Broj oboljelih od različitih vrsta karcinoma je u porastu. Svjetska zdravstvena organizacija predviđa da će se na svjetskoj razini broj oboljelih povećati s 18 milijuna u 2018. godini na 29,5 milijuna u 2040. godini, dok će broj umrlih porasti s 9,5 milijuna na 16,4 milijuna godišnje. To su doista zastrašujuće brojke.

Znamo da se rizik od karcinoma može smanjiti zdravijim načinom života, a nedavno je otkriveno da bi kombinacija dva začina, kurkume i crnog papra, mogla biti učinkovita u sprječavanju raka, piše Živim.

Zašto su kurkuma i crni papar tako učinkoviti?

Oba začina imaju važne antioksidanse, protuupalna svojstva i dobri su borbi protiv različitih bolesti. Kurkuma i crni papar mogu biti ključni sastojci uz zdravu prehranu u prevenciji karcinoma. Oba začina imaju sastojke koji dokazano pomažu u borbi protiv različitih vrsta raka, posebno kad su korišteni u kombinaciji s kemoterapijom.

Kurkuma sadrži važan sastojak kurkumin. Ovaj sastojak poznat je po svojim antioksidativnim, protuupalnim, antibakterijskim i antigljivičnim svojstvima.

Dok crni papar ima bioaktivni sastojak piperin. Taj sastojak je odgovoran za oštrinu crnog papra. Osim što ima protuupalna svojstva, učinkovit je u liječenju mučnina, probavnih smetnji i glavobolje.

Kad se koristi samostalno, kurkumin nije dovoljan u liječenju bolesti i ne može poboljšati opće zdravlje jer ga ljudsko tijelo ne može dovoljno apsorbirati. Tu dolazi piperin iz crnog papra, on poboljšava apsorpciju kurkumina.

Pregled kliničkog istraživanja Sveučilišta Texas sugerirao je da kombiniranje crnog papra i kurkume poboljšava apsorpciju kurkumina. Istodobna primjena 20 mg piperina s kurkuminom dovela je do mnogo veće koncentracije kurkumina unutar 30 minuta do jedan sat nakon korištenja.

- Piperin je povećao bioraspoloživost kurkumina za 2000% - naveli su autori istraživanja.

Stoga kombinacija ova dva začina može povećati zdravstvene dobrobiti, posebno kad je riječ o prevenciji i liječenju raka.

Ne samo to, eksperimentalna istraživanja Sveučilišta Texas uočila su da kurkumin može smanjiti rast, razvoj i širenje tumora na molekularnoj razini. Što znači da može pomoći u ubijanju stanica raka.

Nekoliko istraživanja je pokazalo da i piperin iz crnog papra igra važnu ulogu u uništavanju nekih stanica raka. Isto tako, pokazalo se da može smanjiti rizik od stvaranja tumora jer inhibira rast stanica raka.

Centar za rak Sveučilišta Michigan kroz istraživanje je pokušao djelovati na stanice raka dojke pomoću kurkumina i piperina, a otkrili su da ti sastojci mogu biti odlični u prevenciji raka. Ova dva sastojka kad su korištena i odvojena, ali i u kombinaciji spriječili su obnavljanje matičnih stanica dojke koje uzrokuju karcinom.

Broj oboljelih od različitih vrsta karcinoma je u porastu. Svjetska zdravstvena organizacija predviđa da će se na svjetskoj razini broj oboljelih povećati s 18 milijuna u 2018. godini na 29,5 milijuna u 2040. godini, dok će broj umrlih porasti s 9,5 milijuna na 16,4 milijuna godišnje. To su doista zastrašujuće brojke.

Znamo da se rizik od karcinoma može smanjiti zdravijim načinom života, a nedavno je otkriveno da bi kombinacija dva začina, kurkume i crnog papra, mogla biti učinkovita u sprječavanju raka, piše Živim.

Zašto su kurkuma i crni papar tako učinkoviti?

Oba začina imaju važne antioksidanse, protuupalna svojstva i dobri su borbi protiv različitih bolesti. Kurkuma i crni papar mogu biti ključni sastojci uz zdravu prehranu u prevenciji karcinoma. Oba začina imaju sastojke koji dokazano pomažu u borbi protiv različitih vrsta raka, posebno kad su korišteni u kombinaciji s kemoterapijom.

Kurkuma sadrži važan sastojak kurkumin. Ovaj sastojak poznat je po svojim antioksidativnim, protuupalnim, antibakterijskim i antigljivičnim svojstvima.

Dok crni papar ima bioaktivni sastojak piperin. Taj sastojak je odgovoran za oštrinu crnog papra. Osim što ima protuupalna svojstva, učinkovit je u liječenju mučnina, probavnih smetnji i glavobolje.

Kad se koristi samostalno, kurkumin nije dovoljan u liječenju bolesti i ne može poboljšati opće zdravlje jer ga ljudsko tijelo ne može dovoljno apsorbirati. Tu dolazi piperin iz crnog papra, on poboljšava apsorpciju kurkumina.

Pregled kliničkog istraživanja Sveučilišta Texas sugerirao je da kombiniranje crnog papra i kurkume poboljšava apsorpciju kurkumina. Istodobna primjena 20 mg piperina s kurkuminom dovela je do mnogo veće koncentracije kurkumina unutar 30 minuta do jedan sat nakon korištenja.

- Piperin je povećao bioraspoloživost kurkumina za 2000% - naveli su autori istraživanja.

Stoga kombinacija ova dva začina može povećati zdravstvene dobrobiti, posebno kad je riječ o prevenciji i liječenju raka.

Ne samo to, eksperimentalna istraživanja Sveučilišta Texas uočila su da kurkumin može smanjiti rast, razvoj i širenje tumora na molekularnoj razini. Što znači da može pomoći u ubijanju stanica raka.

Nekoliko istraživanja je pokazalo da i piperin iz crnog papra igra važnu ulogu u uništavanju nekih stanica raka. Isto tako, pokazalo se da može smanjiti rizik od stvaranja tumora jer inhibira rast stanica raka.

Centar za rak Sveučilišta Michigan kroz istraživanje je pokušao djelovati na stanice raka dojke pomoću kurkumina i piperina, a otkrili su da ti sastojci mogu biti odlični u prevenciji raka. Ova dva sastojka kad su korištena i odvojena, ali i u kombinaciji spriječili su obnavljanje matičnih stanica dojke koje uzrokuju karcinom.

DOBROBITI KURKUME

U posljednje vrijeme kurkuma se svrstava u kategoriju supernamirnica jer se pokazala korisnom u borbi protiv raka, ali pomaže i kod brojnih zdravstvenih tegoba:

depresija - kurkumin olakšava mentalne tegobe, a može biti učinkovitiji i od antidepresiva

dijabetes tipa 2 - održava ravnotežu šećera u krvi što je korisno u sprječavanju i liječenju ove bolesti

virusne infekcije - kurkumin pomaže kod različitih virusa, uključujući herpes i gripu

PMS - olakšava simptome

visok kolesterol - potrebna su dodatna istraživanja, ali neka su pokazala da može spriječiti srčani udar kod ljudi koji imaju srčanu premosnicu

artritis - moćno sredstvo u olakšavanju bolova u zglobovima i ukočenosti

sindrom iritabilnog crijeva - proučavaju se mogućnosti korištenja kurkume u liječenju Crohnove bolesti i ulceroznog kolitisa

Ovaj začin koji se koristi gotovo na svakodnevnoj bazi u našim kućanstvima, ima brojne benefite:
