Rastopite maslac na srednjoj vatri dok ne porumeni.

Nakon što se otopi, premjestite ga u zdjelu postavljenu iznad posude s ledom.

Miksajte dok ne dobije željenu gustoću. Po želji dodajte sol, začine, ribani tvrdi sir te sjeckani ili pečeni češnjak za slanu verziju, dok se za slatku poslužite smeđim šećerom, medom, vanilin šećerom, cimetom, limunom, rumom ili mljevenim tostiranim lješnjacima. Dodavanje maslaca u hranu prilikom kuhanja ili nakon njega jedan je od najlakših načina za poboljšanje okusa. Odnedavno svi bruje o tome kako je učinak još bolji ako se s maslacem najprije malo pozabavimo na način koji ćemo vam otkriti u nastavku. Komentari su toliko pozitivni da mnogi ovu metodu nazivaju čudesnom, a druge je toliko oduševila da ih je nadahnula na pronalaženje novih načina za usavršiti tu sasvim običnu namirnicu. Rastopite maslac na srednjoj vatri dok ne porumeni.

Nakon što se otopi, premjestite ga u zdjelu postavljenu iznad posude s ledom.

Miksajte dok ne dobije željenu gustoću. Po želji dodajte sol, začine, ribani tvrdi sir te sjeckani ili pečeni češnjak za slanu verziju, dok se za slatku poslužite smeđim šećerom, medom, vanilin šećerom, cimetom, limunom, rumom ili mljevenim tostiranim lješnjacima. Dodavanje maslaca u hranu prilikom kuhanja ili nakon njega jedan je od najlakših načina za poboljšanje okusa. Odnedavno svi bruje o tome kako je učinak još bolji ako se s maslacem najprije malo pozabavimo na način koji ćemo vam otkriti u nastavku. Komentari su toliko pozitivni da mnogi ovu metodu nazivaju čudesnom, a druge je toliko oduševila da ih je nadahnula na pronalaženje novih načina za usavršiti tu sasvim običnu namirnicu. Koliko svi hvale ovu novu metodu pitamo se jede li više itko maslac na "stari način"...

Dakle, želite li uz pomoć sasvoim običnog maslaca dobiti gotovo čudotovoran dodatak jelima, maslac najprije trebate zagrijavati toliko da blago potamni i zamiriše orašasto, a zatim ga treba ostaviti da se ohladi i izmiksati dok ne postane lagan i kremast. I eto vam onoga što se naziva tučeni smeđi maslac odnosno whipped brown butter.

To vam je osnova koju možete takvu kakva jest dodavati u slana i slatka jela, produbljujući im okus, a možete ju koristiti baš poput običnog maslaca - mazati je na kruh, krekere, tost i prženice.

Priprema:

Rastopite maslac na srednjoj vatri dok ne porumeni.

Nakon što se otopi, premjestite ga u zdjelu postavljenu iznad posude s ledom.

Miksajte dok ne dobije željenu gustoću. Po želji dodajte sol, začine, ribani tvrdi sir te sjeckani ili pečeni češnjak za slanu verziju, dok se za slatku poslužite smeđim šećerom, medom, vanilin šećerom, cimetom, limunom, rumom ili mljevenim tostiranim lješnjacima.
