Svjetski dan osoba sa sindromom Down prilika je za podsjetiti se na značaj inkluzije za osobe s tim sindromom, a jedan od onih koji ustrajno rade na osvještavanju ove potrebe je Splićanin Ivan Gudić.
Poznati fotograf već nekoliko godina organizira akcije podizanja svjesnosti o važnosti uključivanja u društvo osoba s Downovim sindromom, a ove su godine zvijezde njegove kampanje malene Splićanke Rita i Antonela, s kojima je snimio simpatičan modni editorijal u centru grada.
Kako nam je ispričao, još je njegova prva izložba, održana 2016. godine, bila posvećena udruzi osoba sa sindromom Down, a dvije godine kasnije dobio je i vrlo osoban razlog za senzibiliziranje javnosti...
- Nevjerojatno je kako se život posloži. Dvije godine nakon izložbe koju sam posvetio osobama s Downovim sindromom, jedna od njih postala je dio moje obitelji. Postao sam ujak djevojčice sa sindromom Down, danas vesele četverogodišnjakinje Rite, koju svake godine fotografiram na ovaj datum jer mi je namjera pokazati kako Downov sindrom nije nikakva tabu tema i da su osobe s tim sindromom uistinu posebne.
Svaki se put nakon objave fotografija mojoj sestri jave roditelji mališana s istim sindromom i tako se stvara krug podrške - ispričao nam je Ivan Gudić.
Ivan je uz Ritu fotografirao i njenu godinu dana mlađu prijateljicu Antonelu. Cure su se super snašle u ulozi fotomodela, a fotografije preslatkih curica koje su s puno mota pozirale u odjeći modnog brenda Replay raznježile su društvene mreže, ulijevajući nam nadu da se neke stvari ipak mijenjaju.
Znači li to da će dok Rita i Antonela odrastu nestati predrasude koje osobama sa sindromom Down onemogućuju uključivanje u društvo? Teško je to pitanje, a odgovor je vjerojatno još i teži. Upravo zato je važno podsjećati se - ne samo prigodom obilježavanja Svjetskog dana - koliko je važna inkluzija za osobe sa sindromom Down, kao i sve druge koje su marginalizirane samo zato što su drukčije.

Svjetski dan osoba sa sindromom Down prilika je za podsjetiti se na značaj inkluzije za osobe s tim sindromom, a jedan od onih koji ustrajno rade na osvještavanju ove potrebe je Splićanin Ivan Gudić.
Poznati fotograf već nekoliko godina organizira akcije podizanja svjesnosti o važnosti uključivanja u društvo osoba s Downovim sindromom, a ove su godine zvijezde njegove kampanje malene Splićanke Rita i Antonela, s kojima je snimio simpatičan modni editorijal u centru grada.
Kako nam je ispričao, još je njegova prva izložba, održana 2016. godine, bila posvećena udruzi osoba sa sindromom Down, a dvije godine kasnije dobio je i vrlo osoban razlog za senzibiliziranje javnosti...
- Nevjerojatno je kako se život posloži. Dvije godine nakon izložbe koju sam posvetio osobama s Downovim sindromom, jedna od njih postala je dio moje obitelji. Postao sam ujak djevojčice sa sindromom Down, danas vesele četverogodišnjakinje Rite, koju svake godine fotografiram na ovaj datum jer mi je namjera pokazati kako Downov sindrom nije nikakva tabu tema i da su osobe s tim sindromom uistinu posebne.
Svaki se put nakon objave fotografija mojoj sestri jave roditelji mališana s istim sindromom i tako se stvara krug podrške - ispričao nam je Ivan Gudić.
Ivan je uz Ritu fotografirao i njenu godinu dana mlađu prijateljicu Antonelu. Cure su se super snašle u ulozi fotomodela, a fotografije preslatkih curica koje su s puno mota pozirale u odjeći modnog brenda Replay raznježile su društvene mreže, ulijevajući nam nadu da se neke stvari ipak mijenjaju.
Znači li to da će dok Rita i Antonela odrastu nestati predrasude koje osobama sa sindromom Down onemogućuju uključivanje u društvo? Teško je to pitanje, a odgovor je vjerojatno još i teži. Upravo zato je važno podsjećati se - ne samo prigodom obilježavanja Svjetskog dana - koliko je važna inkluzija za osobe sa sindromom Down, kao i sve druge koje su marginalizirane samo zato što su drukčije.
