Šetate li prirodom ovih dana zasigurno ste primijetili crne kupine koje mame da ih se ubere. Da su kupine ukusne i zdrave, znamo svi, ali neka istraživanja su pokazala da imaju višestruku korist za ljudski organizam.

Znanstvenici su nakon istraživanja zaključili da kupine pomažu ljudskom tijelu na mnogo načina, od toga da su korisne kao izvori vitamina i minerala, sve do sastojaka koji pomažu u borbi protiv raka, prenosi N1 iz Daily Maila.

Kupine jačaju imunitet jer sadrži vitamin C koji ima nekoliko važnih uloga. U kupinama ima dvostruko više tog vitamina nego u borovnicama.

O kupinama je govorila liječnica Ursula Arens: "Vitamin C ključan je za imunitet i kardiovaskularni sustav jer snižava krvni tlak“, Podsjetila je da je vitamin C važan i u liječenju anemije jer pospješuje apsorpciju željeza.

Kupina ima više vlakana od većine drugog voća. U šaci punoj kupina naći će se oko osam grama vlakana, a u 25 grama integralnih žitarica, koliko se dnevno preporučuje, samo četiri grama. Osim što su dobra za probavu i održavanje težine, vlakna pomažu da snizi i održava kolesterol, piše N1.

Kupine su "dušu dale" za pečenje kolača: stavite ih u pitu, same ili udružene s breskvama, jabukama ili kruškama, a ne propustite ih isprobati ni u popularnom cheesecakeu.

Šetate li prirodom ovih dana zasigurno ste primijetili crne kupine koje mame da ih se ubere. Da su kupine ukusne i zdrave, znamo svi, ali neka istraživanja su pokazala da imaju višestruku korist za ljudski organizam.

Znanstvenici su nakon istraživanja zaključili da kupine pomažu ljudskom tijelu na mnogo načina, od toga da su korisne kao izvori vitamina i minerala, sve do sastojaka koji pomažu u borbi protiv raka, prenosi N1 iz Daily Maila.

Kupine jačaju imunitet jer sadrži vitamin C koji ima nekoliko važnih uloga. U kupinama ima dvostruko više tog vitamina nego u borovnicama.

O kupinama je govorila liječnica Ursula Arens: "Vitamin C ključan je za imunitet i kardiovaskularni sustav jer snižava krvni tlak“, Podsjetila je da je vitamin C važan i u liječenju anemije jer pospješuje apsorpciju željeza.

Kupina ima više vlakana od većine drugog voća. U šaci punoj kupina naći će se oko osam grama vlakana, a u 25 grama integralnih žitarica, koliko se dnevno preporučuje, samo četiri grama. Osim što su dobra za probavu i održavanje težine, vlakna pomažu da snizi i održava kolesterol, piše N1.

Kupine su "dušu dale" za pečenje kolača: stavite ih u pitu, same ili udružene s breskvama, jabukama ili kruškama, a ne propustite ih isprobati ni u popularnom cheesecakeu.

Šetate li prirodom ovih dana zasigurno ste primijetili crne kupine koje mame da ih se ubere. Da su kupine ukusne i zdrave, znamo svi, ali neka istraživanja su pokazala da imaju višestruku korist za ljudski organizam.

Znanstvenici su nakon istraživanja zaključili da kupine pomažu ljudskom tijelu na mnogo načina, od toga da su korisne kao izvori vitamina i minerala, sve do sastojaka koji pomažu u borbi protiv raka, prenosi N1 iz Daily Maila.

Kupine jačaju imunitet jer sadrži vitamin C koji ima nekoliko važnih uloga. U kupinama ima dvostruko više tog vitamina nego u borovnicama.

O kupinama je govorila liječnica Ursula Arens: "Vitamin C ključan je za imunitet i kardiovaskularni sustav jer snižava krvni tlak“, Podsjetila je da je vitamin C važan i u liječenju anemije jer pospješuje apsorpciju željeza.

Kupina ima više vlakana od većine drugog voća. U šaci punoj kupina naći će se oko osam grama vlakana, a u 25 grama integralnih žitarica, koliko se dnevno preporučuje, samo četiri grama. Osim što su dobra za probavu i održavanje težine, vlakna pomažu da snizi i održava kolesterol, piše N1.

Kupine su "dušu dale" za pečenje kolača: stavite ih u pitu, same ili udružene s breskvama, jabukama ili kruškama, a ne propustite ih isprobati ni u popularnom cheesecakeu.
