Djeca su od početka pandemije prošla kroz stvarno puno toga. Prvo su se zatvorile škole, a to se dogodilo nakon što smo par mjeseci već imali profesorski štrajk. Uz to nisu mogli ni izlaziti nigdje ni družiti se s prijateljima. Ako je to teško padalo odraslima, zamislimo kako je tek onda bilo djeci. Sada su škole otvoreno, ali svi stalno moraju biti na oprezu, a ionako su pod dovoljnim stresom od drugih obaveza. 

Nedavno provedeno istraživanje pokazalo je da oko 50% djece osjeća anksioznost, a čak 60% usamljenost. Jedna trećina roditelja ispitanih o psihičkom stanju svoje djece odgovorila je da su primijetili pogoršanje, piše Huff post.

Ponekad se čini često doprijeti do djece i shvatiti u kakvom se raspoloženju nalaze i što je njegov uzrok. Najbolji način u rješavanju problema kakvi god oni bili započinje razgovorom. Ponekad je najteže napraviti baš taj prvi korak iz straha da se dijete ne natjera da se zatvori. Donosimo 4 prijedloga pitanja koja možete postaviti kao dobar start za daljnju komunikaciju.

1. Što misliš što se trenutno događa?

Bez obzira na njihove godine djeca shvaćaju što se oko njih događa. Čak i kad mislite da ne slušaju upijaju barem atmosferu, a uz pristup internetu koji imaju od najmanje dobi sigurno su čuli svašta. 

Zašto je ovo pitanje važno? Želite znati koliko toga znaju, ali isto tako podijeliti s njima da je u redu prihvatiti granice shvaćanja situacije i priznati da ni vi nemate sve odgovore. Uz to ćete vidjeti i barata li dijete nekim pogrešnim informacijama koje kolaju ili je samo donijelo pogrešne zaključke koji ga možda opterećuju.

2. Kako se tvoji prijatelji nose s ovom situacijom?

Baš kao i odrasli djeca imaju svoj karakter, pa tako nekima neće biti ugodno biti u centru pažnje i govoriti o svojim osjećajima i mišljenjima direktno. Pokušat će izbjeći situaciju i neće više htjeti razgovarati.

Ako je vaše dijete zatvorenije ili stidljivije, a to najbolje znate sami, da bi se zakotrljao razgovor pitajte ga što misle njegovi prijatelji, djeca iz razreda ili netko treći s kim je bliži o situaciji. Posredno ćete tako dobiti odgovor i na pitanje kako se osjeća ono. 

Druga dobra ideja je predložiti da svi članovi obitelji zajedno o tome pričaju i daju primjer najmlađim članovima da nema ništa loše u dijeljenju osjećaja.

3. Navedite nekoliko emocija koje vi doživljavate i pitajte dijete osjeća li se slično

Načelno nije dobro dijete navoditi da nešto kaže niti projicirati vlastite strahove na njega međutim djeci, pogotovo mlađoj nerijetko nedostaje riječi da bi se izrazila i ne znaju što je u redu priznati. Kažete li da vas situacija ponekad malo plaši, ali da mislite da će sve biti u redu ne treba očekivati da će dijete upasti u paniku, a ono vam onda možda kaže da se boji i više od toga, ili pak nimalo.

Uz to učenje riječi kao što su anksioznost, tuga, usamljenost i sl. mogu pomoći vašem djetetu da izrazi što osjeća, a to zna biti veliko olakšanje.

4. Što te trenutno najviše raduje? Čemu se veseliš?

Ovakvim pitanjima otkriti ćete mnogo bez da uplašite dijete. Ako vidite da nema nekih pretjeranih uzbuđenja i ništa ga ne veseli to može biti alarm za tugu i anksioznost. Ne može li se samo sjetiti podsjetite ga na neke situacije i trenutke kojima se prije veselilo da vidite je li ih zaboravilo ili su mu te stvari prestale biti važne što može značiti tjeskobu.

Ako pak nije u tom stanju već navede cijeli niz razloga i trenutaka koje iščekuje možete dodati pitanje i ima li nešto što bi htjelo izbjeći. Normalno je da postoje i takve obveze i nijedno dijete se ne veseli cijepljenju, važno je samo vidjeti je li to što mu stvara stres opravdano ili ne?

Djeca su od početka pandemije prošla kroz stvarno puno toga. Prvo su se zatvorile škole, a to se dogodilo nakon što smo par mjeseci već imali profesorski štrajk. Uz to nisu mogli ni izlaziti nigdje ni družiti se s prijateljima. Ako je to teško padalo odraslima, zamislimo kako je tek onda bilo djeci. Sada su škole otvoreno, ali svi stalno moraju biti na oprezu, a ionako su pod dovoljnim stresom od drugih obaveza. 

