpad odlaže više od 20 općina i gradova:

- Jednotračna cesta je u katastrofalnom stanju, bez nogostupa, bez parkinga, bez zelenila... a da i ne spominjemo nepostojanje apsolutno nikakva sadržaja poput igrališta za djecu, parka, šetnica, sportskih sadržaja i sličnog.

Sve je to zamišljeno da se financira iz ekorente koja postoji kako bi se poboljšali uvjeti stanovanja stanovnicima koji žive na području oko Karepovca, postoji i odluka Gradskog vijeća o namjenskom trošenju prikupljenog novca, ali u praksi stanovnici ovog područja nisu dobili ništa.

I dok su u pojedinim dijelovima grada najveći komunalni problemi u rangu pomicanja stupića pola metra lijevo ili desno, stanovnici ovoga područja takvo što mogu samo sanjati - s pravom su sarkastični s Kamena.

I tako dok su gradske teme usmjerene na ponašanje djelatnika JU Park- šuma Marjan, Karepovac je i dalje na čekanju, a s njim i svi oni iz njegova susjedstva. Zapravo, svi građani Splita koji se pitaju kada će se konačno sanirati Karepovac, hoće li krenuti najavljeno otplinjavanje, hoćemo li moći disati od smrada kad upeče na plus 20, 30 stupnjeva.

Potražili smo odgovor u Gradu Splitu i "Čistoći", no neke detalje važne za svakodnevni život uz ovakvo odlagalište nismo dobili. Tek strogo službene odgovore:

- Zaključen je ugovor o izvođenju radova s odabranim ponuditeljem za radove paketa A faze 3 sanacije. U ovoj fazi izvest će se radovi na izgradnji sustava aktivnog otplinjavanja, zatvaranju i konačnom prekrivanju presloženog otpada s ozelenjivanjem i krajobraznim uređenjem okoliša odlagališta. Vrijednost radova je 52.680.000 kuna s PDV-om, a s radovima se planira započeti početkom svibnja 2022. godine, kad se očekuje ishođenje građevinske dozvole. Rok izvođenja radova je 18 mjeseci tako da se završetak radova očekuje do kraja 2023. godine. Također su provedeni postupci javne nabave te su zaključeni ugovori za stručni nadzor, projektantski nadzor i voditelja projekta - doznajemo iz Grada Splita.

Navode kako se istovremeno odvijaju aktivnosti i na ostalim fazama sanacije: za paket B faze 1 (plinska baklja) u tijeku je izrada glavnog projekta. U 2022. godini planira se ishoditi građevinska dozvola, provesti postupak javne nabave radova te započeti s izvođenjem radova.

Za paket C, odnosno za uređaj za pročišćavanje procjedih voda, proveden je postupak nabave usluge monitoringa koji će trajati godinu dana, a na temelju tih rezultata pristupit će se nabavi izrade glavnog projekta i nabave radova. Izrada glavnog projekta, ishođenje građevinske dozvole te izvođenje radova planirano je tijekom 2023. godine.

Sve neki glavni projekti, nabave radova, a smeće se samo gomila, plastične vrećice samo se dupliciraju, a svi projekti kao da stoje na mjestu.

Iz firme "Čistoća" prethodno su nas uputili na adresu Grada Splita vezano za pitanje sanacije Karepovca. No, njihov odgovor pomalo nas je zabrinuo - Karepovac može izdržati još tri i pol godine! Stoga građani ozbiljno moraju shvatiti izdvajanje otpada.

- Tijekom 2019. godine na odlagalištu je zaprimljeno 123.445 tona otpada, tijekom 2020. godine 103.015 tona otpada i tijekom 2021. godine 104.023 tone otpada. U prva dva mjeseca zaprimljeno je 14.468 tona otpada. Ovakvim tempom zaprimanja otpada odlagalište sukladno planu sanacije ima svoj predviđeni vijek trajanja još 3,5 godina. "Čistoća" Split poduzima sve što je u njezinoj mogućnosti kako bi smanjila količinu otpada koja dolazi na odlagalište kako bi se vijek trajanja odlagališta maksimalno produljio - rekli su iz "Čistoće", koja u tu svrhu provodi izdvajanje glomaznog otpada (tijekom 2021. godine zaprimljeno je 8.328 tona glomaznog otpada), njegovo sortiranje te predaju oporabiteljima kako se nove količine glomaznog otpada ne bi odložile na odlagalištu. Ova gradska firma u postupku je nabave biostabilizatora pomoću kojega bi započeli s obradom prikupljenog biootpada, smanjenjem njegove mase te plasmana komposta, što će također doprinijeti smanjenju količine otpada koji se odlaže na odlagalištu Karepovac.

Postotak za odvojeno prikupljanja otpada lani je iznosio oko 8,42 posto.

- Cilj je da u iduće tri godine, uz uspostavu infrastrukture za oporabu otpada, dostignemo postotak odvajanja otpada od 50 posto, što će dodatno doprinijeti zaštiti i produljenju vijeka trajanja odlagališta Karepovac - kažu iz "Čistoće".

Slažemo se, građani također trebaju dati svoj obol čistoći grada i smanjenju otpada, a dan kada će Karepovac biti zelena površina, s uređenim okolišem, mogu samo strpljivo čekati.
