Naizgled bezazlene odluke o potrošnji uz ispriku "ovo ćemo na rate" ili "imam dozvoljeni minus pa ću još samo ovo kupiti" jako brzo dovedu do života u "crvenom", odnosno u minusu.
Iako raspolažete tim sredstvima, riječ je zapravo o kreditu odnosno dugovanju, koje s vremenom može napraviti puno štete za vaše financijsko zdravlje.
Dok trošite novac, koji zapravo nemate, plaćate skupe kamate, ali ne možete niti planirati svoje financijske obaveze, neizvjesnost je velika jer ovisite o odlukama banke da vam minus ukinu ili smanje, a nekonkurentni ste za neke druge financijske aranžmane poput kredita, piše Gloria.
Poslovna žena Sandra Ferenčak, odnosno blogerica MyTetka, tumači u kakvoj su vezi fitness i novci te pojašnjava kako postati financijski fit.
Zašto ističete kako je ulazak u dopušteni minus, a da o nedopuštenom ne govorimo, najveće financijsko zlo koje si možemo napraviti? Kako se izvući iz minusa?
- Najveća pogreška koju radimo je što se često uspoređujemo s drugima, bolje rečeno, živimo život koji si objektivno financijski ne možemo priuštiti.
Premalo se fokusiramo na povećanje sposobnosti zarađivanja (primarno kroz edukaciju), a svoje potrebe financiramo iz vrlo nepovoljnih kredita, poput minusa na računima. Njih često zovem najvećim "zlom", jer nam kradu sposobnost ostvarenja važnih životnih ciljeva.
Za izaći iz minusa potrebna je, prije svega, jaka volja i disciplina. Nekada je dobro takve minuse refinancirati povoljnijim kreditom uz nešto nižu kamatnu stopu, ali to ne bi smio biti samo kozmetički zahvat.
Prije svega treba spriječiti daljnje povećanje zaduženosti, pronaći novi izvor zarade ako je moguće, te disciplinirano i u što kraćem roku zatvoriti dugovanje.
Ljudi koji su u takvim problemima često se srame svoje situacije, izvana odaju dojam da je sve u redu, čak se i vrlo nonšalantno odnose prema potrošnji, a u suštini su vrlo nesretni jer su svjesni problema kojeg potiskuju.
Postoje, naravno, osobe koje su teške i nepredviđene životne okolnosti dovele u lošu financijsku situaciju, ali oni kojima se obraćam obično su tamo zahvaljujući svojoj lakomislenosti i neprimjerenom životnom stilu.

Kako planirati financijsku budućnost? Što biste savjetovali mlađima, a što čitateljima zrelije dobi? Jesu li stariji ‘izgubljeni slučaj’? Što bi oni mogli poduzeti?
- Nitko nije ‘izgubljeni slučaj‘, no sigurno je lakše kada svoju financijsku situaciju na vrijeme osvijestite te aktivno radite na njenom poboljšanju.
Kako je vrijeme važan faktor u štednji i investiranju, mlađim osobama sigurno je lakše no starijima, no to ne znači kako oni 50+ ne mogu značajno unaprijediti svoju situaciju.
Problem nastaje kad izgubimo sposobnost zarađivanja (bilo zbog bolesti ili gubitka vještina), a pri tome nemamo dovoljno ušteđevine.
No, dokle god smo na tržištu "zapošljivi", odnosno, dokle god naše proizvode ili usluge netko želi kupiti, nema mjesta panici. Zato tvrdim kako je ulaganje u sebe, u svoje zdravlje i obrazovanje, najvažnija investicija.
Imaju li fitness i financijska stabilnost dodirnu točku? Kako ste ih vi objedinili? Koje biste nam zdrave navike preporučili? Zašto, primjerice, mnogi milijarderi ustaju vrlo rano i rano odlaze spavati?
- Biti financijski fit ima dosta poveznica s fizičkim fitnessom, naročito u pogledu discipline koja je za tako nešto potrebna.
Dobre navike iz različitih aspekata života se, kao i one loše, prelijevaju jedna u drugu i zato o tome valja voditi računa. Rano se ustajem već godinama, jutro je doba dana koje mogu posvetiti samo sebi, nastojim se tada mentalno i fizički pripremiti za ono što me čeka.
Naravno, da bi ste se rano ustajali potrebno je rano ići i na spavanje, pa me često zbog toga zafrkavaju, naročito ljeti.
Svakome bih preporučila probati, to može biti u početku samo pola sata ranije od uobičajenog ustajanja, obavezno šetnja ako je moguće u prirodi, izbjegavati vijesti i emailove u tih pola sata do sat, slušati neki dobar podcast ili audio knjigu te malo vježbati.
S tih par stvari možete značajno unaprijediti kvalitetu svog života. Rano ustajanje samo po sebi nikoga nije napravilo milijarderom, ali ako vam i ne donese ideje vrijedne milijarde, dat će vam više stabilnosti i mira u životu ako to vrijeme pametno iskoristite.

