Ovaj recept za kajganu, zahvaljujući popularnom kreatoru najzanimljivih jela na TikToku, Yarinu Shachagi, obećava slanu, kremastu i savršeno pahuljastu kajganu, a tajna se krije u dodavanju jednom žumanjka i malo kiselog vrhnja neposredno prije nego što završite s kuhanjem.

Kajgana s kozjim sirom
Sastojci:
tost
peršin
papar
4 jaja
maslac
kozji sir
kiselo vrhnje
Priprema:
Prerežite kruh na tanke ploške. Pomiješajte kozji sir i peršin nasjeckan na sitno, popaprite pa sve dobro izmiješajte.
U drugoj posudi razmutite 3 jaja. Na zagrijanu tavu rastopite malo maslaca, pa ulijte jaja kako biste ispekli kajganu. Pecite na laganoj vatri, neprestano miješajući.
Pred kraj kajgani dodajte 1 žumanjak i malo kiselog vrhnja te nastavite peći istovremeno lagano miješajući kajganu kako bi se svi sastojci sjedili.
Pripremljene tosteve premažite uljem pa ih kratko popržite na tavi kako bi postali hrskavi.
Kad su gotovi premažite ih smjesom od kiselog vrhnja i peršina pa na vrh dodajte kajganu. Pospite začinima po želji, izribanim sirom i peršinom pa uživajte u slasnom doručku!

Ovaj recept za kajganu, zahvaljujući popularnom kreatoru najzanimljivih jela na TikToku, Yarinu Shachagi, obećava slanu, kremastu i savršeno pahuljastu kajganu, a tajna se krije u dodavanju jednom žumanjka i malo kiselog vrhnja neposredno prije nego što završite s kuhanjem.

Kajgana s kozjim sirom
Sastojci:
tost
peršin
papar
4 jaja
maslac
kozji sir
kiselo vrhnje
Priprema:
Prerežite kruh na tanke ploške. Pomiješajte kozji sir i peršin nasjeckan na sitno, popaprite pa sve dobro izmiješajte.
U drugoj posudi razmutite 3 jaja. Na zagrijanu tavu rastopite malo maslaca, pa ulijte jaja kako biste ispekli kajganu. Pecite na laganoj vatri, neprestano miješajući.
Pred kraj kajgani dodajte 1 žumanjak i malo kiselog vrhnja te nastavite peći istovremeno lagano miješajući kajganu kako bi se svi sastojci sjedili.
Pripremljene tosteve premažite uljem pa ih kratko popržite na tavi kako bi postali hrskavi.
Kad su gotovi premažite ih smjesom od kiselog vrhnja i peršina pa na vrh dodajte kajganu. Pospite začinima po želji, izribanim sirom i peršinom pa uživajte u slasnom doručku!
