Belgijski kralj Albert II., koji je abdicirao prije šest godina, morat će plaćati dnevnu globu od pet tisuća eura sve dok se nastavi odbijati podrgnuti DNA testiranju kako bi se utvrdilo je li otac 50-godišnje umjetnice Delphine Boël, javlja novinska agencija Belga.
Tu je odluku donio prizivni sud koji je odbacio Albertove pokušaje odgode davanja DNA uzorka, što je najnoviji preokret u šestogodišnjoj sudkoj borbi Delphine Boël da dokaže da je 84-godišnji kralj njezin biološki otac.
Ukoliko uspije dokazati očinstvo, moći će uzeti ime Delphine Van België i imati pravo na titulu princeze, kao i na osminu Albertovog ukupnog vlasništva od kojeg je polovina namijenjena njegovoj djeci.
Prošle jeseni je prizivni sud u Bruxellesu presudio da Jacques Boël nije biološki otac 50-godišnje umjetnice i naložio stručnjacima iz bolnice Erasmus da provedu genetsko testiranje i usporede njezin DNA s Albertovim.
Na dan kad je Albert abdicirao 2013. navodeći kao razlog pogoršano zdravlje, Adephinina majka, barunica Sybille de Selys Longchamps, prvi put je javno progovorila o svojoj tajnoj vezi s kraljem koja je, kako tvrdi, trajala od 1966. do 1984. godine. Priče od toj vezi pojavile su se već ranije, a Delphine Boël je 2005. prvi put iznijela tvrdnje da je Albert njezin biološki otac.
Barunica Sybille je kazala kako je vjerovala da ne može imati djecu zbog infekcije i kako nisu koristili nikakvu zaštitu. Rekla je da je to bilo prekrasno razdoblje i da je Delphine dijete ljubavi, Albert nije bio očinska figura, ali je bio vrlo drag prema njoj.
Kralj Albert je kasnije priznao da su on i supruga, kraljica Paola, imali bračnu krizu 70-ih godina, ali nikad nije priznao da ima izvanbračno dijete. Albert i Paola imaju troje djece, a oca je na prijestolju naslijedio kralj Philippe.
Dnevna globa od pet tisuća eura predstavljat će popriličan udar na trenutačne Albertove financije budući da živi od državne dotacije od 961.000 eura godišnje.

Belgijski kralj Albert II., koji je abdicirao prije šest godina, morat će plaćati dnevnu globu od pet tisuća eura sve dok se nastavi odbijati podrgnuti DNA testiranju kako bi se utvrdilo je li otac 50-godišnje umjetnice Delphine Boël, javlja novinska agencija Belga.
Tu je odluku donio prizivni sud koji je odbacio Albertove pokušaje odgode davanja DNA uzorka, što je najnoviji preokret u šestogodišnjoj sudkoj borbi Delphine Boël da dokaže da je 84-godišnji kralj njezin biološki otac.
Ukoliko uspije dokazati očinstvo, moći će uzeti ime Delphine Van België i imati pravo na titulu princeze, kao i na osminu Albertovog ukupnog vlasništva od kojeg je polovina namijenjena njegovoj djeci.
Prošle jeseni je prizivni sud u Bruxellesu presudio da Jacques Boël nije biološki otac 50-godišnje umjetnice i naložio stručnjacima iz bolnice Erasmus da provedu genetsko testiranje i usporede njezin DNA s Albertovim.
Na dan kad je Albert abdicirao 2013. navodeći kao razlog pogoršano zdravlje, Adephinina majka, barunica Sybille de Selys Longchamps, prvi put je javno progovorila o svojoj tajnoj vezi s kraljem koja je, kako tvrdi, trajala od 1966. do 1984. godine. Priče od toj vezi pojavile su se već ranije, a Delphine Boël je 2005. prvi put iznijela tvrdnje da je Albert njezin biološki otac.
Barunica Sybille je kazala kako je vjerovala da ne može imati djecu zbog infekcije i kako nisu koristili nikakvu zaštitu. Rekla je da je to bilo prekrasno razdoblje i da je Delphine dijete ljubavi, Albert nije bio očinska figura, ali je bio vrlo drag prema njoj.
Kralj Albert je kasnije priznao da su on i supruga, kraljica Paola, imali bračnu krizu 70-ih godina, ali nikad nije priznao da ima izvanbračno dijete. Albert i Paola imaju troje djece, a oca je na prijestolju naslijedio kralj Philippe.
Dnevna globa od pet tisuća eura predstavljat će popriličan udar na trenutačne Albertove financije budući da živi od državne dotacije od 961.000 eura godišnje.
