Glumici s pet Césarovih nagrada, Isabelle Adjani (68), pariški kazneni sud sudit će 19. listopada za porezne prijevare i pranje novca.

"Isabelle Adjani osporava navodne činjenice i nije počinila nikakvo kazneno djelo", tvrde njezini odvjetnici Julie Freal-Saison i Cédric Labrousse, osuđujući kazneni progon "neutemeljenim i nerazmjernim". Isabele je optužena da je prevarila porezne vlasti 2013., 2016. i 2017. kroz dva mehanizma. Prikrila je "donaciju od dva milijuna eura od Mamadou Diagna NDiaye, pod pokrićem kredita, koji joj je omogućio utaju 1,2 milijuna eura poreza na transfere" i fiktivno je boravila u Portugalu, što joj je omogućilo "utaju 236.000 eura poreza na dohodak", piše CNEW.fr.

Mamadou Diagna NDiaye utjecajni je senegalski poduzetnik, predsjednik Senegalskog nacionalnog olimpijskog i sportskog odbora (CNOSS) i član Međunarodnog olimpijskog odbora (MOO). Također je predsjednik Organizacijskog odbora za Olimpijske igre mladih (YOG), zakazanog za 2026. u Senegalu.

"Francuska porezna uprava svim sredstvima pokušava prekvalificirati ovaj kredit kao donaciju unatoč godinama otplaćivanja", rekli su odvjetnici gospođe Adjani koja je "stoga iznenađena tom nemilosrdnošću". Gospodin NDiaye je također kum sina glumice, rekli su.

Glumici će se suditi i za pranje novca, djela počinjena između Sjedinjenih Država i Portugala 2014. godine. Osumnjičena je da je "prošla kroz američki bankovni račun i nije prijavila poreznim vlastima iznos od 119.000 eura od offshore tvrtke s nepoznatim stvarnim vlasnikom i namijenjena ulaganju u Portugal", rekao je pravosudni izvor, piše Le Monde.

Istraga je otvorena 2016. godine nakon otkrića Panamskih dokumenata o sustavu utaje poreza putem računa u poreznim oazama. Isabelle Adjani navedena je kao vlasnica tvrtke na Britanskim Djevičanskim otocima.
