Voditeljica HRT-a Maja Njirjak prošlog je tjedna iznenada završila u bolnici zbog problema s visokim tlakom, a sada je za Gloriu progovorila o problemima s hipertenzijom.

- Nisam mislila da ću to ikada reći, jer lijekove sam izbjegavala čak i kad me jako boljelo, no sada se bojim i pomisliti kako bih završila bez terapije. Dosad sam, naime, vjerovala da se tijelo zbog česte konzumacije privikne na lijekove pa se doze povećavaju. I porođaj sam prošla bez njih. Kad mi se utvrdi konačna dijagnoza, iako se uzrok problema s tlakom često i ne pronađe, nadam se da će se broj lijekova smanjivati, a ne povećavati, rekla je Maja koja nikad dosad nije imala problema s visokim tlakom.

Da nešto nije u redu primijetila je kad joj je počelo zujati u ušima.

- Počelo je točno deset dana prije tog kobnog petka, kad sam završila na Hitnoj. Najprije sam mislila da mi je ostala voda u kanalu, nakon pranja kose. Onda da je to zbog slušalica, jer često i preglasno slušam glazbu ili pregledavam materijale u redakciji, a i koristimo slušalice u TV studiju za povrat iz režije... No, uzevši u obzir da je zujanje u ušima i jedan od simptoma visokog tlaka, otišla sam k liječnici obiteljske medicine. Izmjerila je tlak koji je tada bio 150 sa 100, što mi se nije učinilo tako strašno jer sam na apsolutno svakom pregledu dotad imala nizak tlak. Idući dan sam se na HRT-u cijepila Pfizerom, sutradan mi je trnula desna noga, a kad mi je mama poslijepodne izmjerila tlak bio je 170 s 97, uz visoke otkucaje srca. Mislila sam da je to od cjepiva, no kad je u petak tlak skočio na 199/120, pa na 210/140, a onda na 210/125 upalio mi se alarm. Na internetu sam pronašla prirodni recept za instant skidanje tlaka - napitak od limuna, cimeta i đumbira - te nakon razgovora s Hitnom, s osobom koja mi je bila potpora čitavo vrijeme, otišla u bolnicu Sveti Duh.

Ispričala je i kako je tekao hitni prijem.

- Primila me jedna draga i mlada doktorica, a kad sam joj počela objašnjavati simptome - rasplakala sam se. Izmjeren mi je tlak 190 sa 125, dobila sam prvi lijek, napravili su mi EKG, pregledali me te poslali na RTG pluća i oftalmološki. Liječnici su bili jako ljubazni i smireni, unatoč kaosu s pacijentima, i to me se dojmilo. Posebno me razveselila glavna sestra na oftalmološkom pregledu, s kojom sam prošla teme od korone do posla... Unatoč tome što sam tamo bila među najmlađim pacijentima, doktori nisu moj problem shvatili bezazleno. Za razliku od liječnika koji su moju mamu otpustili s puknutom aneurizmom u mozgu, mene su u nalazu uputili na detaljnu analizu urina, krvi i Holter RR.

Kući je otpuštena iste večeri oko ponoći nakon što je dobila terapiju.

- Gledajući unatrag, moj tlak luduje mjesecima, ako ne i godinama. I molim Boga da bubrezi i srce nisu oštećeni. Da dočekam diplomu svoje kćeri Tije... Moji su simptomi rasli iz dana u dan, a ja sam im se prilagođavala umjesto da sam ih detektirala... Taj osjećaj da si kao tempirana bomba, da imaš temperaturu, osjećaj nelagode u prsima, trnjenje ruku, nogu, sve sam ja to govorila i doktorici, ali sam zbog mog načina života, koji je nekad uistinu 200 na sat, smatrala da je to normalno. Treba dobro osluškivati svoje tijelo, a onda vrlo jasno dati do znanja doktorima da te poslušaju. Oni su osnovna stepenica. Mjeriti tlak barem triput dnevno, voditi bilješke nekoliko dana, a onda otići liječnicima, zaključila je voditeljica.

