Iako nisu prave kukuruzne, ove tortilje može napraviti baš svatko i to je njihova najveća prednost.

Osim što ćete znati od čega se točno sastoje, ukusnije su i lakše za punjenje od kupovnih. Možete ih napraviti po nekoliko pa ih zatim spremiti u vrećice sa zip zatvaračem i vaditi po potrebi. Idealne su za namaze, uz gulaš ili curry i za nositi na posao, piše Jutarnji list.

Domaće tortilje

Sastojci:

250 grama brašna
30 mililitara suncokretova ulja
tri žlice grčkog jogurta
dvije žličice praška za pecivo
sol
50 do 70 mililitara vode

Priprema:

U zdjelu ubacite sve sastojke i umijesite tijesto. Ne trebate ga mijesiti predugo, ali trebate dobiti glatku, meku kuglu. Prema potrebi dodajte još vode ili brašna, ali budite oprezni da ne pretjerate. Kada je tijesto gotovo, prekrijte ga i pustite da stoji 20-ak minuta.

Zatim ga podijelite na šest jednakih dijelova i svaki razvaljajte u tanki krug (ili nešto slično krugu). Ako je potrebno, podlogu prethodno pobrašnite, a možete koristiti bijelo brašno, ali i kukuruzno ili drugo krupnije mljeveno koje vam je pri ruci.

Suhu tavu dobro zagrijte i pecite jednu po jednu tortilju. Pecite je s jedne strane dok se ne pojave mjehurići i poprimi boju, okrenite, pa pecite još minutu s druge strane.

Tortilje stavite na vlažnu krpu, jednu na drugu. Poslužite, a kada se ohlade, spremite ih u vrećicu sa zip zatvaračem ili posudu s poklopcem i koristite prema potrebi.

Iako nisu prave kukuruzne, ove tortilje može napraviti baš svatko i to je njihova najveća prednost.

Osim što ćete znati od čega se točno sastoje, ukusnije su i lakše za punjenje od kupovnih. Možete ih napraviti po nekoliko pa ih zatim spremiti u vrećice sa zip zatvaračem i vaditi po potrebi. Idealne su za namaze, uz gulaš ili curry i za nositi na posao, piše Jutarnji list.

Domaće tortilje

Sastojci:

250 grama brašna
30 mililitara suncokretova ulja
tri žlice grčkog jogurta
dvije žličice praška za pecivo
sol
50 do 70 mililitara vode

Priprema:

U zdjelu ubacite sve sastojke i umijesite tijesto. Ne trebate ga mijesiti predugo, ali trebate dobiti glatku, meku kuglu. Prema potrebi dodajte još vode ili brašna, ali budite oprezni da ne pretjerate. Kada je tijesto gotovo, prekrijte ga i pustite da stoji 20-ak minuta.

Zatim ga podijelite na šest jednakih dijelova i svaki razvaljajte u tanki krug (ili nešto slično krugu). Ako je potrebno, podlogu prethodno pobrašnite, a možete koristiti bijelo brašno, ali i kukuruzno ili drugo krupnije mljeveno koje vam je pri ruci.

Suhu tavu dobro zagrijte i pecite jednu po jednu tortilju. Pecite je s jedne strane dok se ne pojave mjehurići i poprimi boju, okrenite, pa pecite još minutu s druge strane.

Tortilje stavite na vlažnu krpu, jednu na drugu. Poslužite, a kada se ohlade, spremite ih u vrećicu sa zip zatvaračem ili posudu s poklopcem i koristite prema potrebi.

Iako nisu prave kukuruzne, ove tortilje može napraviti baš svatko i to je njihova najveća prednost.

Osim što ćete znati od čega se točno sastoje, ukusnije su i lakše za punjenje od kupovnih. Možete ih napraviti po nekoliko pa ih zatim spremiti u vrećice sa zip zatvaračem i vaditi po potrebi. Idealne su za namaze, uz gulaš ili curry i za nositi na posao, piše Jutarnji list.

Domaće tortilje

Sastojci:

250 grama brašna
30 mililitara suncokretova ulja
tri žlice grčkog jogurta
dvije žličice praška za pecivo
sol
50 do 70 mililitara vode

Priprema:

U zdjelu ubacite sve sastojke i umijesite tijesto. Ne trebate ga mijesiti predugo, ali trebate dobiti glatku, meku kuglu. Prema potrebi dodajte još vode ili brašna, ali budite oprezni da ne pretjerate. Kada je tijesto gotovo, prekrijte...