Nedavno provedeno istraživanje pokazalo je da oko 50% djece osjeća anksioznost, a čak 60% usamljenost. Jedna trećina roditelja ispitanih o psihičkom stanju svoje djece odgovorila je da su primijetili pogoršanje, piše Huff post.

Ponekad se čini često doprijeti do djece i shvatiti u kakvom se raspoloženju nalaze i što je njegov uzrok. Najbolji način u rješavanju problema kakvi god oni bili započinje razgovorom. Ponekad je najteže napraviti baš taj prvi korak iz straha da se dijete ne natjera da se zatvori. Donosimo 4 prijedloga pitanja koja možete postaviti kao dobar start za daljnju komunikaciju.

1. Što misliš što se trenutno događa?

Bez obzira na njihove godine djeca shvaćaju što se oko njih događa. Čak i kad mislite da ne slušaju upijaju barem atmosferu, a uz pristup internetu koji imaju od najmanje dobi sigurno su čuli svašta. 

Zašto je ovo pitanje važno? Želite znati koliko toga znaju, ali isto tako podijeliti s njima da je u redu prihvatiti granice shvaćanja situacije i priznati da ni vi nemate sve odgovore. Uz to ćete vidjeti i barata li dijete nekim pogrešnim informacijama koje kolaju ili je samo donijelo pogrešne zaključke koji ga možda opterećuju.

2. Kako se tvoji prijatelji nose s ovom situacijom?

Baš kao i odrasli djeca imaju svoj karakter, pa tako nekima neće biti ugodno biti u centru pažnje i govoriti o svojim osjećajima i mišljenjima direktno. Pokušat će izbjeći situaciju i neće više htjeti razgovarati.

Ako je vaše dijete zatvorenije ili stidljivije, a to najbolje znate sami, da bi se zakotrljao razgovor pitajte ga što misle njegovi prijatelji, djeca iz razreda ili netko treći s kim je bliži o situaciji. Posredno ćete tako dobiti odgovor i na pitanje kako se osjeća ono. 

Druga dobra ideja je predložiti da svi članovi obitelji zajedno o tome pričaju i daju primjer najmlađim članovima da nema ništa loše u dijeljenju osjećaja.

3. Navedite nekoliko emocija koje vi doživljavate i pitajte dijete osjeća li se slično

Načelno nije dobro dijete navoditi da nešto kaže niti projicirati vlastite strahove na njega međutim djeci, pogotovo mlađoj nerijetko nedostaje riječi da bi se izrazila i ne znaju što je u redu priznati. Kažete li da vas situacija ponekad malo plaši, ali da mislite da će sve biti u redu ne treba očekivati da će dijete upasti u paniku, a ono vam onda možda kaže da se boji i više od toga, ili pak nimalo.

Uz to učenje riječi kao što su anksioznost, tuga, usamljenost i sl. mogu pomoći vašem djetetu da izrazi što osjeća, a to zna biti veliko olakšanje.

4. Što te trenutno najviše raduje? Čemu se veseliš?

Ovakvim pitanjima otkriti ćete mnogo bez da uplašite dijete. Ako vidite da nema nekih pretjeranih uzbuđenja i ništa ga ne veseli to može biti alarm za tugu i anksioznost. Ne može li se samo sjetiti podsjetite ga na neke situacije i trenutke kojima se prije veselilo da vidite je li ih zaboravilo ili su mu te stvari prestale biti važne što može značiti tjeskobu.

Ako pak nije u tom stanju već navede cijeli niz razloga i trenutaka koje iščekuje možete dodati pitanje i ima li nešto što bi htjelo izbjeći. Normalno je da postoje i takve obveze i nijedno dijete se ne veseli cijepljenju, važno je samo vidjeti je li to što mu stvara stres opravdano ili ne?

Djeca su od početka pandemije prošla kroz stvarno puno toga. Prvo su se zatvorile škole, a to se dogodilo nakon što smo par mjeseci već imali profesorski štrajk. Uz to nisu mogli ni izlaziti nigdje ni družiti se s prijateljima. Ako je to teško padalo odraslima, zamislimo kako je tek onda bilo djeci. Sada su škole otvoreno, ali svi stalno moraju biti na oprezu, a ionako su pod dovoljnim stresom od drugih obaveza. 

Nedavno provedeno istraživanje pokazalo je da oko 50% djece osjeća anksioznost, a čak 60% usamljenost. Jedna trećina roditelja ispitanih o psihičkom stanju svoje djece odgovorila je da su primijetili pogoršanje, piše Huff post.
