Suhi kašalj može biti prilično dosadan i dugotrajan problem ako mu ne pronađemo pravi uzrok. Ali postoje neki prirodni pripravci koji ga mogu ublažiti.

Poznajemo dvije osnovne vrste kašlja. Para može biti dobra pomoć i kod suhog kašlja (tuš toplom vodom, inhalacije nad parom i sl.). Pritom pripazite da unosite dovoljno tekućine. Ali postoji još niz pripravaka koji mogu pomoći u ublažavanju ...

1. Sirup od mente i đumbira

Nadraženo grlo, a samim time i kašalj, možete uspješno ublažiti uz pomoć sirupa od mente i đumbira, koji je ne samo iznimno koristan, već i vrlo ukusan. Između ostalog, đumbir može pomoći u uklanjanju viška sluzi koje se tijelo ne može samo riješiti. Metvica može rashladiti i osvježiti grlo. Za pripremu sirupa potrebna vam je 1 litra vode, sušeno lišće mente, 3 žlice naribanog đumbira i 1 šalica šećera.

U lonac ulijte vodu i dodajte listiće mente i naribani đumbir. Zagrijte smjesu do vrenja pa smanjite temperaturu i lagano kuhajte još 20 minuta (ili dok otprilike pola vode ne uvrije). Procijedite i ulijte tekućinu natrag u lonac. Ponovno prokuhajte, dodajte šećer i smanjite temperaturu. Polako zagrijavajte. Kada ste zadovoljni gustoćom, maknite sirup sa štednjaka i njime napunite čašu. Zatvorite poklopac i spremite staklenku u hladnjak. Nekoliko puta dnevno uzimajte po jednu žličicu sirupa od đumbira i mente za smirivanje suhog kašlja.

2. Čaj od slatkog korijena

Korijen sladića može pomoći kod raznih zdravstvenih problema. Između ostalog, može se koristiti za omekšavanje sluzi, što potiče produktivniji kašalj, te za ublažavanje upala. Za pozitivne učinke sladića uvelike je zaslužna supstanca glicirizin, koja također daje vrlo sladak okus.

Za pripremu čaja potrebno je 250 mililitara vode i 2 žlice osušenog i usitnjenog korijena sladića. Osušene komadiće korijena sladića prelijte kipućom vodom. Pokrijte i pričekajte oko 10-15 minuta. Zatim procijedite tekućinu i popijte čaj.

3. Čaj od majčine dušice

Majčina dušica (timijan) je začin koji se može naći u većini kuhinja. Obično se koristi za poboljšanje okusa jela, ali majčina dušica može uspješno pomoći i kod raznih zdravstvenih problema. Između ostalog, timijan je vrlo koristan za ublažavanje suhog kašlja. Poput korijena sladića, majčina dušica može osloboditi nakupljenu sluz koja ometa disanje i tako potaknuti iskašljavanje. Osim toga, može umiriti nadraženo grlo i zaustaviti napadaje suhog kašlja.

Za optimalan učinak čaja preporuča se koristiti svježi timijan. Potrebna vam je šaka nasjeckane majčine dušice i 250 mililitara vode. Prvo prokuhajte vodu i njome prelijte majčinu dušicu. Pokrijte i pričekajte oko 10 minuta. Procijedite i po želji dodajte limunov sok i zaslađivač po želji. Pijte dok je čaj još topao. Čaj od majčine dušice možete pripremati nekoliko puta dnevno. Pijenje ovog čaja posebno se preporuča prije spavanja jer će se tako smanjiti vjerojatnost buđenja zbog napadaja suhog kašlja.

Suhi kašalj može biti prilično dosadan i dugotrajan problem ako mu ne pronađemo pravi uzrok. Ali postoje neki prirodni pripravci koji ga mogu ublažiti.

Poznajemo dvije osnovne vrste kašlja. Mokar, produktivan kašalj koji zahtijeva često iskašljavanje općenito je koristan jer se uz pomoć ovog oblika iskašljavanja tijelo oslobađa viška sluzi i čisti dišne ​​putove. Kod ove vrste kašlja općenito je najbolje pustiti tijelo da odradi svoje i vrlo vjerojatno ćete se uskoro osjećati mnogo bolje.

