Sve su glasnija šuškanja da će u štrajk radnici koji su državni rekorderi po visini primanja među komunalnim tvrtkama, koji imaju veće plaće od većine zaposlenika ostalih gradskih tvrtki u Splitu, te u kojoj je HDZ godinama zapošljavao.
- Još ne znamo hoće li naši djelatnici u štrajk. Koju god odluku donesu, o njoj ćemo izvjesiti javnost - kazao nam je Ivica Karoglan direktor "Čistoće" koji je na tu funkciju izabran prije 14 mjeseci.
- Mi smo tu da služimo građanima Splita jer oni su najvažniji, a onda smo mi - dodaje.
"Čistoća" će svojom radnicima povećati ionako lijepa primanja za oko 1000 kuna ako potpišu Kolektivni ugovor. No, gdje je zapelo?
- Iskreno da vam kažem, ni meni nije jasno. Odobrena su sva materijalna prava koja su od nas tražena, čak i više od toga - kaže prvi čovjek "Čistoće" te objašnjava da se do navedenog iznosa od 1000 kuna dođe sa 6 posto povišice osnovice za koju je Skupština društva dala nalog i sa svim dodacima. Tu je cjeloviti prijevoz od mjesta stanovanja do firme neovisno o tome su gdje su radnici prijavljeni.
- Znači više neće dobivati iznos do cijene karte četvrte zone "Prometa", već po cjeniku koncesionara, odnosno prijevoznika od njihovog mjesta stanovanja do Splita. To je novina koja ide u prilog radnicima – ističe prvi čovjek "Čistoće", te dodaje da njegovi ljudi zaslužuju veće plaće i da bi im on najrađe dao 20 ili 50 posto povišice, ali postoji i rashodima strana na koju mora paziti da tvrtka ne ode u crveno.
Ono što je propisala zaštita na radu i za što Ivica Karoglan kaže da pokušava provoditi je da nema više trešnje kanti od strane radnika, već da to radi hidraulika.
- Neki naši kolege se drže tih pravila, a neki malo manje. No, njihov "vijek trajanja" će biti duži ako svoju kičmu manje opterećuju. Trenutno je u tijeku instalacija uređaja za elektronsku evidenciju na naše kamione. Tako će svaka kanta i kontejner morati ići na hidrauliku jer inače uređaj neće evidentirati kantu. Na tom projektu smo radili godinu dana i ispoštovali sve u zakonskom roku – govori Ivica Karoglan.

"Čistoća" ima veliki broj zaposlenika koji su na bolovanju koje traje 30 do 45 dana, trenutno čak 35 ljudi.
- Imali smo prošlog ljeta 55 ljudi na bolovanju. Prosjek godina naših djelatnika je prilično visok, između 45 i 50. Sve naše kolege rade fizički vrlo zahtjevan posao, a ova elektronička evidencija će im donijeti laganiji posao jer oni neće kante smjeti dizati na visinu na 1,80 metara. S obzirom na vremenske prilike u Splitu - kad bura puše je poprilično hladno, a ljeto zna biti užasno vruće, sve to djeluje na organizam i uslijed toga dolazi do prehlada i oboljenja. Točno je da su ljudi iscrpljeni. Onda pronalazimo rješenja kako bi "Čistoća" odradila ono za što nas naši korisnici plaćaju, a to je da naš grad bude čist i uredan, da otpad bude selektiran, te da se produži trajanje sanitarnog deponija "Karepovac". Ukomponirane svega toga u jednu cjelinu zna biti prilični zahtjevno – kazuje nam direktor "Čistoće".
Tu tvrtku čekaju nova zapošljavanja jer treba im više ljudi s obzirom na to da zbog razvrstavanja otpada njihovi kamioni moraju ono sto su prije nosili odjednom sada prevoziti u 3-4 puta zbog različitih vrata otpada.
- Dobili smo suglasnost Skupštine da možemo zaposliti 10 vozača i 20 iznosača. S obzirom na to da je najavljena poprilično dobra ljetna sezona u Gradu Splitu i da će biti više gostiju nego prethodnih godina, a uz više ljudi ide povećanje otpada, poučeni iskustvom i znajući da naša bolovanje ne padaju ispod 35 ljudi, ako želimo dosegnuti naše ciljeve moramo raditi u 2 smjene i povećati broj ljudi. Također, prošle godine 10 ljudi iz operative je otišlo u mirovinu, a mi smo ih zaposli sedam.
Naš čovjek nije bas jeftin, kaže nam, jedan zaposlenik firmu košta 150.000 kuna godišnje (cc 20.000 eura).
Je li zbog velikih plaća velika potražnja za radnim mjestima u "Čistoća" i koliko ljudi im se javi kad raspišu natječaj ? - pitali smo direktora.
- Kad raspišemo natječaj imamo jako veliki pritisak ljudi. Neki dolaze sa završenim fakultetom za posao iznosača čiji je posao vući kontejner i staviti ga na hidrauliku. To je zahtjevan posao ako nisu navikli fizički raditi, teško bore s takvim zahtjevima. Uz to mu mozak mora biti u sinergiji s tijelom. Moram biti kompletan za taj posao. Zapošljavaju komisija od 5 ljudi i nikoga ne možete ubaciti preko veze. Ponosni smo za takav način rada. Dogovorili smo sa skupštinom da nema pogodovanja. Nikome!

