Što ćemo kao prilog? Bez obzira koje je glavno jelo u pitanju, mnogima će odgovor na ovo pitanje glasiti: krumpir. Krumpir se sjajno slaže uz meso i ribu s roštilja, uz meso i ribu pečene u pećnici, uz friganu ribu i pohano meso... Ali, naravno, slaže se i uz hranu koja nema veze ni s ribom ni s mesom.
Ispržite li koje jaje pa vam se učini da će vam to biti malo za obrok, dodat ćete mu malo pomfrita i nema straha od gladi. Čak će vam i pohane tikvice i balancane bolje prijati poslužite li ih uz pire ili neko drugo jelo od krumpira.
Ne treba ni spominjati da su mnoga jela od krumpira toliko dobra, ukusna i zasitna da se gotovo nikad ne služe kao prilog nego kao glavno jelo. I zato ćemo vam otkriti naših pet najdražih recepata za glavna i sporedna jela s krumpirom u glavnoj ulozi.

Kremasti pečeni krumpir
Sastojci:
3 krumpira
200 ml vrhnja
2 češnja češnjaka
50 g sira gouda
1 žlica sjeckanog začinskog bilja po želji
prstohvat muškatnog oraščića
sol, papar
Priprema:
Krumpir i češnjak ogulite i narežite na tanke kolutiće.
Rasporedite krumpir i češnjak u posudu za pečenje. Pospite solju, paprom i začinima te na kraju po svemu nakapajte vrhnje. Pokrijte aluminijskom folijom i pecite u pećnici zagrijanoj na 180 stupnjeva dok krumpir ne omekša (oko 25 minuta).
Skinite aluminijsku foliju s krumpira pa ga pospite sirom.
Pecite još 5-6 minuta na 200 stupnjeva da lijepo porumeni i postane hrskavo.

Proljetna salata od krumpira
Sastojci:
500 g mladog krumpira
1 žlica Dijon senfa
1/2 limuna
4 žlice maslinova ulja
2 mlada luka
1 ljubičasti luk
svježi peršin
mladi matovilac ili rukola
Priprema:
Kuhajte mladi krumpir u komadu dok ne omekša, procijedite ga i skinite mu koru pa ga narežite na ploške.
Pomiješajte senf s naribanom limunovom koricom i sokom te polako uz miješanje dodajte ulje da dobijete glatku emulziju. Začinite je po želji.
Prelijte krumpire preljevom i lagano promiješajte. Ostavite da odstoji 15 minuta da krumpir upije okuse. Dodajte narezani ljubičasti luk, nasjeckani mladi luk te matovilac, odnosno rukolu te nasjeckani peršin. Začinite po želji i odmah poslužite.

Ličke pole
Sastojci:
4 krumpira
8 debljih feta pancete
8 žlica kajmaka
sol, papar
Priprema:
Operite krumpire i iščetkajte im koru da se ne bi zadržao koji komadić zemlje. Prerežite ih uzdužno po sredini pa ih posložite u dobro nauljenu posudu za pečenje. Posolite i popaprite krumpire pa na svaku polovicu stavite komad slanine.
Pecite u prethodno zagrijanoj pećnici na 200 stupnjeva oko 45 minuta, dok krumpir ne omekša i dobije lijepu boju. Kad su pole pečene, izvadite ih iz pećnice i na svaku polovicu stavite po žlicu kajmaka.

Pekarski krumpir
Sastojci:
1 kg krumpira
120 g masti
50 g pancete
3 žlice griza
1 žličica soli
malo svježeg timijana ili ružmarina
Priprema:
Krumpir ogulite, grubo narežite pa ga kuhajte desetak minuta. Dok se krumpiri kuhaju, stavite mast u posudu u kojoj ćete peći krumpire pa je istopite u vrućoj pećnici.
Prokuhani krumpir dobro ocijedite, snažno protresajući cjedilo, pa ga uvaljajte u griz i prebacite na zagrijanu mast. Posolite i pecite na 220 Celzijevih stupnjeva 15-ak minuta.

Hasselback krumpir
Sastojci:
1 kg krumpira
3 žlice maslaca
maslinovo ulje
začinsko bilje po želji
češnjak
sol
Priprema:
Zagrijte pećnicu na 180 Celzijevih stupnjeva.
Stavite krumpir između dvije metalne slamke, debela ražnjića ili štapića za jelo. Vrlo oštrim nožem zarežite rez na jednom kraju krumpira i režite dok ne nož ne dotakne prepreku koju ste postavili. Napravite drugi, paralelni rez, kao da želite odrezati vrlo tanku plošku. Nastavite redati rezove sve dok cijeli krumpir nije prekriven usporednim rezovima.
Ponovite s ostalim krumpirima pa ih prebacite u posudu za pečenje i poprskajte ih maslinovim uljem. Pecite ih sat vremena u pećnici zagrijanoj na 210 Celzijevih stupnjeva.
Otopite maslac u tavi i dodajte nasjeckani češnjak, pirjajte ga jednu minutu pa ga izvadite.
Premažite svaki krumpir smjesom maslaca pa posudu za pečenje vratite u pećnicu i pecite još 30 minuta svakih 10 minuta premazujući krumpire maslacem.
Izvadite, pospite solju i začinima te poslužite.

