Znanstvenici kažu da čak i umjereno uživanje hrane koja sadrži soju može prepoloviti koncentraciju sperme.

U istraživanju koje su objavili u reviji Human reproduction zaključili su da već samo jedan sojin obrok tijekom dva dana može smanjiti proizvodnju spermija za 41 milijun na mililitar.

Autori istraživanja, obavljenog na Harvardskoj školi za javno zdravstvo, smatraju da hrana, kao što je tofu, sojino meso ili mlijeko, utječe na funkciju hormona.

Ipak, valja primijetiti da većina muškaraca u Aziji uživa u soji, a nema problema s plodnošću.

Znanstvenici kažu da čak i umjereno uživanje hrane koja sadrži soju može prepoloviti koncentraciju sperme.

U istraživanju koje su objavili u reviji Human reproduction zaključili su da već samo jedan sojin obrok tijekom dva dana može smanjiti proizvodnju spermija za 41 milijun na mililitar.

Autori istraživanja, obavljenog na Harvardskoj školi za javno zdravstvo, smatraju da hrana, kao što je tofu, sojino meso ili mlijeko, utječe na funkciju hormona.

Ipak, valja primijetiti da većina muškaraca u Aziji uživa u soji, a nema problema s plodnošću.

Znanstvenici kažu da čak i umjereno uživanje hrane koja sadrži soju može prepoloviti koncentraciju sperme.

U istraživanju koje su objavili u reviji Human reproduction zaključili su da već samo jedan sojin obrok tijekom dva dana može smanjiti proizvodnju spermija za 41 milijun na mililitar.