Voditeljica HRT-a Maja Njirjak prošlog je tjedna iznenada završila u bolnici zbog problema s visokim tlakom, a sada je za Gloriu progovorila o problemima s hipertenzijom.

- Nisam mislila da ću to ikada reći, jer lijekove sam izbjegavala čak i kad me jako boljelo, no sada se bojim i pomisliti kako bih završila bez terapije. Dosad sam, naime, vjerovala da se tijelo zbog česte konzumacije privikne na lijekove pa se doze povećavaju. I porođaj sam prošla bez njih. Kad mi se utvrdi konačna dijagnoza, iako se uzrok problema s tlakom često i ne pronađe, nadam se da će se broj lijekova smanjivati, a ne povećavati, rekla je Maja koja nikad dosad nije imala problema s visokim tlakom.

Da nešto nije u redu primijetila je kad joj je počelo zujati u ušima.

- Počelo je točno deset dana prije tog kobnog petka, kad sam završila na Hitnoj. Najprije sam mislila da mi je ostala voda u kanalu, nakon pranja kose. Onda da je to zbog slušalica, jer često i preglasno slušam glazbu ili pregledavam materijale u redakciji, a i koristimo slušalice u TV studiju za povrat iz režije... No, uzevši u obzir da je zujanje u ušima i jedan od simptoma visokog tlaka, otišla sam k liječnici obiteljske medicine. Izmjerila je tlak koji je tada bio 150 sa 100, što mi se nije učinilo tako strašno jer sam na apsolutno svakom pregledu dotad imala nizak tlak. Idući dan sam se na HRT-u cijepila Pfizerom, sutradan mi je trnula desna noga, a kad mi je mama poslijepodne izmjerila tlak bio je 170 s 97, uz visoke otkucaje srca. Mislila sam da je to od cjepiva, no kad je u petak tlak skočio na 199/120, pa na 210/140, a onda na 210/125 upalio mi se alarm. Na internetu sam pronašla prirodni recept za instant skidanje tlaka - napitak od limuna, cimeta i đumbira - te nakon razgovora s Hitnom, s osobom koja mi je bila potpora čitavo vrijeme, otišla u bolnicu Sveti Duh.

Ispričala je i kako je tekao hitni prijem.

- Primila me jedna draga i mlada doktorica, a kad sam joj počela objašnjavati simptome - rasplakala sam se. Izmjeren mi je tlak 190 sa 125, dobila sam prvi lijek, napravili su mi EKG, pregledali me te poslali na RTG pluća i oftalmološki. Liječnici su bili jako ljubazni i smireni, unatoč kaosu s pacijentima, i to me se dojmilo. Posebno me razveselila glavna sestra na oftalmološkom pregledu, s kojom sam prošla teme od korone do posla... Unatoč tome što sam tamo bila među najmlađim pacijentima, doktori nisu moj problem shvatili bezazleno. Za razliku od liječnika koji su moju mamu otpustili s puknutom aneurizmom u mozgu, mene su u nalazu uputili na detaljnu analizu urina, krvi i Holter RR.

Kući je otpuštena iste večeri oko ponoći nakon što je dobila terapiju.

- Gledajući unatrag, moj tlak luduje mjesecima, ako ne i godinama. I molim Boga da bubrezi i srce nisu oštećeni. Da dočekam diplomu svoje kćeri Tije... Moji su simptomi rasli iz dana u dan, a ja sam im se prilagođavala umjesto da sam ih detektirala... Taj osjećaj da si kao tempirana bomba, da imaš temperaturu, osjećaj nelagode u prsima, trnjenje ruku, nogu, sve sam ja to govorila i doktorici, ali sam zbog mog načina života, koji je nekad uistinu 200 na sat, smatrala da je to normalno. Treba dobro osluškivati svoje tijelo, a onda vrlo jasno dati do znanja doktorima da te poslušaju. Oni su osnovna stepenica. Mjeriti tlak barem triput dnevno, voditi bilješke nekoliko dana, a onda otići liječnicima, zaključila je voditeljica.
