Kada ste na moru, koliko često perete ručnik za plažu i perete li ga uopće? Kako je ovaj artikl prilično "glomazan", mnogi izbjegavaju nositi rezervni, pa s jednim ručnikom pokušavaju "izgurati" cijeli godišnji odmor, piše najzena.alo.rs.
Što se tiče pranja, većina se u tu radnju uopće ne upušta, samo ih otresu i ostave da se osuše jer su obično natopljeni vodom. Ima i onih koji ga, ako se stvarno stvrdnuo od soli, provuku kroz toplu vodu da isperu ostatke mora.
No je li to pametno i štetimo li zdravlju? Riskiramo li zapravo stalnim ležanjem na mokrom ručniku dobiti infekciju?
Baš kao i obični ručnici za tuširanje, vlažnost ih čini savršenim tlom za razmnožavanje bakterija. Zato je najsigurniji način da se zaštitite od infekcije pranje ručnika nakon svakog dana na plaži, kaže Angie Harris, voditeljica kontrole infekcija za Tidelands Health. Ovisno o materijalu, najbolje je koristiti toplu vodu, kvalitetan deterdžent i ostaviti da se osuši na suncu.
Ako pak nemate vremena svaki dan prati svoje ručnike za plažu, svakako ih objesite na sunčano i po mogućnosti vjetrovito mjesto da se što prije osuše, prije nego što se počnu razmnožavati bakterije. Kad se ručnik potpuno osuši, snažno ga protresite. Na taj ćete način eliminirati višak pijeska koji je puno lakše ukloniti sa suhog ručnika nego s mokrog.
Stručnjakinja upozorava i na korištenje ručnika koji su se počeli ‘osjećati‘. Moraju se prati deterdžentom, kao i one koje je nakon vas koristila osoba koja je bolesna, prehlađena, ima gripu itd...
"Ako se pitate je li ručnik dovoljno čist za ponovnu upotrebu, onda je najbolje da ga operete. Samo pitanje je signal da je dugo korišten i treba ga oprati", zaključila je stručnjakinja, piše najzena.alo.rs.

Kada ste na moru, koliko često perete ručnik za plažu i perete li ga uopće? Kako je ovaj artikl prilično "glomazan", mnogi izbjegavaju nositi rezervni, pa s jednim ručnikom pokušavaju "izgurati" cijeli godišnji odmor, piše najzena.alo.rs.
Što se tiče pranja, većina se u tu radnju uopće ne upušta, samo ih otresu i ostave da se osuše jer su obično natopljeni vodom. Ima i onih koji ga, ako se stvarno stvrdnuo od soli, provuku kroz toplu vodu da isperu ostatke mora.
No je li to pametno i štetimo li zdravlju? Riskiramo li zapravo stalnim ležanjem na mokrom ručniku dobiti infekciju?
Baš kao i obični ručnici za tuširanje, vlažnost ih čini savršenim tlom za razmnožavanje bakterija. Zato je najsigurniji način da se zaštitite od infekcije pranje ručnika nakon svakog dana na plaži, kaže Angie Harris, voditeljica kontrole infekcija za Tidelands Health. Ovisno o materijalu, najbolje je koristiti toplu vodu, kvalitetan deterdžent i ostaviti da se osuši na suncu.
Ako pak nemate vremena svaki dan prati svoje ručnike za plažu, svakako ih objesite na sunčano i po mogućnosti vjetrovito mjesto da se što prije osuše, prije nego što se počnu razmnožavati bakterije. Stručnjakinja upozorava i na korištenje ručnika koji su se počeli ‘osjećati‘. Moraju se prati deterdžentom, kao i one koje je nakon vas koristila osoba koja je bolesna, prehlađena, ima gripu itd...
