Često nas uče da biste svom partneru trebali reći bilo što, kako biste imali zdravu vezu. Nije vrijeme za neke razgovore

Stvari o kojima još niste spremni razgovarati. Imam dosta trauma i nisam uvijek spreman razgovarati ili objašnjavati. Međutim, imam sreću što moja partnerica to poštuje i dopušta mi da se otvorim svojim tempom.

Podrška do kraja

Nemojte pokazivati sumnje u njihove sposobnosti, ako ih sami nemaju. Moj dečko ide za onim što želi, jako je entuzijastičan i optimističan. Ja sam analitičnija i opreznija, ali on ne treba da unesem element sumnje u ono što on radi. Da, učinit ću sve da ga zaštitim i bila sam tu za njega kad je imao padove u prošlosti. Ali ne, neću mu reći ako sumnjam da će uspjeti u nečemu što pokušava. Podržat ću ga do kraja, bilo dobro ili krivo.

Nemojte isticati fizičke mane

Moja partnerica ima sve moje šifre za mobitel i tablet, ali to joj ne daje za pravo da njuška za stvarima kojih nema. Može pogledati moj mobitel, da pretraži Google ili nečiji telefonski broj. Ali složili smo se da ako netko od nas njuška, bolje budi siguran da ćeš nešto pronaći, jer ako nema, onda ćeš imati probleme.

Nije vrijeme za neke razgovore

Stvari o kojima još niste spremni razgovarati. Imam dosta trauma i nisam uvijek spreman razgovarati ili objašnjavati. Međutim, imam sreću što moja partnerica to poštuje i dopušta mi da se otvorim svojim tempom.

Podrška do kraja

Nemojte pokazivati sumnje u njihove sposobnosti, ako ih sami nemaju. Moj dečko ide za onim što želi, jako je entuzijastičan i optimističan. Ja sam analitičnija i opreznija, ali on ne treba da unesem element sumnje u ono što on radi. Da, učinit ću sve da ga zaštitim i bila sam tu za njega kad je imao padove u prošlosti. Ali ne, neću mu reći ako sumnjam da će uspjeti u nečemu što pokušava. Podržat ću ga do kraja, bilo dobro ili krivo.

Nemojte isticati fizičke mane

Ponekad, bez obzira na to koliko vam je vaš partner privlačan i bez obzira na to koliko ga volite, postoji njegov aspekt koji je nepromjenjiv, ali ga smatrate gadnim, dosadnim ili općenito manje privlačnim. Stvari kao što su začepljene pore na nosu, preglasan smijeh, veliki nokti na nogama koji izgledaju pomalo čudno ili ta jedina duga dlaka koja mu raste iz uha i koja se stalno vraća bez obzira na to što rade.

Ako će se zbog toga osjećati nesigurno ili nevoljeno, to trebate zadržati za sebe. U vezi, spoznajete međusobne slabe točke i ranjivosti, a korištenje njih protiv partnera je granica koja se ne prelazi. Jednom kada učinite da se netko osjeća kao da s vama ne može podijeliti svoju ranjivost, vaša je veza na zalasku.

Svatko ima svog psihologa

Vaše psihološke ili terapijske sesije. Imala sam bivšeg koji je zahtijevao da mu kažem o čemu sam pričala na svojim terapijama i bilo mi je jako neugodno. Sadašnji partner ide na terapije, a idem i ja. Ako netko ima telefonsku seansu, onaj drugi ide u drugu sobu. Ako želimo razgovarati o nečemu što smo rekli psihijatru ili o nečemu što ćemo reći našem psihijatru na sljedećoj sesiji, pričamo, ali ja nikad ne pitam, a ni on. Možemo pitati ‘Kako je prošlo?‘ Na što drugi može reći: ‘Bilo je dobro‘ ili ‘Bilo je emocionalno iscrpljujuće‘, ali to je uglavnom to. Ovo su privatne sesije, a ne terapije za parove.

Pošta nije zajednička
