Svi se mi volimo preko vikenda malo razmaziti, a najbolje se razmaziti odmah po ustajanju iz kreveta - finim doručkom. Samo tko će se još napola sanjiv gnjaviti s nekim kompliciranim kulinarskim kerefekama? Puno je bolje pribjeći jednostavnim receptima za stara, ali jako dobra jela. Mi smo upravo nabavili jedan takav, dobili smo ga od Maje Gojić koju pratimo na Instagramu Mirisi iz Majine kuhinje.
Maja nas je oduševila videom za nama potpuno nepoznato jelo koje se naziva - mekuša. Maja priznaje da to jelo ima još puno naziva, a poručuje da nema jednostavnijeg i boljeg doručka. Kaže da je njeni ukućani toliko obožavaju da se posljednja "tura" razgrabila toliko brzo da je jedva stigla snimiti kako izgleda konačni rezultat.
Nema veze, snimila je video postupka pripreme, koji slijedi u nastavku, a najprije ide recept. Još nam je draži zbog toga što uključuje pirovo brašno.
Mekuša s preljevom od sira
Sastojci:
400 g pirovog brašna tip 630
1/4 praška za pecivo bio
2 jaja
1 žlica kiselog vrhnja
2 žlice sira
1 časa jogurta
1 čaša mlijeka
vruća voda
1 žlica soli (ne puna)
Preljev:
1 jaje
2 žlice kiselog vrhnja
2 žlice svježeg sira
1 čaša jogurta
Priprema:
Pomiješajte sve sastojke za tijesto. Dodajte toliko vode da smjesa bude malo gušća od smjese za palačinke. Dobro umutite i izlijte na lim obložen papirom za pečenje. Bitno je da pleh bude veći da tijesto ne bude pregusto. Pecite na 220° dok tijesto ne dobije zlatnožutu boju.
Pomiješajte sve sastojke za preljev pa prelijte mekušu i pecite je još 10 minuta.

Svi se mi volimo preko vikenda malo razmaziti, a najbolje se razmaziti odmah po ustajanju iz kreveta - finim doručkom. Samo tko će se još napola sanjiv gnjaviti s nekim kompliciranim kulinarskim kerefekama? Puno je bolje pribjeći jednostavnim receptima za stara, ali jako dobra jela. Mi smo upravo nabavili jedan takav, dobili smo ga od Maje Gojić koju pratimo na Instagramu Mirisi iz Majine kuhinje.
Maja nas je oduševila videom za nama potpuno nepoznato jelo koje se naziva - mekuša. Maja priznaje da to jelo ima još puno naziva, a poručuje da nema jednostavnijeg i boljeg doručka. Kaže da je njeni ukućani toliko obožavaju da se posljednja "tura" razgrabila toliko brzo da je jedva stigla snimiti kako izgleda konačni rezultat.
Nema veze, snimila je video postupka pripreme, koji slijedi u nastavku, a najprije ide recept. Još nam je draži zbog toga što uključuje pirovo brašno.

2 žlice kiselog vrhnja
2 žlice svježeg sira
1 čaša jogurta
Priprema:
Pomiješajte sve sastojke za tijesto. Dodajte toliko vode da smjesa bude malo gušća od smjese za palačinke. Dobro umutite i izlijte na lim obložen papirom za pečenje. Bitno je da pleh bude veći da tijesto ne bude pregusto. Pecite na 220° dok tijesto ne dobije zlatnožutu boju.
Pomiješajte sve sastojke za preljev pa prelijte mekušu i pecite je još 10 minuta.
