Investitor rekonstrukcije dubrovačke žičare, tvrtka “Atlas nekretnine”, u srijedu je na donjoj postaji uspinjače na Pločama počela uklanjanje metalnih dijelova derutne konstrukcije koja je već 18 godina izvan uporabe.
Iako su se zbog sumnji u legalnost radova na mjestu demontaže okupili brojni novinari, prema tumačenju Ministartva graditeljstva i zaštite okoliša posao se obavlja u skladu sa zakonom.
- Investitor “Atlas nekretnine“ prijavio je našoj Građevinskoj inspekciji početak radova na lokaciji dubrovačke žičare. U prijavi je navedeno da će se radovi obavljati temeljem potvrde na glavni projekt i građevinske dozvole - kazala je glasnogovornica Ministarstva Kata Gojević i najavila da će građevinska inspekcija izići na teren kako bi utvrdila odstupaju li započeti radovi od projekta za koji “atlasovci” imaju odobrenje.
Gojević je napomenula da Ministarstvo, suprotno medijskim napisima, nije poništilo dozvole za gradnju na donjoj postaji žičare. Pojasnila je kako je poništeno rješenje gradskog ureda za građevinske dozvole koji je obitelji Remetin, vlasnicima zemljišta oko donje postaje žičare, zabranio traženu obnovu postupka izdavanja dozvole.
Jelena i njezin sin Vedran Remetin, koji traže povrat zemljišta koje im je 1960-ih “Atlas” oduzeo radi izgradnje uspinjače, godinama tvrde kako “atlasovci” nemaju građevinsku dozvolu za zahvate na nižoj postaji uspinjače na Pločama.
- Remetini mogu obnoviti postupak izdavanja dozvole. U ponovljenom postupku, kada do njega dođe, dozvola može biti ili poništena ili potvrđena. A sve do tada dozvola je važeća - poručila je Gojević.
“Atlas” je, podsjetimo, prošlog tjedna počeo demontažu u ratu uništenih ostataka žičare od gornje postaje na brdu Srđu, nakon što su Remetini dvaput spriječili početak rekonstrukcije na donjoj postaji Ploče.
U srijedu, kad je počelo uklanjanje metalnih fragmenata autokranom, nisu se pojavili na gradilištu. Ostaje, međutim, činjenica da po dubrovačkom GUP-u koridor žičare ne ide niže od Jadranske turističke ceste, što znači da donja postaja njime nije ni predviđena.

Investitor rekonstrukcije dubrovačke žičare, tvrtka “Atlas nekretnine”, u srijedu je na donjoj postaji uspinjače na Pločama počela uklanjanje metalnih dijelova derutne konstrukcije koja je već 18 godina izvan uporabe.
Iako su se zbog sumnji u legalnost radova na mjestu demontaže okupili brojni novinari, prema tumačenju Ministartva graditeljstva i zaštite okoliša posao se obavlja u skladu sa zakonom.
- Investitor “Atlas nekretnine“ prijavio je našoj Građevinskoj inspekciji početak radova na lokaciji dubrovačke žičare. U prijavi je navedeno da će se radovi obavljati temeljem potvrde na glavni projekt i građevinske dozvole - kazala je glasnogovornica Ministarstva Kata Gojević i najavila da će građevinska inspekcija izići na teren kako bi utvrdila odstupaju li započeti radovi od projekta za koji “atlasovci” imaju odobrenje.
Gojević je napomenula da Ministarstvo, suprotno medijskim napisima, nije poništilo dozvole za gradnju na donjoj postaji žičare. Pojasnila je kako je poništeno rješenje gradskog ureda za građevinske dozvole koji je obitelji Remetin, vlasnicima zemljišta oko donje postaje žičare, zabranio traženu obnovu postupka izdavanja dozvole.
Jelena i njezin sin Vedran Remetin, koji traže povrat zemljišta koje im je 1960-ih “Atlas” oduzeo radi izgradnje uspinjače, godinama tvrde kako “atlasovci” nemaju građevinsku dozvolu za zahvate na nižoj postaji uspinjače na Pločama.
- Remetini mogu obnoviti postupak izdavanja dozvole. U ponovljenom postupku, kada do njega dođe, dozvola može biti ili poništena ili potvrđena. A sve do tada dozvola je važeća - poručila je Gojević.
“Atlas” je, podsjetimo, prošlog tjedna počeo demontažu u ratu uništenih ostataka žičare od gornje postaje na brdu Srđu, nakon što su Remetini dvaput spriječili početak rekonstrukcije na donjoj postaji Ploče.
U srijedu, kad je počelo uklanjanje metalnih fragmenata autokranom, nisu se pojavili na gradilištu. Ostaje, međutim, činjenica da po dubrovačkom GUP-u koridor žičare ne ide niže od Jadranske turističke ceste, što znači da donja postaja njime nije ni predviđena.