Naizgled bezazlene odluke o potrošnji uz ispriku "ovo ćemo na rate" ili "imam dozvoljeni minus pa ću još samo ovo kupiti" jako brzo dovedu do života u "crvenom", odnosno u minusu.
Iako raspolažete tim sredstvima, riječ je zapravo o kreditu odnosno dugovanju, koje s vremenom može napraviti puno štete za vaše financijsko zdravlje.
Dok trošite novac, koji zapravo nemate, plaćate skupe kamate, ali ne možete niti planirati svoje financijske obaveze, neizvjesnost je velika jer ovisite o odlukama banke da vam minus ukinu ili smanje, a nekonkurentni ste za neke druge financijske aranžmane poput kredita, piše Gloria.
Poslovna žena Sandra Ferenčak, odnosno blogerica MyTetka, tumači u kakvoj su vezi fitness i novci te pojašnjava kako postati financijski fit.
Zašto ističete kako je ulazak u dopušteni minus, a da o nedopuštenom ne govorimo, najveće financijsko zlo koje si možemo napraviti? Kako se izvući iz minusa?
- Najveća pogreška koju radimo je što se često uspoređujemo s drugima, bolje rečeno, živimo život koji si objektivno financijski ne možemo priuštiti.
Premalo se fokusiramo na povećanje sposobnosti zarađivanja (primarno kroz edukaciju), a svoje potrebe financiramo iz vrlo nepovoljnih kredita, poput minusa na računima. Njih često zovem najvećim "zlom", jer nam kradu sposobnost ostvarenja važnih životnih ciljeva.
Za izaći iz minusa potrebna je, prije svega, jaka volja i disciplina. Nekada je dobro takve minuse refinancirati povoljnijim kreditom uz nešto nižu kamatnu stopu, ali to ne bi smio biti samo kozmetički zahvat.
Prije svega treba spriječiti daljnje povećanje zaduženosti, pronaći novi izvor zarade ako je moguće, te disciplinirano i u što kraćem roku zatvoriti dugovanje.
Ljudi koji su u takvim problemima često se srame svoje situacije, izvana odaju dojam da je sve u redu, čak se i vrlo nonšalantno odnose prema potrošnji, a u suštini su vrlo nesretni jer su svjesni problema kojeg potiskuju.
Postoje, naravno, osobe koje su teške i nepredviđene životne okolnosti dovele u lošu financijsku situaciju, ali oni kojima se obraćam obično su tamo zahvaljujući svojoj lakomislenosti i neprimjerenom životnom stilu.

Kako planirati financijsku budućnost? Što biste savjetovali mlađima, a što čitateljima zrelije dobi? Jesu li stariji ‘izgubljeni slučaj’? Što bi oni mogli poduzeti?
- Nitko nije ‘izgubljeni slučaj‘, no sigurno je lakše kada svoju financijsku situaciju na vrijeme osvijestite te aktivno radite na njenom poboljšanju.
Kako je vrijeme važan faktor u štednji i investiranju, mlađim osobama sigurno je lakše no starijima, no to ne znači kako oni 50+ ne mogu značajno unaprijediti svoju situaciju.
Problem nastaje kad izgubimo sposobnost zarađivanja (bilo zbog bolesti ili gubitka vještina), a pri tome nemamo dovoljno ušteđevine.
No, dokle god smo na tržištu "zapošljivi", odnosno, dokle god naše proizvode ili usluge netko želi kupiti, nema mjesta panici. Zato tvrdim kako je ulaganje u sebe, u svoje zdravlje i obrazovanje, najvažnija investicija.
Imaju li fitness i financijska stabilnost dodirnu točku? Kako ste ih vi objedinili? Koje biste nam zdrave navike preporučili? Zašto, primjerice, mnogi milijarderi ustaju vrlo rano i rano odlaze spavati?
- Biti financijski fit ima dosta poveznica s fizičkim fitnessom, naročito u pogledu discipline koja je za tako nešto potrebna.
Dobre navike iz različitih aspekata života se, kao i one loše, prelijevaju jedna u drugu i zato o tome valja voditi računa. Rano se ustajem već godinama, jutro je doba dana koje mogu posvetiti samo sebi, nastojim se tada mentalno i fizički pripremiti za ono što me čeka.
Naravno, da bi ste se rano ustajali potrebno je rano ići i na spavanje, pa me često zbog toga zafrkavaju, naročito ljeti.
Svakome bih preporučila probati, to može biti u početku samo pola sata ranije od uobičajenog ustajanja, obavezno šetnja ako je moguće u prirodi, izbjegavati vijesti i emailove u tih pola sata do sat, slušati neki dobar podcast ili audio knjigu te malo vježbati.
S tih par stvari možete značajno unaprijediti kvalitetu svog života. Rano ustajanje samo po sebi nikoga nije napravilo milijarderom, ali ako vam i ne donese ideje vrijedne milijarde, dat će vam više stabilnosti i mira u životu ako to vrijeme pametno iskoristite.
