Kako smo pisali, Grad je odlučio poduplati cijene najma štekata na Rivi. Iako je prvotni prijedlog govorio o poskupljenju od 300 posto, napravljen je, izgleda, kompromis pa će ugostitelji koji su dosad u "prvoj zoni" u samom centru grada najam javne gradske površine plaćali 101 kunu po kvadratu, ubuduće plaćati gotovo 200 kuna.

Za drugu zonu povećanje će iznositi 81 posto, za treću 21 posto, za četvrtu 15 posto, dok će cijena najma štekata u petoj zoni, na koju otpada najveći dio grada, ostati ista kao i do sada.

No, što će poskupljenja zapravo značiti za ugostitelje?

- Najveća je bojazan što će se dogoditi sa zimom u centru Splita koja je ionako problematična - kazala nam je Jelena Tabak, poduzetnica i vlasnica konobe "Dujkin Dvor" u centru grada.

Tabak je na temu pravovremenog planiranja i otvaranja ugostiteljskih objekata za turističku sezonu govorila i u prosincu na okruglom stolu "Uspješna sezona nije slučajna".

- Evidentno je da će posljedično i cijene izlaznih proizvoda ići gore - rekla je pa dodala da je i ovo, takoreći, bolja opcija od onoga najavljivanog o 300 posto poskupljenja.

- Međutim, vrijeme u kojem se nalazimo nije pogodno nikakvom poskupljivanju, ali tu očito ne možemo ništa - zaključila je.

No, da nije jednostavno preko noći samo podignuti cijene kazuje nam Frane Krnić, vlasnik "Starog Mornara" i caffe bara "Borsalino" na Skalicama.

- A šta reć? Situacija je takva da sve raste, a ja neman kome dignit cijene. Jednostavno ne mogu, plivat ću dokle budem moga. Koju cijenu dignit kad je samo ulje otišlo skoro pet kuna po litri. Išlo je svo meso i brašno. Kolike bi ja cijene triba stavit? Ja ću probat s ovim šta sad imam i kako sad radin pa dok dur-dur... - kazuje nam Krnić pa nastavlja:

- Ne mogu ja sad šibat cijene ljudima, ima stvari šta smo i prije dogovorili. Nastojat ću se pridržat svih tih dogovora, a kasnije ćemo vidit šta će se ovo lito događat, ali situacija je jako nezahvalna… Još sad poskupljuje i struja i plin, sve ide gore. Pravo da van kažen ne znan šta će se tu sve događat… Nastojat ću šta manje dizat cijene, nać se u svim tim okvirima i to je to…

Najavljeno podizanje cijena štekata nazvao je žalosnim, a osvrnuo se i na odluku o uklanjanju ostakljenih, zatvorenih štekata s javnih gradskih površina.

- Ja sad nakon 25 godina moran maknit baštu od caffe bara "Borsalino", kvartovskog kafića na Skalicama. Ne znan kome je to u interesu. Ja tu baštu plaćan cirka 600 eura mjesečno šta nije mala stvar. Do mene su poslovni prostori koji se iznajmljuju po 300, a ja fetu zraka plaćan 600. I još po novome moran uklonit baštu, a i odlično vrime je izabrano za to - sarkastično će Krnić koji naglašava i da će ga stupanje na snagu odluke koštati dodatnih 30 do 40 tisuća eura.

To uključuje, naglašava nam Krnić, mijenjanje poda, stolova, stolica, zatvora na prostorima, ventilaciju... 

- Prostor je gradski, u ugovoru stoji da oni s njim mogu radit šta oće, pa eto neka rade- zaključio je naš sugovornik.

Što će nam donijeti nove cijene štekata, hoćemo li biti spremni izdvajati više za piće i hranu te hoće li ugostitelji opstati unatoč novom valu poskupljenja, preostaje nam vidjeti.

Kako smo pisali, Grad je odlučio poduplati cijene najma štekata na Rivi. Iako je prvotni prijedlog govorio o poskupljenju od 300 posto, napravljen je, izgleda, kompromis pa će ugostitelji koji su dosad u "prvoj zoni" u samom centru grada najam javne gradske površine plaćali 101 kunu po kvadratu, ubuduće plaćati gotovo 200 kuna.

Za drugu zonu povećanje će iznositi 81 posto, za treću 21 posto, za četvrtu 15 posto, dok će cijena najma štekata u petoj zoni, na koju otpada najveći dio grada, ostati ista kao i do sada.

No, što će poskupljenja zapravo značiti za ugostitelje?

- Najveća je bojazan što će se dogoditi sa zimom u centru Splita koja je ionako problematična - kazala nam je Jelena Tabak, poduzetnica i vlasnica konobe "Dujkin Dvor" u centru grada.

Tabak je na temu pravovremenog planiranja i otvaranja ugostiteljskih objekata za turističku sezonu govorila i u prosincu na okruglom stolu "Uspješna sezona nije slučajna".

- Evidentno je da će posljedično i cijene izlaznih proizvoda ići gore - rekla je pa dodala da je i ovo, takoreći, bolja opcija od onoga najavljivanog o 300 posto poskupljenja.

- Međutim, vrijeme u kojem se nalazimo nije pogodno nikakvom poskupljivanju, ali tu očito ne možemo ništa - zaključila je.

No, da nije jednostavno preko noći samo podignuti cijene kazuje nam Frane Krnić, vlasnik "Starog Mornara" i caffe bara "Borsalino" na Skalicama.

- A šta reć? Situacija je takva da sve raste, a ja neman kome dignit cijene. Jednostavno ne mogu, plivat ću dokle budem moga. Koju cijenu dignit kad je samo ulje otišlo skoro pet kuna po litri. Išlo je svo meso i brašno. Kolike bi ja cijene triba stavit? Ja ću probat s ovim šta sad imam i kako sad radin pa dok dur-dur... - kazuje nam Krnić pa nastavlja:

- Ne mogu ja sad šibat cijene ljudima, ima stvari šta smo i prije dogovorili. Nastojat ću se pridržat svih tih dogovora, a kasnije ćemo vidit šta će se ovo lito događat, ali situacija je jako nezahvalna… Još sad poskupljuje i struja i plin, sve ide gore. Pravo da van kažen ne znan šta će se tu sve događat… Nastojat ću šta manje dizat cijene, nać se u svim tim okvirima i to je to…

Najavljeno podizanje cijena štekata nazvao je žalosnim, a osvrnuo se i na odluku o uklanjanju ostakljenih, zatvorenih štekata s javnih gradskih površina.

- Ja sad nakon 25 godina moran maknit baštu od caffe bara "Borsalino", kvartovskog kafića na Skalicama. Ne znan kome je to u interesu. Ja tu baštu plaćan cirka 600 eura mjesečno šta nije mala stvar. Do mene su poslovni prostori koji se iznajmljuju po 300, a ja fetu zraka plaćan 600. I još po novome moran uklonit baštu, a i odlično vrime je izabrano za to - sarkastično će Krnić koji naglašava i da će ga stupanje na snagu odluke koštati dodatnih 30 do 40 tisuća eura.

To uključuje, naglašava nam Krnić, mijenjanje poda, stolova, stolica, zatvora na prostorima, ventilaciju... 

- Prostor je gradski, u ugovoru stoji da oni s njim mogu radit šta oće, pa eto neka rade- zaključio je naš sugovornik.

Što će nam donijeti nove cijene štekata, hoćemo li biti spremni izdvajati više za piće i hranu te hoće li ugostitelji opstati unatoč novom valu poskupljenja, preostaje nam vidjeti.
