Društvo s organičenom odgovornošću Regionalni centar čistog okoliša Splitsko-dalmatinska županija osnovala je davne dvije hiljade pete, dok je Ivo Sanader još hodao zemljom, s plemenitom idejom da se Lećevici napravi jedno moderno mjesto gdje bi se razumno skrbilo o otpadu.

Znate kako je to na razvijenom Zapadu, gdje se sve manje baca, nema gotovo stvari koja se ne može ponovno upotrijebiti, bilo da je od stakla, plastike, papira, željeza, aluminija ili bakra, a biološki otpad, kore krumpira i otpalo lišće da i ne spominjemo. Sve se to i u nas, u Kaštelanskoj zagori, iznad autoceste trebalo brižljivo razvrstavati, reciklirati i vraćati na ponovnu upotrebu, u vječnom kruženju života i smrti. Tako su nekako nadahnuto filozofirali hadezeovci i sami sebi pljeskali kako su pametni, ali na tome su se po prilici i zaustavili. Na filozofiranju.

Ražanj za zeca

Regionalni centar čistog okoliša ostao je slika u umu, savršeno bestjelesna platonovska ideja. Ivo Sanader u međuvremenu je, kao što znamo, i uhapšen i pravomoćno osuđen, na vlasti je jedan HDZ koji, po tvrdnjama Andreja Plenkovića, nema nikakve veze s HDZ-om kakav je nekad bio, a najbolji ljudi ove stranke i sedamnaest godina kasnije jednako oštre ražanj za zeca u šumi i komponiraju muzičke komade za na vrbi sviralu.

Sve to vrijeme društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću postoji na adresi Županije, ima osam zaposlenih, šefa, kancelarije i znatan godišnji budžet. Tkogod bi naivan vjerojatno pomislio da ne treba mnogo da bi se održavalo nešto što de facto ne postoji, jedna slika u umu, jedna platonovska ideja. To je, međutim, veoma teško i skupo. Pametnjakovići koji se obično regrutiraju između uglednijih članova stranačke mladeži su u Regionalnom centru čistog okoliša potrošili mnoge vreće javnog novca oštreći ražanj za divljač koja još živahno skakuta između stabala. Županija im je nedavno temeljni kapital povećala s dvadeset tri na četrdeset milijuna, ali sva je prilika da im ni to neće biti dosta kad pogledate kakve čudnovate rashode oni imaju.

Milijuni za promociju

Index.hr donio je tako jučer priču da nepostojeći deponij u Lećevici namjerava platiti milijun i petsto hiljada da bi ih netko lijepo predstavljao u javnosti, za usluge, kako se to danas učeno kaže, pi-ara. Milijun i petsto hiljada da bi na Fejsu pisali kako kore lubenice i pivske limenke valja bacati u različite kontejnere, da najlonske vrećice treba zamijeniti papirnatima i slične banalnosti koje znaju i djeca u nižim razredima osmoljetke keširat će, očekivano, netko njihov, pouzdan, agencija koje je vodila i kampanju hadezeova gradonačelničkog kandidata na posljednjim lokalnim izborima. I sve to, ponavljamo, prije nego je ijedan snop starih novina, ili plastična boca, ili automobilska guma, ili pokvarena vešmašina, ili bilo kakav drugi komad otpada recikliran.

Ako se ovdje jednom i materijalizira ono što je sedamnaest godina samo digitalni zapis, bit će to u tako dalekoj budućnosti da ćemo svi u Splitsko-dalmatinskoj županiji pomrijeti. More će se zbog globalnog zatopljenja dotad podići preko Kozjaka, potopiti i Trolokve, i Vučevicu, i Sanaderove Dugobabe i Lećevicu. Regionalni centar čistog okoliša neće više služiti nikome. Bit će potpuno besmislen.

Ali, da se ne lažemo, on nije ni smišljen zbog stakla, papira, plastike, istrošenih baterija i akumulatora, već da bi se reciklirali uhljebi, da bi se ponovno upotrijebili kojekakvi nesposobnjakovići i nesposobnjakovićke iz stranačke mladeži. Društvo s organičenom odgovornošću Regionalni centar čistog okoliša Splitsko-dalmatinska županija osnovala je davne dvije hiljade pete, dok je Ivo Sanader još hodao zemljom, s plemenitom idejom da se Lećevici napravi jedno moderno mjesto gdje bi se razumno skrbilo o otpadu.

Znate kako je to na razvijenom Zapadu, gdje se sve manje baca, nema gotovo stvari koja se ne može ponovno upotrijebiti, bilo da je od stakla, plastike, papira, željeza, aluminija ili bakra, a biološki otpad, kore krumpira i otpalo lišće da i ne spominjemo. Sve se to i u nas, u Kaštelanskoj zagori, iznad autoceste trebalo brižljivo razvrstavati, reciklirati i vraćati na ponovnu upotrebu, u vječnom kruženju života i smrti. Tako su nekako nadahnuto filozofirali hadezeovci i sami sebi pljeskali kako su pametni, ali na tome su se po prilici i zaustavili. Na filozofiranju.

