Splićani su zadivljeni velikim rušenjem. Godinama se u gradu nešto gradi, ali ovoliko rušenje je za anale. Riječ je, naravno, u "taracanju" hotela "Marjan", nekadašnjeg ponosa hrvatskog turizma, koji bi se prema najavama novog vlasnika, "Adris Grupe", trebao uspeti još skalinu više od onoga gdje je posrnuo prije više od trideset godina.
Mediji "u gusjenicu" prate što ruju bageri na Zapadnoj obali, građevinci su dobili vjernu publiku; svakog jutra se oko gradilišta skupljaju kibiceri s rukama na leđima koji pametuju kako bi i što trebalo, kako je bilo i što će nastati, ovi "nadglednici" u Italiji imaju i svoje ime – umarelli. Naši su neumorni, svakog su dana tamo.

Međutim, nigdje se ne spominje u ovom trenutku najvažnije: gdje će sav, dosad nezabilježeno opsežan otpad s golemog rušilišta, posebno u kontekstu splitskog neuspješnog gospodarenja otpadom. Nikad upotrijebljena skupa staklarija u koju je hotel "odjeven" prilikom zadnjeg pokušaja obnove prije više od deset godina, deseci tisuća kubika armiranog betona, drvenarija, plastičerija, cijevi, kabeli...
Maksimalna otvorenost
Ogromnih šesnaest katova svakojakog materijala, koje su se ondje ugrađivale od gradnje 1963. godine.
Uputili smo molbu za informacijom na adresu tvrtke “Abilia”, koja posluje u sastavu “Adris grupe”, a specijalizirana je za upravljanje investicijskim projektima, nabavom i nekretninskim portfeljem Grupe koja je zadnjih dvadesetak godina investirala 10 milijardi kuna u razvoj novih poslova.
Javio nam se čovjek s vrha, Armando Vičić, predsjednik Uprave “Abilije”.
- Budući da sam diplomirani inženjer građevine, mislim da ću vam u otvorenom razgovoru najbolje rastumačiti ovu složenu problematiku. K tome, naša je namjera maksimalna transparentnost – ljubazan je predsjednik Vičić.

Pa krenimo od staklenih stijenki, publika s gradilišta često spominje da je šteta “nove novcate” ogromne stijenke bacati u škovace.
- Riječ je o kaljenim i tordiranim staklenim stijenkama, koje su postavljane prije više od deset godina i vrijeme je učinilo svoje, a i ne uklapaju se u naš projekt obnove "Marjana" kako ga je osmislio arhitetonski studio 3LHD. Doista je riječ o velikoj količini stakla, oko 5,9 tisuća kvadrata, a u to treba ubrojiti, pored fasade, još i staklene površine unutar hotela, stakleni krov bazena...
I ne, ne ide to staklo u otpad, nego će se zbrinjavati u specijaliziranoj tvrtki u Austriji, dok je za separiranje kompletnog ovog otpada zadužen naš partner, vinkovačka tvrtka “Eurco”.
Otpad s "Marjana" će biti sortiran, kao i staklene stijenke, i zbrinut prema Zakonu o zbrinjavanju otpada – kaže nam Armando Vičić, dodavši da je za zbrinjavanje ostalog otpada zadužena firma "Bikarac" iz Šibensko-kninske županije.
Više od stakla bit će betonskog otpada, zajedno sa željeznom armaturom, što iz faze gradnje hotela, što iz kasnijih nadogradnji.
- Još mjesec, dva betonski otpad neće se uklanjati s gradilišta, između ostalog i zato što će služiti za učvršćivanje rampi za strojeve koji uklanjanju etažu po etažu. Nakon toga ćemo odlučivati kako dalje. Betonski otpad je vrijedan i može se korisno reciklirati, primjerice za nasipanje – objasnio nam je Vičić.