Sve su glasnija šuškanja da će u štrajk radnici koji su državni rekorderi po visini primanja među komunalnim tvrtkama, koji imaju veće plaće od većine zaposlenika ostalih gradskih tvrtki u Splitu, te u kojoj je HDZ godinama zapošljavao.
- Još ne znamo hoće li naši djelatnici u štrajk. Koju god odluku donesu, o njoj ćemo izvjesiti javnost - kazao nam je Ivica Karoglan direktor "Čistoće" koji je na tu funkciju izabran prije 14 mjeseci.
- Mi smo tu da služimo građanima Splita jer oni su najvažniji, a onda smo mi - dodaje.
"Čistoća" će svojom radnicima povećati ionako lijepa primanja za oko 1000 kuna ako potpišu Kolektivni ugovor. No, gdje je zapelo?
- Iskreno da vam kažem, ni meni nije jasno. Odobrena su sva materijalna prava koja su od nas tražena, čak i više od toga - kaže prvi čovjek "Čistoće" te objašnjava da se do navedenog iznosa od 1000 kuna dođe sa 6 posto povišice osnovice za koju je Skupština društva dala nalog i sa svim dodacima. Tu je cjeloviti prijevoz od mjesta stanovanja do firme neovisno o tome su gdje su radnici prijavljeni.
- Znači više neće dobivati iznos do cijene karte četvrte zone "Prometa", već po cjeniku koncesionara, odnosno prijevoznika od njihovog mjesta stanovanja do Splita. To je novina koja ide u prilog radnicima – ističe prvi čovjek "Čistoće", te dodaje da njegovi ljudi zaslužuju veće plaće i da bi im on najrađe dao 20 ili 50 posto povišice, ali postoji i rashodima strana na koju mora paziti da tvrtka ne ode u crveno.
Ono što je propisala zaštita na radu i za što Ivica Karoglan kaže da pokušava provoditi je da nema više trešnje kanti od strane radnika, već da to radi hidraulika.
- Neki naši kolege se drže tih pravila, a neki malo manje. No, njihov "vijek trajanja" će biti duži ako svoju kičmu manje opterećuju. Trenutno je u tijeku instalacija uređaja za elektronsku evidenciju na naše kamione. Tako će svaka kanta i kontejner morati ići na hidrauliku jer inače uređaj neće evidentirati kantu. Na tom projektu smo radili godinu dana i ispoštovali sve u zakonskom roku – govori Ivica Karoglan.

"Čistoća" ima veliki broj zaposlenika koji su na bolovanju koje traje 30 do 45 dana, trenutno čak 35 ljudi.
- Imali smo prošlog ljeta 55 ljudi na bolovanju. Prosjek godina naših djelatnika je prilično visok, između 45 i 50. Sve naše kolege rade fizički vrlo zahtjevan posao, a ova elektronička evidencija će im donijeti laganiji posao jer oni neće kante smjeti dizati na visinu na 1,80 metara. S obzirom na vremenske prilike u Splitu - kad bura puše je poprilično hladno, a ljeto zna biti užasno vruće, sve to djeluje na organizam i uslijed toga dolazi do prehlada i oboljenja. Točno je da su ljudi iscrpljeni. Onda pronalazimo rješenja kako bi "Čistoća" odradila ono za što nas naši korisnici plaćaju, a to je da naš grad bude čist i uredan, da otpad bude selektiran, te da se produži trajanje sanitarnog deponija "Karepovac". Ukomponirane svega toga u jednu cjelinu zna biti prilični zahtjevno – kazuje nam direktor "Čistoće".
Tu tvrtku čekaju nova zapošljavanja jer treba im više ljudi s obzirom na to da zbog razvrstavanja otpada njihovi kamioni moraju ono sto su prije nosili odjednom sada prevoziti u 3-4 puta zbog različitih vrata otpada.
- Dobili smo suglasnost Skupštine da možemo zaposliti 10 vozača i 20 iznosača. S obzirom na to da je najavljena poprilično dobra ljetna sezona u Gradu Splitu i da će biti više gostiju nego prethodnih godina, a uz više ljudi ide povećanje otpada, poučeni iskustvom i znajući da naša bolovanje ne padaju ispod 35 ljudi, ako želimo dosegnuti naše ciljeve moramo raditi u 2 smjene i povećati broj ljudi. Također, prošle godine 10 ljudi iz operative je otišlo u mirovinu, a mi smo ih zaposli sedam.
Naš čovjek nije bas jeftin, kaže nam, jedan zaposlenik firmu košta 150.000 kuna godišnje (cc 20.000 eura).
Je li zbog velikih plaća velika potražnja za radnim mjestima u "Čistoća" i koliko ljudi im se javi kad raspišu natječaj ? - pitali smo direktora.
- Kad raspišemo natječaj imamo jako veliki pritisak ljudi. Neki dolaze sa završenim fakultetom za posao iznosača čiji je posao vući kontejner i staviti ga na hidrauliku. To je zahtjevan posao ako nisu navikli fizički raditi, teško bore s takvim zahtjevima. Uz to mu mozak mora biti u sinergiji s tijelom. Moram biti kompletan za taj posao. Zapošljavaju komisija od 5 ljudi i nikoga ne možete ubaciti preko veze. Ponosni smo za takav način rada. Dogovorili smo sa skupštinom da nema pogodovanja. Nikome!
