Kolač s biskvitom i pudingom od jabuka koji je bio jedan od omiljenih u staroj Jugoslaviji. Sigurno će vam vratiti sjećanja na neka prošla vremena.
Oduševite svoje ukućane ovom ukusnom slasticom, a posebno one starije koji se još sjećaju tih vremena, piše kurir.rs.
Priprema je jednostavna, a jako je ukusna i prikladna za sve prilike!
Sastojci za biskvit:
200 grama šećera
120 ml ulja
4 jaja
200 grama brašna
1 prašak za pecivo
135 ml vode
Nadjev:
1 litra vode
200 grama šećera
1 kg jabuka
2 pudinga od vanilije
Slatko vrhnje za kremu ili kremu iz vrećice
Priprema:
Odvojite bjelanjke od žumanjaka, pa od bjelanjaka istucite čvrsti snijeg s prstohvatom soli. Zatim umutiti žumanjke sa šećerom i kad postanu pjenasti dodati ulje i vodu.
Brašno pomiješajte s praškom za pecivo i dodajte u smjesu od žumanjaka. Dobro umutiti mikserom i uz pomoć lopatice sjediniti s bjelanjcima.
Kada ste smjesu dobro izmiješali izlijte je u pleh veličine 40x30 koji ste prethodno obložili papirom za pečenje. Ravnomjerno ga rasporedite pa protresite da se lijepo rasporedi.

Peći na 180 stupnjeva 15,20 minuta, provjeriti čačkalicom je li pečeno. Kad se čačkalica osuši, gotovo je.
Jabuke očistiti, narezati na ploške i dodati u kipuću vodu sa šećerom. Kad se počnu kuhati promiješajte. Kada su gotove, a to je oko 20 minuta, dodajte vodu razmućenu s dva pudinga od vanilije.
Miksajte dok ne dobijete puding. Zatim ovu smjesu preliti preko biskvita dok je još vruć. Kada se kolač potpuno ohladi, ukrasite ga šlagom. Dobar tek!

Odvojite bjelanjke od žumanjaka, pa od bjelanjaka istucite čvrsti snijeg s prstohvatom soli. Zatim umutiti žumanjke sa šećerom i kad postanu pjenasti dodati ulje i vodu.
Brašno pomiješajte s praškom za pecivo i dodajte u smjesu od žumanjaka. Dobro umutiti mikserom i uz pomoć lopatice sjediniti s bjelanjcima.
Kada ste smjesu dobro izmiješali izlijte je u pleh veličine 40x30 koji ste prethodno obložili papirom za pečenje. Ravnomjerno ga rasporedite pa protresite da se lijepo rasporedi.

Peći na 180 stupnjeva 15,20 minuta, provjeriti čačkalicom je li pečeno. Kad se čačkalica osuši, gotovo je.
Jabuke očistiti, narezati na ploške i dodati u kipuću vodu sa šećerom. Kad se počnu kuhati promiješajte. Kada su gotove, a to je oko 20 minuta, dodajte vodu razmućenu s dva pudinga od vanilije.
Miksajte dok ne dobijete puding. Zatim ovu smjesu preliti preko biskvita dok je još vruć. Kada se kolač potpuno ohladi, ukrasite ga šlagom. Dobar tek!