Što ćemo kao prilog? Bez obzira koje je glavno jelo u pitanju, mnogima će odgovor na ovo pitanje glasiti: krumpir. Krumpir se sjajno slaže uz meso i ribu s roštilja, uz meso i ribu pečene u pećnici, uz friganu ribu i pohano meso... Ali, naravno, slaže se i uz hranu koja nema veze ni s ribom ni s mesom.
Ispržite li koje jaje pa vam se učini da će vam to biti malo za obrok, dodat ćete mu malo pomfrita i nema straha od gladi. Čak će vam i pohane tikvice i balancane bolje prijati poslužite li ih uz pire ili neko drugo jelo od krumpira.
Ne treba ni spominjati da su mnoga jela od krumpira toliko dobra, ukusna i zasitna da se gotovo nikad ne služe kao prilog nego kao glavno jelo. I zato ćemo vam otkriti naših pet najdražih recepata za glavna i sporedna jela s krumpirom u glavnoj ulozi.

Kremasti pečeni krumpir
Sastojci:
3 krumpira
200 ml vrhnja
2 češnja češnjaka
50 g sira gouda
1 žlica sjeckanog začinskog bilja po želji
prstohvat muškatnog oraščića
sol, papar
Priprema:
Krumpir i češnjak ogulite i narežite na tanke kolutiće.
Rasporedite krumpir i češnjak u posudu za pečenje. Pospite solju, paprom i začinima te na kraju po svemu nakapajte vrhnje. Pokrijte aluminijskom folijom i pecite u pećnici zagrijanoj na 180 stupnjeva dok krumpir ne omekša (oko 25 minuta).
Skinite aluminijsku foliju s krumpira pa ga pospite sirom.
Pecite još 5-6 minuta na 200 stupnjeva da lijepo porumeni i postane hrskavo.

Proljetna salata od krumpira
Sastojci:
500 g mladog krumpira
1 žlica Dijon senfa
1/2 limuna
4 žlice maslinova ulja
2 mlada luka
1 ljubičasti luk
svježi peršin
mladi matovilac ili rukola
Priprema:
Kuhajte mladi krumpir u komadu dok ne omekša, procijedite ga i skinite mu koru pa ga narežite na ploške.
Pomiješajte senf s naribanom limunovom koricom i sokom te polako uz miješanje dodajte ulje da dobijete glatku emulziju. Začinite je po želji.
Prelijte krumpire preljevom i lagano promiješajte. Ostavite da odstoji 15 minuta da krumpir upije okuse. Dodajte narezani ljubičasti luk, nasjeckani mladi luk te matovilac, odnosno rukolu te nasjeckani peršin. Začinite po želji i odmah poslužite.

Ličke pole
Sastojci:
4 krumpira
8 debljih feta pancete
8 žlica kajmaka
sol, papar
Priprema:
Operite krumpire i iščetkajte im koru da se ne bi zadržao koji komadić zemlje. Prerežite ih uzdužno po sredini pa ih posložite u dobro nauljenu posudu za pečenje. Posolite i popaprite krumpire pa na svaku polovicu stavite komad slanine.
Pecite u prethodno zagrijanoj pećnici na 200 stupnjeva oko 45 minuta, dok krumpir ne omekša i dobije lijepu boju. Kad su pole pečene, izvadite ih iz pećnice i na svaku polovicu stavite po žlicu kajmaka.

Pekarski krumpir
Sastojci:
1 kg krumpira
120 g masti
50 g pancete
3 žlice griza
1 žličica soli
malo svježeg timijana ili ružmarina
Priprema:
Krumpir ogulite, grubo narežite pa ga kuhajte desetak minuta. Dok se krumpiri kuhaju, stavite mast u posudu u kojoj ćete peći krumpire pa je istopite u vrućoj pećnici.
Prokuhani krumpir dobro ocijedite, snažno protresajući cjedilo, pa ga uvaljajte u griz i prebacite na zagrijanu mast. Posolite i pecite na 220 Celzijevih stupnjeva 15-ak minuta.

Hasselback krumpir
Sastojci:
1 kg krumpira
3 žlice maslaca
maslinovo ulje
začinsko bilje po želji
češnjak
sol
Priprema:
Zagrijte pećnicu na 180 Celzijevih stupnjeva.
Stavite krumpir između dvije metalne slamke, debela ražnjića ili štapića za jelo. Vrlo oštrim nožem zarežite rez na jednom kraju krumpira i režite dok ne nož ne dotakne prepreku koju ste postavili. Napravite drugi, paralelni rez, kao da želite odrezati vrlo tanku plošku. Nastavite redati rezove sve dok cijeli krumpir nije prekriven usporednim rezovima.
Ponovite s ostalim krumpirima pa ih prebacite u posudu za pečenje i poprskajte ih maslinovim uljem. Pecite ih sat vremena u pećnici zagrijanoj na 210 Celzijevih stupnjeva.
Otopite maslac u tavi i dodajte nasjeckani češnjak, pirjajte ga jednu minutu pa ga izvadite.
Premažite svaki krumpir smjesom maslaca pa posudu za pečenje vratite u pećnicu i pecite još 30 minuta svakih 10 minuta premazujući krumpire maslacem.
Izvadite, pospite solju i začinima te poslužite.
