Kad vam netko kaže da ne voli tikvice, recite mu da samo još nije probao tikvice na način na koji ih vi pripremate pa brže bolje kao asa iz rukava izvucite ovaj recept. Nema šanse da ga ne pridobijete na stranu tikvicoljubaca (i pritom pokažete kako baratate zavidnim znanjem o pripremi povrća). Riječ je o tikvicama punjenima na jedan malo drugačiji način, a posebnost mu je u tome što je pogodno i za vegetarijance, dok mu je velika oprednost u prilagodljivosti.

Pa tako, ako ne volite kozji sir, zamijenite ga fetom, a ako vam je previše egzotična ideja o sušenim marelicama u nadjevu, zamijenite ih suvicama ili kuhanom mrkvom. Tikvice bi trebale biti one okrugle sorte, a ako ih ne nabavite, uzmite obične, ali birajte deblje pa ih narežite na trećine. U tom će vam ih slučaju umjesazo 6 trebati dvije.

Ako su vam pistacije neprihvatljive, zamijenite ih orasima, ali tako će jelo ozgubiti na atraktivnosti pa pokušajte ubaciti barem koju skupocjenu i trenutno vrlo trendi grickalicu, ne samo zato što su pistacije "dodatak sezone" već i zbog toga što doprinose orijentalnom štihu jela. Jesmo vam rekli da je ovo jelo vrlo prilagodljivo?

No modifikacijama tu nije kraj. Nemate svježu metvicu? Ubacite malo sušene, sasvim je dobra ona koju pijete kao čaj. Nemate kardamoma? Dodajte sasvim malo limunove korice. Ako pak, mislite da će jelu bez malog dodatka mesa okus biti dosadnjikav, ubacite šakicu sjeckane šunke. Gušti su gušti...

Orijentalne tikvice

Sastojci:

50 g riže
40 g crne leće
20 g kozjeg sira
10 g pistacija
6 tikvica
3 žličice ulja
2 suhe marelice
1 luk
1 žlica svježe metvice
1 žličica maslaca
par sjemenki kardamoma
malo cimeta
sol, papar

Priprema:

Skuhajte leću dok ne omekša i skoro je gotova. Marelice namočite u toploj vodi.

Tikvicama skinite vrh i sačuvajte ga (odnosno, ako su duguljaste, prerežite ih 2-3 poprijeko, ovisno o dužini). Svakom komadu izdubite unutrašnjost.

Na zagrijanom maslacu kojem ste dodali i žličicu ulja prepržite usitnjeni luk, kad postane staklast dodajte izdubljeno meso tikvica. Pirjajte dok ne zamiriše pa ubacite rižu, posolite, dodajte kardamom i podlijte vodom. Kuhajte na laganoj vatri dok riža nije skoro gotova.

Za nadjev pomiješajte leću, smjesu s rižom, sasvim malo cimeta, sjeckanu metvicu, sjeckane namočene i ocijeđene marelice, te grubo usitnjene pistacije.

Tikvice napunite, po nadjevu nadrobite kozji sir, ako ste koristili okrugle stavite im poklopce koje ste prethodno odrezali pa sve poredajte u posudu za pečenje. Dodajte šalicu vode i ostatak ulja pa zapecite na 180 stupnjeva dok tikvice ne omekšaju.

Kad vam netko kaže da ne voli tikvice, recite mu da samo još nije probao tikvice na način na koji ih vi pripremate pa brže bolje kao asa iz rukava izvucite ovaj recept. Nema šanse da ga ne pridobijete na stranu tikvicoljubaca (i pritom pokažete kako baratate zavidnim znanjem o pripremi povrća). Riječ je o tikvicama punjenima na jedan malo drugačiji način, a posebnost mu je u tome što je pogodno i za vegetarijance, dok mu je velika oprednost u prilagodljivosti.

Pa tako, ako ne volite kozji sir, zamijenite ga fetom, a ako vam je previše egzotična ideja o sušenim marelicama u nadjevu, zamijenite ih suvicama ili kuhanom mrkvom. Tikvice bi trebale biti one okrugle sorte, a ako ih ne nabavite, uzmite obične, ali birajte deblje pa ih narežite na trećine. U tom će vam ih slučaju umjesazo 6 trebati dvije.

Ako su vam pistacije neprihvatljive, zamijenite ih orasima, ali tako će jelo ozgubiti na atraktivnosti pa pokušajte ubaciti barem koju skupocjenu i trenutno vrlo trendi grickalicu, ne samo zato što su pistacije "dodatak sezone" već i zbog toga što doprinose orijentalnom štihu jela. Jesmo vam rekli da je ovo jelo vrlo prilagodljivo?

Orijentalne tikvice

Sastojci:

50 g riže
40 g crne leće
20 g kozjeg sira
10 g pistacija
6 tikvica
3 žličice ulja
2 suhe marelice
1 luk
1 žlica svježe metvice
1 žličica maslaca
par sjemenki kardamoma
malo cimeta
sol, papar

Priprema:

Skuhajte leću dok ne omekša i skoro je gotova. Marelice namočite u toploj vodi.

Tikvicama skinite vrh i sačuvajte ga (odnosno, ako su duguljaste, prerežite ih 2-3 poprijeko, ovisno o dužini). Svakom komadu izdubite unutrašnjost.

Na zagrijanom maslacu kojem ste dodali i žličicu ulja prepržite usitnjeni luk, kad postane staklast dodajte izdubljeno meso tikvica. Pirjajte dok ne zamiriše pa ubacite rižu, posolite, dodajte kardamom i podlijte vodom. Kuhajte na laganoj vatri dok riža nije skoro gotova.

Za nadjev pomiješajte leću, smjesu s rižom, sasvim malo cimeta, sjeckanu metvicu, sjeckane namočene i ocijeđene marelice, te grubo usitnjene pistacije.

Tikvice napunite, po nadjevu nadrobite kozji sir, ako ste koristili okrugle stavite im poklopce koje ste prethodno odrezali pa sve poredajte u posudu za pečenje. Dodajte šalicu vode i ostatak ulja pa zapecite na 180 stupnjeva dok tikvice ne omekšaju.

Kad vam netko kaže da ne voli tikvice, recite mu da samo još nije probao tikvice na način na koji ih vi pripremate pa brže bolje kao asa iz rukava izvucite ovaj recept. Nema šanse da ga ne pridobijete na stranu tikvicoljubaca (i pritom pokažete kako baratate zavidnim znanjem o pripremi povrća). Riječ je o tikvicama punjenima na jedan malo drugačiji način, a posebnost mu je u tome što je pogodno i za vegetarijance, dok mu je velika oprednost u prilagodljivosti.

Pa tako, ako ne volite kozji sir, zamijenite ga fetom, a ako vam je previše egzotična ideja o sušenim marelicama u nadjevu, zamijenite ih suvicama ili kuhanom mrkvom. Tikvice bi trebale biti one okrugle sorte, a ako ih ne nabavite, uzmite obične, ali birajte deblje pa ih narežite na trećine. U tom će vam ih slučaju umjesazo 6 trebati dvije.

Ako su vam pistacije neprihvatljive, zamijenite ih orasima, ali tako će jelo ozgubiti na atraktivnosti pa pokušajte ubaciti barem koju skupocjenu i trenutno vrlo trendi grickalicu, ne samo zato što su pistacije "dodatak sezone" već i zbog toga što doprinose orijentalnom štihu jela. Jesmo vam rekli da je ovo jelo vrlo prilagodljivo?
