Nekima rad od kuće odgovara, nekima ne, ali je pandemija koronavirusa prisilila milijune ljudi širom svijeta da ih obavljaju upravo tako.

Premda većina profesionalne obaveze kod kuće odrađuje u najudobnijoj mogućoj odjeći, onoj u kojoj i inače boravi doma, pa čak i u pidžamama, najbolji način odijevanja za rad od kuće ozbiljno je pitanje, osobito ako morate pokazati svoj lik na videokonferencijskim pozivima i sastancima.

Britanska profesionalna stilistica Susie Hasler otkrila je za Daily Mail pravila odijevanja, za koja smatra da bi ih svi trebali slijediti.

Sasvim je u redu, kaže ona, da se odjenete jednostavnije i udobnije nego za normalni radni dan u uredu, ali spremanje i praćenje uobičajene rutine važno je za naše mentalno zdravlje i osjećaj da smo u “radnom modu”.

Osim što ćemo se osjećati bolje i biti produktivniji, treba biti spreman i za videopozive, što znači da treba biti “reprezentativniji”, barem od struka nagore.

U teško, zabrinjavajuće vrijeme, dobar su odabir odjevni predmeti u svijetlim, živim bojama, koji podižu raspoloženje, izražajne ogrlice ili elegantne košulje, stoga posvetite dovoljno vremena svojem izgledu.

Susie Hasler kaže kako bismo tijekom rada kod kuće trebali izbjegavati pidžame i trenirke, jer iako svi uskačemo u udobnu odjeću kad smo slobodni, dani u kojima radimo od kuće nisu slobodni dani, samo je naš ured promijenio lokaciju.

U redu je katkad posegnuti za takvom odjećom, ali pred većinom ljudi su još tjedni rada od kuće, a nošenje donjeg dijela trenirke ili pidžame s vremenom će razviti osjećaj bezvoljnosti.

Ne treba, dakako, nositi kompletno odijelo ili kostim, ali odgovarajućim odijevanjem zadržavamo rutinu, koja je izuzetno važna za mentalno zdravlje i uvođenje u radni proces.

Poželjno je odijevati se “poluprofesionalno” poput televizijskih spikera, od kojih mnogi nose košulju, kravatu i sako s jeansom, jer gledatelji ne vide dio ispod stola za kojim sjede.

Ako se želite osjećati udobno radeći kod kuće, ali imate konferenciju ili videopoziv, razmislite o tome kako ćete izgledati onome s kime ćete komunicirati.

Zbog toga je za gornji dio najbolje odabrati lijepu košulju, sako ili džemper, a udobnost sačuvajte za donji dio, ali neka to ipak budu hlače.

Bilo bi jako neugodno kad biste morali ustati i otkriti donji dio pidžame s likovima iz crtića.

Ukoliko nemate odjevnih komada življih boja, posegnite za izražajnijim ružem. Nemojte podcjenjivati ni moć obične bijele majice, koja je neizostavni dio garderobe. Ona je jedan od najsvestranijih komada odjeće, može se nositi na bezbroj načina, samo morate pripaziti da je savršeno čista i bijela, bez požutjelih dijelova.

Možete je kombinirati s jeansom, širokim hlačama i svaki dan dodati neki drugi modni dodatak, ogrlicu ili maramu.

Radeći kod kuće, trebalo bi zadržati razinu normalnosti dnevne rutine, kao kad idemo na posao u ured. Stoga je važno odrediti vrijeme u danu namijenjeno obavljanju poslovnih obaveza.

Ako ste uobičajeno za svojim radnim stolom do 8.30 ili u nekom malo kasnijem terminu, možete to raditi i kod kuće, namjestite alarm u isto vrijeme svakog dana i spremite se za posao...

Nekima rad od kuće odgovara, nekima ne, ali je pandemija koronavirusa prisilila milijune ljudi širom svijeta da ih obavljaju upravo tako.

Premda većina profesionalne obaveze kod kuće odrađuje u najudobnijoj mogućoj odjeći, onoj u kojoj i inače boravi doma, pa čak i u pidžamama, najbolji način odijevanja za rad od kuće ozbiljno je pitanje, osobito ako morate pokazati svoj lik na videokonferencijskim pozivima i sastancima.

Britanska profesionalna stilistica Susie Hasler otkrila je za Daily Mail pravila odijevanja, za koja smatra da bi ih svi trebali slijediti.

Sasvim je u redu, kaže ona, da se odjenete jednostavnije i udobnije nego za normalni radni dan u uredu, ali spremanje i praćenje uobičajene rutine važno je za naše mentalno zdravlje i osjećaj da smo u “radnom modu”.

Osim što ćemo se osjećati bolje i biti produktivniji, treba biti spreman i za videopozive, što znači da treba biti “reprezentativniji”, barem od struka nagore.

U teško, zabrinjavajuće vrijeme, dobar su odabir odjevni predmeti u svijetlim, živim bojama, koji podižu raspoloženje, izražajne ogrlice ili elegantne košulje, stoga posvetite dovoljno vremena svojem izgledu.

Susie Hasler kaže kako bismo tijekom rada kod kuće trebali izbjegavati pidžame i trenirke, jer iako svi uskačemo u udobnu odjeću kad smo slobodni, dani u kojima radimo od kuće nisu slobodni dani, samo je naš ured promijenio lokaciju.

U redu je katkad posegnuti za takvom odjećom, ali pred većinom ljudi su još tjedni rada od kuće, a nošenje donjeg dijela trenirke ili pidžame s vremenom će razviti osjećaj bezvoljnosti.

Ne treba, dakako, nositi kompletno odijelo ili kostim, ali odgovarajućim odijevanjem zadržavamo rutinu, koja je izuzetno važna za mentalno zdravlje i uvođenje u radni proces.

Poželjno je odijevati se “poluprofesionalno” poput televizijskih spikera, od kojih mnogi nose košulju, kravatu i sako s jeansom, jer gledatelji ne vide dio ispod stola za kojim sjede.

Ako se želite osjećati udobno radeći kod kuće, ali imate konferenciju ili videopoziv, razmislite o tome kako ćete izgledati onome s kime ćete komunicirati.

Zbog toga je za gornji dio najbolje odabrati lijepu košulju, sako ili džemper, a udobnost sačuvajte za donji dio, ali neka to ipak budu hlače.

Bilo bi jako neugodno kad biste morali ustati i otkriti donji dio pidžame s likovima iz crtića.

Ukoliko nemate odjevnih komada življih boja, posegnite za izražajnijim ružem. Nemojte podcjenjivati ni moć obične bijele majice, koja je neizostavni dio garderobe. Ona je jedan od najsvestranijih komada odjeće, može se nositi na bezbroj načina, samo morate pripaziti da je savršeno čista i bijela, bez požutjelih dijelova.

Možete je kombinirati s jeansom, širokim hlačama i svaki dan dodati neki drugi modni dodatak, ogrlicu ili maramu.

Radeći kod kuće, trebalo bi zadržati razinu normalnosti dnevne rutine, kao kad idemo na posao u ured. Stoga je važno odrediti vrijeme u danu namijenjeno obavljanju poslovnih obaveza.

Ako ste uobičajeno za svojim radnim stolom do 8.30 ili u nekom malo kasnijem terminu, možete to raditi i kod kuće, namjestite alarm u isto vrijeme svakog dana i spremite se za posao...