Ražanj za zeca

Regionalni centar čistog okoliša ostao je slika u umu, savršeno bestjelesna platonovska ideja. Istina, postoji računalni nacrt, navodno vrlo detaljan digitalni zapis budućeg projekta “težak” nekoliko desetaka megabajta, pokazuju ga često u PowerPoint prezentacijama, od šperploče i spužve napravili su možda i maketu u omjeru jedan naprema sto, ali u fizičkome svijetu, u samome lećevičkom kršu nema ničega.

Od privatnih vlasnika nije čak ni otkupljen teren na kojemu se trebao graditi ovaj tehnološki mirakul. Ivo Sanader u međuvremenu je, kao što znamo, i uhapšen i pravomoćno osuđen, na vlasti je jedan HDZ koji, po tvrdnjama Andreja Plenkovića, nema nikakve veze s HDZ-om kakav je nekad bio, a najbolji ljudi ove stranke i sedamnaest godina kasnije jednako oštre ražanj za zeca u šumi i komponiraju muzičke komade za na vrbi sviralu.

Sve to vrijeme društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću postoji na adresi Županije, ima osam zaposlenih, šefa, kancelarije i znatan godišnji budžet. Tkogod bi naivan vjerojatno pomislio da ne treba mnogo da bi se održavalo nešto što de facto ne postoji, jedna slika u umu, jedna platonovska ideja. To je, međutim, veoma teško i skupo. Pametnjakovići koji se obično regrutiraju između uglednijih članova stranačke mladeži su u Regionalnom centru čistog okoliša potrošili mnoge vreće javnog novca oštreći ražanj za divljač koja još živahno skakuta između stabala. Županija im je nedavno temeljni kapital povećala s dvadeset tri na četrdeset milijuna, ali sva je prilika da im ni to neće biti dosta kad pogledate kakve čudnovate rashode oni imaju.

Milijuni za promociju

Index.hr donio je tako jučer priču da nepostojeći deponij u Lećevici namjerava platiti milijun i petsto hiljada da bi ih netko lijepo predstavljao u javnosti, za usluge, kako se to danas učeno kaže, pi-ara. Milijun i petsto hiljada da bi na Fejsu pisali kako kore lubenice i pivske limenke valja bacati u različite kontejnere, da najlonske vrećice treba zamijeniti papirnatima i slične banalnosti koje znaju i djeca u nižim razredima osmoljetke keširat će, očekivano, netko njihov, pouzdan, agencija koje je vodila i kampanju hadezeova gradonačelničkog kandidata na posljednjim lokalnim izborima. I sve to, ponavljamo, prije nego je ijedan snop starih novina, ili plastična boca, ili automobilska guma, ili pokvarena vešmašina, ili bilo kakav drugi komad otpada recikliran.

Ako se ovdje jednom i materijalizira ono što je sedamnaest godina samo digitalni zapis, bit će to u tako dalekoj budućnosti da ćemo svi u Splitsko-dalmatinskoj županiji pomrijeti. More će se zbog globalnog zatopljenja dotad podići preko Kozjaka, potopiti i Trolokve, i Vučevicu, i Sanaderove Dugobabe i Lećevicu. Regionalni centar čistog okoliša neće više služiti nikome. Bit će potpuno besmislen.

Ali, da se ne lažemo, on nije ni smišljen zbog stakla, papira, plastike, istrošenih baterija i akumulatora, već da bi se reciklirali uhljebi, da bi se ponovno upotrijebili kojekakvi nesposobnjakovići i nesposobnjakovićke iz stranačke mladeži. Ono što je trebalo biti mjesto gdje će se razumno, na dobrobit svih nas zbrinjavati svakovrsni otpad, otpočetka je zapravo mjesto gdje se nerazumno, na golemu štetu, zbrinjavaju nesposobni hadezeovci.

Društvo s organičenom odgovornošću Regionalni centar čistog okoliša Splitsko-dalmatinska županija osnovala je davne dvije hiljade pete, dok je Ivo Sanader još hodao zemljom, s plemenitom idejom da se Lećevici napravi jedno moderno mjesto gdje bi se razumno skrbilo o otpadu.

Znate kako je to na razvijenom Zapadu, gdje se sve manje baca, nema gotovo stvari koja se ne može ponovno upotrijebiti, bilo da je od stakla, plastike, papira, željeza, aluminija ili bakra, a biološki otpad, kore krumpira i otpalo lišće da i ne spominjemo. Sve se to i u nas, u Kaštelanskoj zagori, iznad autoceste trebalo brižljivo razvrstavati, reciklirati i vraćati na ponovnu upotrebu, u vječnom kruženju života i smrti. Tako su nekako nadahnuto filozofirali hadezeovci i sami sebi pljeskali kako...