S druge strane, suhi, hripajući kašalj može biti mnogo neugodniji, a ponekad i bolniji. Unatoč kašlju i naprezanju, ne uspijevate iskašljati iritanse. Suhi kašalj također može biti povezan s virusnim infekcijama gornjih dišnih putova. Među mogućim krivcima za ovu vrstu kašlja su alergije, česti boravak u prostorijama s vrlo suhim zrakom i pušenje. U takvim slučajevima uzimanje antihistaminika, korištenje ovlaživača zraka i/ili prestanak pušenja mogu pružiti olakšanje.

Para može biti dobra pomoć i kod suhog kašlja (tuš toplom vodom, inhalacije nad parom i sl.). Pritom pripazite da unosite dovoljno tekućine. Ali postoji još niz pripravaka koji mogu pomoći u ublažavanju ...

1. Sirup od mente i đumbira

Nadraženo grlo, a samim time i kašalj, možete uspješno ublažiti uz pomoć sirupa od mente i đumbira, koji je ne samo iznimno koristan, već i vrlo ukusan. Između ostalog, đumbir može pomoći u uklanjanju viška sluzi koje se tijelo ne može samo riješiti. Metvica može rashladiti i osvježiti grlo. Između ostalog, sirup od mente i đumbira vrlo je koristan za otklanjanje dosadnog peckanja u grlu koje s vremena na vrijeme iznenadi većinu ljudi.

Za pripremu sirupa potrebna vam je 1 litra vode, sušeno lišće mente, 3 žlice naribanog đumbira i 1 šalica šećera.

U lonac ulijte vodu i dodajte listiće mente i naribani đumbir. Zagrijte smjesu do vrenja pa smanjite temperaturu i lagano kuhajte još 20 minuta (ili dok otprilike pola vode ne uvrije). Procijedite i ulijte tekućinu natrag u lonac. Ponovno prokuhajte, dodajte šećer i smanjite temperaturu. Polako zagrijavajte. Kada ste zadovoljni gustoćom, maknite sirup sa štednjaka i njime napunite čašu. Zatvorite poklopac i spremite staklenku u hladnjak. Nekoliko puta dnevno uzimajte po jednu žličicu sirupa od đumbira i mente za smirivanje suhog kašlja.

2. Čaj od slatkog korijena

Korijen sladića može pomoći kod raznih zdravstvenih problema. Između ostalog, može se koristiti za omekšavanje sluzi, što potiče produktivniji kašalj, te za ublažavanje upala. Za pozitivne učinke sladića uvelike je zaslužna supstanca glicirizin, koja također daje vrlo sladak okus.

Za pripremu čaja potrebno je 250 mililitara vode i 2 žlice osušenog i usitnjenog korijena sladića. Osušene komadiće korijena sladića prelijte kipućom vodom. Pokrijte i pričekajte oko 10-15 minuta. Zatim procijedite tekućinu i popijte čaj.

3. Čaj od majčine dušice

Majčina dušica (timijan) je začin koji se može naći u većini kuhinja. Obično se koristi za poboljšanje okusa jela, ali majčina dušica može uspješno pomoći i kod raznih zdravstvenih problema. Između ostalog, timijan je vrlo koristan za ublažavanje suhog kašlja. Poput korijena sladića, majčina dušica može osloboditi nakupljenu sluz koja ometa disanje i tako potaknuti iskašljavanje. Osim toga, može umiriti nadraženo grlo i zaustaviti napadaje suhog kašlja.

Za optimalan učinak čaja preporuča se koristiti svježi timijan. Potrebna vam je šaka nasjeckane majčine dušice i 250 mililitara vode. Prvo prokuhajte vodu i njome prelijte majčinu dušicu. Pokrijte i pričekajte oko 10 minuta. Procijedite i po želji dodajte limunov sok i zaslađivač po želji. Pijte dok je čaj još topao. Čaj od majčine dušice možete pripremati nekoliko puta dnevno. Pijenje ovog čaja posebno se preporuča prije spavanja jer će se tako smanjiti vjerojatnost buđenja zbog napadaja suhog kašlja.
