Što je ljetni ručak bez dobre, sovježavajuće salate? Uoravo tako. Slaže se i Cameron Diaz. Slavna glumica otkrila je recept za salatu punu svježih, zdravih sastojaka koja je, plored toga, u skladu s načelima veganske prehrane.
"Ljeti uvijek žudim za nečim svježim i laganim, a volim odličnu salatu. Ova je savršena, ukusna i hrskava, puna je sjajnih tekstura i okusa" rekla je Cameron za Goop.
Količine koje je otkrila u receptu su pozamašne. Navedeno je kako je riječ o sastojcima za salatu za dvije osobe pa je za pretpostaviti kako bi ovo trebao biti kompletan obrok. Odlučite li se ovu salatu pripremiti u svojstvu priloga, savjetujemo vam da srežete količine za pola.

Recept također zahtijeva mnogo namirnica: grašak, perzijske krastavce - to su oni dugački koji se prodaju pojedinačno i ne treba ih guliti - mrkvu, mango, avokado, zelenu salatu... No čini se da se trud isplati. Posebnost mu daje preljev iz blendera koji svoju luksuznu teksturu duguje tostiranim indijskim oraščićima, dok mu svježinu daju đumbir, svježi češnjak, miso pasta i tamari. Diaz predlaže da prvo dodate malo tekućine u blender kako se teži sastojci ne bi zaglavili ispod oštrica.
Cameronina ljetna salata
Sastojci:
500 g zelene salate po vašem izboru
200 g tanko narezanih mahuna graška
200 g šalica julienned ili tanko narezane mrkve
120 g krastavaca, narezanih na polumjesece
½ manga, oguljenog i tanko narezanog
1 avokado, prepolovite i narežite na ploške
100 g svježeg miješanog začinskog bilja
100 g ekspandirane riže
50 g indijskih oraščića, prženih i grubo nasjeckanih
2 kriška svježe limete
Za preljev:
60 g indijskih oraščića, tostiranih
2 žlice javorovog sirupa
2 žlice rižinog vinskog octa
sok od 1 limete
1 žlica Dijon senfa
1 žlica grubo nasjeckanog svježeg đumbira
1 žlica miso paste
1 žlica tamarija bez glutena
1 žličica sriracha ili drugog ljutog umaka po izboru
1 češanj svježeg češnjaka, naribanog ili sitno mljevenog
1 čili po izboru
100 ml suncokretovog ili avokadovog ulja
1 žlica ulja od prženog sezama
Priprema:
Kako biste napravili vinaigrette, stavite sve u blender osim ulja suncokreta i prženog sezama. Miješajte na visokoj razini dok se potpuno ne sjedini i postane glatko. Dok mikser još radi, polako ulijevajte ulja kako biste emulgirali preljev. Ostavite sa strane dok ne budete spremni za upotrebu. Preljev možete napraviti unaprijed i držati u hladnjaku do 5 dana.
Slažite salatu u zdjelu. Započnite sa zelenom salatom na dnu, zatim dodajte povrće, mango i avokado.. Ukrasite začinskim biljem.
Kada ste spremni za posluživanje, prelijte dressing sa salatom i na vrh stavite indijske oraščiće i ekspandiranu rižu. Poslužite s kriškom limete sa strane.

Što je ljetni ručak bez dobre, sovježavajuće salate? Uoravo tako. Slaže se i Cameron Diaz. Slavna glumica otkrila je recept za salatu punu svježih, zdravih sastojaka koja je, plored toga, u skladu s načelima veganske prehrane.
"Ljeti uvijek žudim za nečim svježim i laganim, a volim odličnu salatu. Ova je savršena, ukusna i hrskava, puna je sjajnih tekstura i okusa" rekla je Cameron za Goop.
Količine koje je otkrila u receptu su pozamašne. Navedeno je kako je riječ o sastojcima za salatu za dvije osobe pa je za pretpostaviti kako bi ovo trebao biti kompletan obrok. Odlučite li se ovu salatu pripremiti u svojstvu priloga, savjetujemo vam da srežete količine za pola.

Recept također zahtijeva mnogo namirnica: grašak, perzijske krastavce - to su oni dugački koji se prodaju pojedinačno i ne treba ih guliti - mrkvu, mango, avokado, zelenu salatu... No čini se da se trud isplati. Posebnost mu daje preljev iz blendera koji svoju luksuznu teksturu duguje tostiranim indijskim oraščićima, dok mu svježinu daju đumbir, svježi češnjak, miso pasta i tamari. Diaz predlaže da prvo dodate malo tekućine u blender kako se teži sastojci ne bi zaglavili ispod oštrica.
Cameronina ljetna salata
Sastojci:
500 g zelene salate po vašem izboru
200 g tanko narezanih mahuna graška
200 g šalica julienned ili tanko narezane mrkve
120 g krastavaca, narezanih na polumjesece
½ manga, oguljenog i tanko narezanog
1 avokado, prepolovite i narežite na ploške
100 g svježeg miješanog začinskog bilja
100 g ekspandirane riže
50 g indijskih oraščića, prženih i grubo nasjeckanih
2 kriška svježe limete
Za preljev:
60 g indijskih oraščića, tostiranih
2 žlice javorovog sirupa
2 žlice rižinog vinskog octa
sok od 1 limete
1 žlica Dijon senfa
1 žlica grubo nasjeckanog svježeg đumbira
1 žlica miso paste
1 žlica tamarija bez glutena
1 žličica sriracha ili drugog ljutog umaka po izboru
1 češanj svježeg češnjaka, naribanog ili sitno mljevenog
1 čili po izboru
100 ml suncokretovog ili avokadovog ulja
1 žlica ulja od prženog sezama
Priprema:
Kako biste napravili vinaigrette, stavite sve u blender osim ulja suncokreta i prženog sezama. Miješajte na visokoj razini dok se potpuno ne sjedini i postane glatko. Dok mikser još radi, polako ulijevajte ulja kako biste emulgirali preljev. Ostavite sa strane dok ne budete spremni za upotrebu. Preljev možete napraviti unaprijed i držati u hladnjaku do 5 dana.
Slažite salatu u zdjelu. Započnite sa zelenom salatom na dnu, zatim dodajte povrće, mango i avokado.. Ukrasite začinskim biljem.
Kada ste spremni za posluživanje, prelijte dressing sa salatom i na vrh stavite indijske oraščiće i ekspandiranu rižu. Poslužite s kriškom limete sa strane.
