Stručnjaci upozoravaju da se  krvni ugrušci mogu pojaviti kod bilo koga i ako se ne razgrade u tijelu, mogu ugroziti život. Razlog je to zbog čega je važno primijetiti najranije znakove koje vam vaše tijelo šalje kako biste mogli reagirati na vrijeme.

‘‘Krvni ugrušci mogu biti tihi ubojice, a manifestiraju se na mnoge načine i često dovode do ozbiljnih komplikacija. Pušenje, visok krvni tlak i određeni lijekovi, poput estrogena, mogu pridonijeti većem riziku od krvnih ugrušaka. Prepoznavanje simptoma krvnih ugrušaka može vam spasiti život prije nego što nastane plućna embolija ili moždani udar.‘‘, objasnio je medicinski tehničar Sean Marchese za Eat This.

Možete imati krvni ugrušak i ne znati 

Marchese objašnjava: ‘‘Krvni ugrušci najčešće se nalaze u nogama i blokiraju dovod kisika u okolno tkivo. Međutim, površinski ili krvni ugrušci u dijelu tijela bez zahvaćenog tkiva ponekad mogu proći nezapaženo, a ugrušci koji ne pokazuju simptome posebno su opasni jer, ako se ne liječe, mogu dovesti do ozbiljnih komplikacija na plućima ili mozgu‘‘.

Otežano disanje ili vrtoglavica

Iako je ovaj simptom često pokazatelj brojnih zdravstvenih problema, također je znak da biste mogli imati krvni ugrušak.

‘‘Nakon umjerene do visoke aktivnosti, možda ćete vjerojatnije ignorirati umor, znojenje, otežano disanje ili vrtoglavicu. Međutim, to mogu biti znakovi duboke venske tromboze ili krvnog ugruška koji se stvorio duboko ispod kože te pritom blokira krv do zdravog tkiva. Istraživanja su pokazala kako su još neki od znakova krvnog ugruška slabost, mučnina te problemi s vidom ili govorom.

‘‘Krvni ugrušak može ostati zarobljen u mozgu u krvnim žilama suženim masnim naslagama. Mogu se pojaviti i zbog traume glave ili fizičkih udaraca koji uzrokuju potres mozga. S obzirom na to da krvni ugrušci sprječavaju oksigeniranu krv da dopre do dijelova mozga, možete osjećati vrtoglavicu i zbunjenost ili imati probleme s vidom i govorom. Krvni ugrušci u mozgu mogu uzrokovati širok raspon neuroloških problema, od opće slabosti pa sve do moždanih udara. Ako osjetite nešto neuobičajeno, potražite liječničku pomoć što je prije moguće‘‘, savjetuje za kraj Marchese.

Stručnjaci upozoravaju da se  krvni ugrušci mogu pojaviti kod bilo koga i ako se ne razgrade u tijelu, mogu ugroziti život. Razlog je to zbog čega je važno primijetiti najranije znakove koje vam vaše tijelo šalje kako biste mogli reagirati na vrijeme.

‘‘Krvni ugrušci mogu biti tihi ubojice, a manifestiraju se na mnoge načine i često dovode do ozbiljnih komplikacija. Pušenje, visok krvni tlak i određeni lijekovi, poput estrogena, mogu pridonijeti većem riziku od krvnih ugrušaka. Prepoznavanje simptoma krvnih ugrušaka može vam spasiti život prije nego što nastane plućna embolija ili moždani udar.‘‘, objasnio je medicinski tehničar Sean Marchese za Eat This.

Možete imati krvni ugrušak i ne znati 

Marchese objašnjava: ‘‘Krvni ugrušci najčešće se nalaze u nogama i blokiraju dovod kisika u okolno tkivo. Međutim, površinski ili krvni ugrušci u dijelu tijela bez zahvaćenog tkiva ponekad mogu proći nezapaženo, a ugrušci koji ne pokazuju simptome posebno su opasni jer, ako se ne liječe, mogu dovesti do ozbiljnih komplikacija na plućima ili mozgu‘‘.

Otežano disanje ili vrtoglavica

Iako je ovaj simptom često pokazatelj brojnih zdravstvenih problema, također je znak da biste mogli imati krvni ugrušak.

‘‘Nakon umjerene do visoke aktivnosti, možda ćete vjerojatnije ignorirati umor, znojenje, otežano disanje ili vrtoglavicu. Ipak, ako se učestalo pojavljuju, pogotovo dok se odmarate ili obavljate neku laganu aktivnost koja ne zahtijeva toliko napora, ove simptome ne biste smjeli ignorirati. Krvni ugrušak u plućima naziva se plućna embolija i onemogućuje ulazak kisika u krv, a ovo stanje može biti smrtonosno ako se brzo ne liječi‘‘, upozorava Marchese.

Oticanje, bol, promjena boje ili topla koža u ekstremitetima

‘‘Ako niste sigurni u znakove krvnog ugruška, možete natečenu ili promijenjenu boju kože na udovima pogrešno pripisivati nedavnoj ozljedi ili zanemariti blagu promjenu boje ili temperature. Međutim, to mogu biti znakovi duboke venske tromboze ili krvnog ugruška koji se stvorio duboko ispod kože te pritom blokira krv do zdravog tkiva. Ako osjetite jednostranu oštru bol, crvenilo, oteklinu ili toplu kožu na određenom području, potražite liječničku pomoć što je prije moguće. Duboka venska tromboza može dovesti do plućne embolije ili težih problema uključujući gangrenu‘‘, nastavio je objašnjavati Marchese.

Opća slabost, mučnina, problemi s vidom ili govorom

Istraživanja su pokazala kako su još neki od znakova krvnog ugruška slabost, mučnina te problemi s vidom ili govorom.

‘‘Krvni ugrušak može ostati zarobljen u mozgu u krvnim žilama suženim masnim naslagama. Mogu se pojaviti i zbog traume glave ili fizičkih udaraca koji uzrokuju potres mozga. S obzirom na to da krvni ugrušci sprječavaju oksigeniranu krv da dopre do dijelova mozga, možete osjećati vrtoglavicu i zbunjenost ili imati probleme s vidom i govorom. Krvni ugrušci u mozgu mogu uzrokovati širok raspon neuroloških problema, od opće slabosti pa sve do moždanih udara. Ako osjetite nešto neuobičajeno, potražite liječničku pomoć što je prije moguće‘‘, savjetuje za kraj Marchese.
