Riba i gljive najbolji su prirodni izvori vitamina D. Ali šta to zapravo znači? Potrebno nam je između 3.000 i 4.000 međunarodnih jedinica (IU) dnevno da bismo ojačali imunitet i kosti. Koliko ga se nalazi u ovim namirnicama?

Žlica ribljeg ulja daje nam oko 1.300 IU, što zaista nije loša brojka, ali mnogi ne vole ili ne žele uzimati riblje ulje.

Porcija pastrve ima oko 640 IU, a porcija iste veličine prirodno uzgojenog lososa samo 570. Usporedite to sa mlijekom obogaćenim vitaminom D, koje daje samo 100-120 IU, i gljivama koje po porciji sadrže oko 360 IU vitamina.

Pastrva i gljive nisu skupi, ali za lososa ćete morati izdvojiti mnogo novca, nećete znati je li prirodno uzgojen ili nije, što značajno smanjuje sadržaj vitamina, a dobit ćete manje od 20 posto neophodne doze.

Mlijeko tu također nije od neke pomoći, osim ako ga ne unesete u nevjerojatno velikoj količini.

Dakle, vitamin D mora se unositi i kroz dodatke prehrani, inače ste bacili novac na skupu ribu koja vam ne daje željeno djelovanje, ili ste se napili mlijeka, a još uvijek niste dostigli neophodnu razinu, piše Mondo.

Vitamin D jedan je od najvažnijih vitamina za naš imunitet, ali i zdravlje koštanog sistema.

Sigurno već znate da postoji više vrsta vitamina D, i da ovaj važan nutrijent tijelo sintetizira samo uz pomoć izlaganja Sunčevim zrakama, uz oprez zbog štete koju oni mogu nanijeti koži. Postoje i namirnice bogate vitaminom D, ali i jedna zabluda o njima koja može mnogo koštati!, piše Mondo.

Riba i gljive najbolji su prirodni izvori vitamina D. Ali šta to zapravo znači? Potrebno nam je između 3.000 i 4.000 međunarodnih jedinica (IU) dnevno da bismo ojačali imunitet i kosti. Koliko ga se nalazi u ovim namirnicama?

Žlica ribljeg ulja daje nam oko 1.300 IU, što zaista nije loša brojka, ali mnogi ne vole ili ne žele uzimati riblje ulje.

Porcija pastrve ima oko 640 IU, a porcija iste veličine prirodno uzgojenog lososa samo 570. Usporedite to sa mlijekom obogaćenim vitaminom D, koje daje samo 100-120 IU, i gljivama koje po porciji sadrže oko 360 IU vitamina.

Pastrva i gljive nisu skupi, ali za lososa ćete morati izdvojiti mnogo novca, nećete znati je li prirodno uzgojen ili nije, što značajno smanjuje sadržaj vitamina, a dobit ćete manje od 20 posto neophodne doze.

Mlijeko tu također nije od neke pomoći, osim ako ga ne unesete u nevjerojatno velikoj količini.

Dakle, vitamin D mora se unositi i kroz dodatke prehrani, inače ste bacili novac na skupu ribu koja vam ne daje željeno djelovanje, ili ste se napili mlijeka, a još uvijek niste dostigli neophodnu razinu, piše Mondo.
