Swift je jedan od Suzukijevih najdugovječnijih automobila s više od tri desetljeća tradicije. Premda se sada proizvodi u Mađarskoj, problema nema, jer sve je pod strogom kontrolom japanskih stručnjaka, a motori i mjenjači stižu izravno iz Japana.
Stoga se ne treba čuditi što je većina kupaca vrlo zadovoljna Swiftom bez obzira na to što se radi o novijim modelima.
Testni model je proizveden 2013. godine i prešao je svega 27.000 kilometara, što je zanemariva kilometraža tako da nije i najbolji testni primjerak. Međutim, kako se radi o redizajnirom modelu treće generacije, vlasnici Swifta imaju jako dobra iskustva s ovim japanskim gradskim automobilom.
Međutim, vrlo bitno je kod Swifta kako je vožen, jer on ima sportske gene, tako da treba biti oprezan kod kupnje kako se ne bi naletjelo na vozilo koje se „iscrpljivalo“ do krajnjih granica.
Kod prvih modela bilo je nekoliko nedostataka, koji su se mogli svesti pod „dječje bolesti“, no potom je sve uštimano tako da je u proteklom razdoblju bio jedan od najpouzdanijih mališana na europskom tržištu.
Vrlina mu je i što je među jeftinijim autima snage oko 90-ak konjskih snaga (94 KS), s obzirom na snagu i performanse, uz umjerenu potrošnju, te puno opreme u osnovnom paketu.
Podvozje je čvrsto i solidno, ali treba izbjegavati primjerke sa sportskim doradama. Ako je serijski i dobro održavano, ne treba sumnjati u kvalitetu japanskog hita niže klase i kupnja se u pravilu isplati.
Posebice treba obratiti pozornost na servisnu knjižicu. Garancija je tri godine, te u tom razdoblju većina vlasnika redovito održava auto u ovlaštenom servisu. Kod starijih Suzukija problem može biti ako se koriste jeftini zamjenski dijelovi sumnjiva podrijetla.
Benzinski motor obujma 1.2 litre sa 94 KS i okretnim momentom od 118 Nm pri 4800 „điri“ vrlo je izdržljiv i pouzdan, tako da bez problema može „zavrtjeti“ i više od 200.000 kilometara. Naravno, vrlo bitno je redovito održavanje i malom benzincu, laički rečeno, nema smrti.
U pravilu vlasnici troše samo na redovito održavanje, a broj kvarova je minimalan te je stoga rabljeni Swift, naročito s benzinskim motorom, isplativa kupnja.
Prva generacija Swifta predstavljena daleke 1984. godine udarila je temelje legendi o izdržljivosti i kvaliteti japanskih automobila. To je nastavio i model druge generacije koji je predstavljen 2005. godine, a proizvodio se do 2010. godine u Mađarskoj kada je stigao njegov nasljednik iz treće generacije.

Swift je jedan od Suzukijevih najdugovječnijih automobila s više od tri desetljeća tradicije. Premda se sada proizvodi u Mađarskoj, problema nema, jer sve je pod strogom kontrolom japanskih stručnjaka, a motori i mjenjači stižu izravno iz Japana.
Stoga se ne treba čuditi što je većina kupaca vrlo zadovoljna Swiftom bez obzira na to što se radi o novijim modelima.
Testni model je proizveden 2013. godine i prešao je svega 27.000 kilometara, što je zanemariva kilometraža tako da nije i najbolji testni primjerak. Međutim, kako se radi o redizajnirom modelu treće generacije, vlasnici Swifta imaju jako dobra iskustva s ovim japanskim gradskim automobilom.
Međutim, vrlo bitno je kod Swifta kako je vožen, jer on ima sportske gene, tako da treba biti oprezan kod kupnje kako se ne bi naletjelo na vozilo koje se „iscrpljivalo“ do krajnjih granica.
Kod prvih modela bilo je nekoliko nedostataka, koji su se mogli svesti pod „dječje bolesti“, no potom je sve uštimano tako da je u proteklom razdoblju bio jedan od najpouzdanijih mališana na europskom tržištu.
Vrlina mu je i što je među jeftinijim autima snage oko 90-ak konjskih snaga (94 KS), s obzirom na snagu i performanse, uz umjerenu potrošnju, te puno opreme u osnovnom paketu.
Podvozje je čvrsto i solidno, ali treba izbjegavati primjerke sa sportskim doradama. Ako je serijski i dobro održavano, ne treba sumnjati u kvalitetu japanskog hita niže klase i kupnja se u pravilu isplati.
Posebice treba obratiti pozornost na servisnu knjižicu. Garancija je tri godine, te u tom razdoblju većina vlasnika redovito održava auto u ovlaštenom servisu. Kod starijih Suzukija problem može biti ako se koriste jeftini zamjenski dijelovi sumnjiva podrijetla.
Benzinski motor obujma 1.2 litre sa 94 KS i okretnim momentom od 118 Nm pri 4800 „điri“ vrlo je izdržljiv i pouzdan, tako da bez problema može „zavrtjeti“ i više od 200.000 kilometara. Naravno, vrlo bitno je redovito održavanje i malom benzincu, laički rečeno, nema smrti.
U pravilu vlasnici troše samo na redovito održavanje, a broj kvarova je minimalan te je stoga rabljeni Swift, naročito s benzinskim motorom, isplativa kupnja.
Prva generacija Swifta predstavljena daleke 1984. godine udarila je temelje legendi o izdržljivosti i kvaliteti japanskih automobila. To je nastavio i model druge generacije koji je predstavljen 2005. godine, a proizvodio se do 2010. godine u Mađarskoj kada je stigao njegov nasljednik iz treće generacije.