Podzemna voda
Pitamo ga i zbog čega se ruši cijeli hotel, odgovara li kvaliteta njegove konstrukcije današnjim standardnima, na primjer, otpornosti na urušavanje u slučaju potresa.
- Uvidom u statiku objekta zaključili smo da je tijekom šezdesetak godina, koliko je prošlo od gradnje, armirano-betonska konstrukcija poprilično narušena.
Tu u obzir treba uzeti i blizinu mora, a što se tiče podzemnih prostorija, i neprekidnu izloženost oborinskim vodama s Marjana. Prilikom gradnje hotela bile su predviđene pumpe koje su crpile oborinsku vodu, no kroz zadnje desetljeće, otkad je hotelu isključena struja, ta se voda nakupljala u podzemnim prostorijama i mi smo podzemlje zatekli potpuno poplavljeno.
K tome, i standardi su se promijenili, visina etaža od 2,5 metara, koja je u većini hotelskog prostora, više nije dovoljna za smještaj prema suvremenim standardima, jer ventilacija i sve druge instalacije novog doba zahtijevaju puno više etaže.
I to je jedan od razloga zbog čega ćemo na ukupnom volumenu "izgubiti" jednu etažu, pa će hotel umjesto dosadašnjih šesnaest imati petnaest etaža – iznosi direktor, objasnivši "čudo" u hrvatskom turizmu novog doba: hotel "Marjan" jedan je od rijetkih, možda i jedni koji će nakon obnove imati manje ukupne površine nego prije, k tome uklonit će se i veliki dio dogradnji u prizemlju iz Kerumova vremena, a sve u korist više kvalitete smještaja i usluga.
- Upravo zbog toga uklanja se i stakleno oplošje. Naša je intencija bila omogućiti gostima da iziđu na zrak i da se pomoću pomičnih stijenki koje ćemo ugraditi cijela soba “pretvori” u terasu s pogledom na Šoltu, središte Splita, Veli Varoš, Marjan, more... Zar ne bi bila šteta goste lišiti tog ugođaja? – zaključuje predsjednik uprave “Abilije”.

Splićani su zadivljeni velikim rušenjem. Godinama se u gradu nešto gradi, ali ovoliko rušenje je za anale. Riječ je, naravno, u "taracanju" hotela "Marjan", nekadašnjeg ponosa hrvatskog turizma, koji bi se prema najavama novog vlasnika, "Adris Grupe", trebao uspeti još skalinu više od onoga gdje je posrnuo prije više od trideset godina.
Mediji "u gusjenicu" prate što ruju bageri na Zapadnoj obali, građevinci su dobili vjernu publiku; svakog jutra se oko gradilišta skupljaju kibiceri s rukama na leđima koji pametuju kako bi i što trebalo, kako je bilo i što će nastati, ovi "nadglednici" u Italiji imaju i svoje ime – umarelli. Naši su neumorni, svakog su dana tamo.

Međutim, nigdje se ne spominje u ovom trenutku najvažnije: gdje će sav, dosad nezabilježeno opsežan otpad s golemog rušilišta, posebno u kontekstu splitskog neuspješnog gospodarenja otpadom. Nikad upotrijebljena skupa staklarija u koju je hotel "odjeven" prilikom zadnjeg pokušaja obnove prije više od deset godina, deseci tisuća kubika armiranog betona, drvenarija, plastičerija, cijevi, kabeli...
Maksimalna otvorenost
Ogromnih šesnaest katova svakojakog materijala, koje su se ondje ugrađivale od gradnje 1963. godine.
Uputili smo molbu za informacijom na adresu tvrtke “Abilia”, koja posluje u sastavu “Adris grupe”, a specijalizirana je za upravljanje investicijskim projektima, nabavom i nekretninskim portfeljem Grupe koja je zadnjih dvadesetak godina investirala 10 milijardi kuna u razvoj novih poslova.
Javio nam se čovjek s vrha, Armando Vičić, predsjednik Uprave “Abilije”.
- Budući da sam diplomirani inženjer građevine, mislim da ću vam u otvorenom razgovoru najbolje rastumačiti ovu složenu problematiku. K tome, naša je namjera maksimalna transparentnost – ljubazan je predsjednik Vičić.

