Tko je rekao da su bureci i pite samo za zimu? Tko god tako misli, gadno se vara. Ljeto je baš idealno za slane pite, samo što im kao nadjev, tijekom vrućih mjeseci, treba dodati sočno povrće. Iskoristite sezonu tikvica za isprobati gibanicu s tim omiljenim povrćem, vrlo je sočna, a zahvaljujući dodatku popularne vrste sira ima i lijepu notu pikantnosti.

Gibanica s tikvicama

Sastojci:

1 kg tikvica
500 g kora za pitu
500 g feta sira
180 ml kiselog vrhnja
4 jaja
50 ml ulja
50 ml mlijeka
1/2 vrećice praška za pecivo
sol

Priprema:

Tikvice naribajte i posolite pa ih ostavite da puste vodu. Nakon 15-20 minuta dobro ih izažmite pa im dodajte smjesu od 3 jaja, kiselog vrhnja i izmrvljenog feta sira te sve posolite (bez pretjerivanja, feta je slana, a i tikvice su već soljene).

Premažite koru smjesom s tikvicama pa je zarolajte kao palačinku i potom savijte u oblik puža te je stavite na sredinu okrugle posude za pečenje. Sljedeću koru premažite nadjevom i zarolajte pa je omotajte oko puža na sredini. Ponavljajte postupak dok ne potrošite sve sastojke.

Druga opcija, koja će biti zgodnija onima s pravokutnim posudama za pečenje, je svaku koru zgužvati pa umočiti u nadjev i zatim složiti u pleh u koji ste prethodno na dno položili jednu čistu koru.

Kad ste završili sa slaganjem, razmutite preostalo jaje, dodajte mu ulje, mlijeko i prašak za pecivo. Dobro promiješajte pa prelijte preko gibanice. Pecite u pećnici zagrijanoj na 190°C oko 40 minuta.

Tko je rekao da su bureci i pite samo za zimu? Tko god tako misli, gadno se vara. Ljeto je baš idealno za slane pite, samo što im kao nadjev, tijekom vrućih mjeseci, treba dodati sočno povrće. Iskoristite sezonu tikvica za isprobati gibanicu s tim omiljenim povrćem, vrlo je sočna, a zahvaljujući dodatku popularne vrste sira ima i lijepu notu pikantnosti.

Gibanica s tikvicama

Sastojci:

1 kg tikvica
500 g kora za pitu
500 g feta sira
180 ml kiselog vrhnja
4 jaja
50 ml ulja
50 ml mlijeka
1/2 vrećice praška za pecivo
sol

Priprema:

Tikvice naribajte i posolite pa ih ostavite da puste vodu. Nakon 15-20 minuta dobro ih izažmite pa im dodajte smjesu od 3 jaja, kiselog vrhnja i izmrvljenog feta sira te sve posolite (bez pretjerivanja, feta je slana, a i tikvice su već soljene).

Premažite koru smjesom s tikvicama pa je zarolajte kao palačinku i potom savijte u oblik puža te je stavite na sredinu okrugle posude za pečenje. Sljedeću koru premažite nadjevom i zarolajte pa je omotajte oko puža na sredini. Ponavljajte postupak dok ne potrošite sve sastojke.

Druga opcija, koja će biti zgodnija onima s pravokutnim posudama za pečenje, je svaku koru zgužvati pa umočiti u nadjev i zatim složiti u pleh u koji ste prethodno na dno položili jednu čistu koru.

Kad ste završili sa slaganjem, razmutite preostalo jaje, dodajte mu ulje, mlijeko i prašak za pecivo. Dobro promiješajte pa prelijte preko gibanice. Pecite u pećnici zagrijanoj na 190°C oko 40 minuta.

Tko je rekao da su bureci i pite samo za zimu? Tko god tako misli, gadno se vara. Ljeto je baš idealno za slane pite, samo što im kao nadjev, tijekom vrućih mjeseci, treba dodati sočno povrće. Iskoristite sezonu tikvica za isprobati gibanicu s tim omiljenim povrćem, vrlo je sočna, a zahvaljujući dodatku popularne vrste sira ima i lijepu notu pikantnosti.

Gibanica s tikvicama

Sastojci:

1 kg tikvica
500 g kora za pitu
500 g feta sira
180 ml kiselog vrhnja
4 jaja
50 ml ulja
50 ml mlijeka
1/2 vrećice praška za pecivo
sol

Priprema:

Tikvice naribajte i posolite pa ih ostavite da puste vodu. Nakon 15-20 minuta dobro ih izažmite pa im dodajte smjesu od 3 jaja, kiselog vrhnja i izmrvljenog feta sira te sve posolite (bez pretjerivanja, feta je slana, a i tikvice su već soljene).

Premažite koru smjesom s tikvicama pa je zarolajte kao palačinku i potom savijte u oblik puža te je stavite na sredinu okrugle posude za pečenje. Sljedeću koru premažite nadjevom i zarolajte pa je omotajte oko puža na sredini. Ponavljajte postupak dok ne potrošite sve sastojke.

Druga opcija, koja će biti zgodnija onima s pravokutnim posudama za pečenje, je svaku koru zgužvati pa umočiti u nadjev i zatim složiti u pleh u koji ste prethodno na dno položili jednu čistu koru.

Kad ste završili sa slaganjem, razmutite preostalo jaje, dodajte mu ulje, mlijeko i prašak za pecivo. Dobro promiješajte pa prelijte preko gibanice. Pecite u pećnici zagrijanoj na 190°C oko 40 minuta.
