Isprobali smo jako puno recepata za torte, osobito za čokoladne jer su nam slaba točka, no jedan recept nam je godinama na popisu omiljenih. Objavio ga je u jednoj od svojih prvih knjiga Jamie Oliver, a mi smo ga još tada zavoljeli i rado mu se vraćamo.
Vjerujemo da ćete se i vi zaljubiti u ovu jednostavnu slasticu kojoj, ako želite, možete dodavati dodatke ovisno o rapoloženju i stađunu: orašasto voće, grožđice i brusnice, koricu naranče, malo ruma ili burbona, kockice čokolade...
A ne morate dodati baš ništa jer je jako, jako dobra, izrazitog čokoladnog okusa, ne pretjerano slatka, ali zato baš lijepo sočna. Ako se predomislite nakon što je ispečena, ionako joj prilikom posluživanja možete dodati malo sladoleda od vanilije i koju malinu ili jagodu.

Torta od tamne čokolade
Sastojci:
200 g tamne čokolade
200 g maslaca
6 jaja
250 g smeđeg šećera
70 g kakaa u prahu
malo soli
Priprema:
Otopite čokoladu i maslac na pari. Pustite da se malo ohladi.
Zagrijte pećnicu na 160 stupnjeva, a kalup za tortu obložite papirom za pečenje ili namastite pa pospite brašnom ili mljevenim orasima.
Odvojite bjelanjke od žumanjaka. Bjelanjke istucite u snijeg, a žumanjke odvojeno mutite sa šećerom dok ne posvijetle.
Smjesi sa žumanjcima dodajte prosijani kakao i sol pa dobro promiješajte. Potom dodajte i otopljenu čokoladu pa još jednom promiješajte.
Na kraju pažljivo dodajte i snijeg od bjelanjaka. Glatku smjesu ulijte u kalup pa pecite oko 45 minuta. Pričekajte da se potpuno ohladi pa izvadite iz kalupa. Ukrasite po volji, a mi vam predlažemo čokoladne kapljice i svježe maline.
Pitate li se je li dobra ideja tortu prije ukrašavanja preliti čokoladnom ocaklinom, pomoći ćemo vam: je. A na odmet neće biti ni malo tučenog slatkog vrhnja dodanog prilikom posluživanja. No tada se nemojte zavaravati da vam neće narušiti liniju, čak i ako potpuno izostavite šećer...

Isprobali smo jako puno recepata za torte, osobito za čokoladne jer su nam slaba točka, no jedan recept nam je godinama na popisu omiljenih. Objavio ga je u jednoj od svojih prvih knjiga Jamie Oliver, a mi smo ga još tada zavoljeli i rado mu se vraćamo.
Vjerujemo da ćete se i vi zaljubiti u ovu jednostavnu slasticu kojoj, ako želite, možete dodavati dodatke ovisno o rapoloženju i stađunu: orašasto voće, grožđice i brusnice, koricu naranče, malo ruma ili burbona, kockice čokolade...
A ne morate dodati baš ništa jer je jako, jako dobra, izrazitog čokoladnog okusa, ne pretjerano slatka, ali zato baš lijepo sočna. Ako se predomislite nakon što je ispečena, ionako joj prilikom posluživanja možete dodati malo sladoleda od vanilije i koju malinu ili jagodu.

Torta od tamne čokolade
Sastojci:
200 g tamne čokolade
200 g maslaca
6 jaja
250 g smeđeg šećera
70 g kakaa u prahu
malo soli
Priprema:
Otopite čokoladu i maslac na pari. Pustite da se malo ohladi.
Zagrijte pećnicu na 160 stupnjeva, a kalup za tortu obložite papirom za pečenje ili namastite pa pospite brašnom ili mljevenim orasima.
Odvojite bjelanjke od žumanjaka. Bjelanjke istucite u snijeg, a žumanjke odvojeno mutite sa šećerom dok ne posvijetle.
Smjesi sa žumanjcima dodajte prosijani kakao i sol pa dobro promiješajte. Potom dodajte i otopljenu čokoladu pa još jednom promiješajte.
Na kraju pažljivo dodajte i snijeg od bjelanjaka. Glatku smjesu ulijte u kalup pa pecite oko 45 minuta. Pričekajte da se potpuno ohladi pa izvadite iz kalupa. Ukrasite po volji, a mi vam predlažemo čokoladne kapljice i svježe maline.
Pitate li se je li dobra ideja tortu prije ukrašavanja preliti čokoladnom ocaklinom, pomoći ćemo vam: je. A na odmet neće biti ni malo tučenog slatkog vrhnja dodanog prilikom posluživanja. No tada se nemojte zavaravati da vam neće narušiti liniju, čak i ako potpuno izostavite šećer...