Pa krenimo od staklenih stijenki, publika s gradilišta često spominje da je šteta “nove novcate” ogromne stijenke bacati u škovace.
- Riječ je o kaljenim i tordiranim staklenim stijenkama, koje su postavljane prije više od deset godina i vrijeme je učinilo svoje, a i ne uklapaju se u naš projekt obnove "Marjana" kako ga je osmislio arhitetonski studio 3LHD. Doista je riječ o velikoj količini stakla, oko 5,9 tisuća kvadrata, a u to treba ubrojiti, pored fasade, još i staklene površine unutar hotela, stakleni krov bazena...
I ne, ne ide to staklo u otpad, nego će se zbrinjavati u specijaliziranoj tvrtki u Austriji, dok je za separiranje kompletnog ovog otpada zadužen naš partner, vinkovačka tvrtka “Eurco”.
Otpad s "Marjana" će biti sortiran, kao i staklene stijenke, i zbrinut prema Zakonu o zbrinjavanju otpada – kaže nam Armando Vičić, dodavši da je za zbrinjavanje ostalog otpada zadužena firma "Bikarac" iz Šibensko-kninske županije.
Više od stakla bit će betonskog otpada, zajedno sa željeznom armaturom, što iz faze gradnje hotela, što iz kasnijih nadogradnji.
- Još mjesec, dva betonski otpad neće se uklanjati s gradilišta, između ostalog i zato što će služiti za učvršćivanje rampi za strojeve koji uklanjanju etažu po etažu. Nakon toga ćemo odlučivati kako dalje. Betonski otpad je vrijedan i može se korisno reciklirati, primjerice za nasipanje – objasnio nam je Vičić.

Podzemna voda
Pitamo ga i zbog čega se ruši cijeli hotel, odgovara li kvaliteta njegove konstrukcije današnjim standardnima, na primjer, otpornosti na urušavanje u slučaju potresa.
- Uvidom u statiku objekta zaključili smo da je tijekom šezdesetak godina, koliko je prošlo od gradnje, armirano-betonska konstrukcija poprilično narušena.
Tu u obzir treba uzeti i blizinu mora, a što se tiče podzemnih prostorija, i neprekidnu izloženost oborinskim vodama s Marjana. Prilikom gradnje hotela bile su predviđene pumpe koje su crpile oborinsku vodu, no kroz zadnje desetljeće, otkad je hotelu isključena struja, ta se voda nakupljala u podzemnim prostorijama i mi smo podzemlje zatekli potpuno poplavljeno.
K tome, i standardi su se promijenili, visina etaža od 2,5 metara, koja je u većini hotelskog prostora, više nije dovoljna za smještaj prema suvremenim standardima, jer ventilacija i sve druge instalacije novog doba zahtijevaju puno više etaže.
I to je jedan od razloga zbog čega ćemo na ukupnom volumenu "izgubiti" jednu etažu, pa će hotel umjesto dosadašnjih šesnaest imati petnaest etaža – iznosi direktor, objasnivši "čudo" u hrvatskom turizmu novog doba: hotel "Marjan" jedan je od rijetkih, možda i jedni koji će nakon obnove imati manje ukupne površine nego prije, k tome uklonit će se i veliki dio dogradnji u prizemlju iz Kerumova vremena, a sve u korist više kvalitete smještaja i usluga.
- Upravo zbog toga uklanja se i stakleno oplošje. Naša je intencija bila omogućiti gostima da iziđu na zrak i da se pomoću pomičnih stijenki koje ćemo ugraditi cijela soba “pretvori” u terasu s pogledom na Šoltu, središte Splita, Veli Varoš, Marjan, more... Zar ne bi bila šteta goste lišiti tog ugođaja? – zaključuje predsjednik uprave “Abilije”.
